Where do I begin. I called for take out. Young lady who answered phone was in a super rush. Had to repeat my order several times for two No 1 whole Italian subs (one with hot peppers), a turkey sub and meatball sub There were no prices in online menu I had viewed; maybe my fault.
I was told it would take 20 minutes; I showed up with mask and gloves 25 minutes later and it wasn't ready, although there wasn't anyone else in store, so it didn't appear busy I was asked to pay and it came to $45. One of the people making sandwiches asked for my credit card and said to toss it over the counter, which was no problem, although he kept on the same gloves that he was making sandwiches with. Both employees didn't have masks on and it was apparent to me that gloves weren't changed between handling good and money.
When I got home, I found two 6" subs of BLTs, one with hot peppers and one without; these were not the No 1 whole Italian subs I ordered.
Meatball sub was ok, which turned out to be a $14 Giant (wow) and the turkey sub was fine.
In summary, inaccurate order taking, dismal value if a 6" sandwich is considered a whole sub. Using same gloves to make sandwiches while touching credit cards and money is unacceptable, as well as no mask while breathing on food. I lost my appetite and won't be going there again.
They called 100 times to get me to join they use someone card to putt on file till yours comes we won t charg it next day they did call to cancel and take card off only way to do that is to replace with an other card use different card 3 days later they charged 300 on that card for a month sucrfipation it was someones siocal security money for rent never give back
Yelp contacted me to offer me a $1200 discount to sign up with them. After three weeks of online advertising they deducted $480 from my account. I called them and explained I am in New York and a virus is going on and there is no business and they could care less. This is by far the worst company I have ever seen in my life. Stay far far away from this company they are cruel and rotten.
The sales person built 2 ad campaigns without my knowledge. After trying their ad campagn that didn't work well, I only knew to turn off one of the campaigns. The other one was hiding in the background continuing to steal money from me until I noticed the charges on my card! Now I'm stuck with charges to dispute which should not happen!
All they do is take your money. I had a recorded conversation (which they wouldn't let ANYONE listen to!) that stated they were to only charge me $120 per month and NO MORE because I couldn't afford it. They charged me $316.66! Then I couldn't even get it reversed going through my bank even because they wouldn't let ANYONE listen to the RECORDED PHONE CALL. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! They will RIP YOU OFF! They are not true to their word and they have ZERO integrity! They could have made a whole bunch more money off of me if they would have just fixed the initial problem and then I would have continued business (if they would have just charged me what the said they were going to!) DUMB way of doing business! They must take lessons from trump.
These people sweet talked me into doing a ad for my business. I am a one man freelance painter. Well I told them I could not take work until mid April but I all of a sudden get $400 direct withdrawal without my permission. This company needs to be reports to IRS and Justice department, these so called "clicks"

Definetly, i do not recomment this company or web services, i did created a profile for my company with payed Ads and i don't see any diference that was the first strike, second strike... from 4 reviews i get from previous and current customers 4 were marked as "NOT RECOMMENDED" and last one but not less important the customer service doesn't help on anything and the girl was trying to compare yelp with Google! Really? It's Google the most powerful company in informatics... and she didn't do anything at the end to keep me happy, bottom line... I'm shutting down my yelp Ads and services right away!
It does not matter if the positive reviews were organic and completely unsolicited or encouraged when someone received good service - they will hide the review at the bottom as not recommended. The negative reviews will remain at the top, unless you buy advertising and they offer to "clean up your page" for you as part of the deal. Crooks and scammers. No wonder it's the least popular review search platform.
Yelp is not a place for any business owner. If you are not willing to pay they will hide the reviews
Several of my well deserved negative reviews have been removed. I was also barred for months. Their reviews are so biased or bought and paid for that their credibility is near zero.
YELP is worse than the Corona Virus. This company strives to spread Negative reviews for any BUSINESS that works hard in the service business. All of us know, it's hard to please everyone in the service business, but we certainly try to. My company has been open for over 15yrs and a lot of my clients ask me, WHY DOES YELP ONLY POST NEGATIVE REVIEWS? I TOLD THEM THE ARE JUST LIKE CNN AND SPREAD FAKE NEWS. My clients after leaving my business tell me they are writing positive reviews and have shown me emails proving that. The emails show me they have taken their time after a few days or hours to write good reviews and Yelp just deletes them. I can wait for THIS COMPANY TO PAY FOR WHAT THEY HAVE BEEN DOING TO MANY BUSINESS THAT DON'T DESERVE BAD REPUTATION.

I am running a single family small business in Virginia Beach.
Be careful they have agents who call you to convince to pay for an add campaign. They're very kind, and convincing until you say yes.
One of them convinced me to start a campaign and promised me to stop it at Valentine's Day. She did not do and I realized it from my credit card statement. They charged me a lot.
Then I got in touch with their customer service to explain the situation. They have removed their kind mask and did listen to me.
My evidence was my conversation with Yelp agent. They neither did ask their agent, nor did listen to Voice recording.
They shot the door and cut the communication.
More than half of the good reviews on my business have been placed in the "not recommended" category where most people will not look. All are legitimate 5 star ratings. No reason was given for the removal.
Meanwhile a 1 star rating by a person trying to extort us into doing free work was left up. If yelp's computer checked this persons ratings they would find that 3/4 of his ratings are bad.

Yelp will tell you anything they want to get your money. They will tell you you will only pay one hundred something dollars and then charge you over 400.00$ for one month. They are extremely deceptive and do not care about taking your every dollar. I have a small business and an just starting out. They hit my personal account for 758.00$ 2 months after canceling their service. I originally canceled after I started noticing none of the leads from them were responding to me. Biggest scam an waste of money ever. Much better results on Angie's list.
I signed up with yelp thinking it was a good idea. However, now I realize that it is not good for small business. I signed up with them and I was charged $934! I don't think so! I called to file a claim/dispute with them and they mentioned that their service is not guaranteed and they would look into it. They sent me back an email stating my claim was dismissed and I still owe the $$. Well, my money is not guaranteed for this type of nonsense. I do not believe I received 900 dollars of service. This is theft. I'm very disappointed and angry.
The whole idea that customers can review a business is unfair. In every case when we have gotten a bad review the information was incorrect, exaggerated, and otherwise misleading and thus damaging to the business. Yelp does not provide a good source for finding a good business it only provides a source for unhappy people with unjustified, misleading, and inaccurate complaints because they are angry they didn't get what they wanted. If yelp were fair maybe we should be able to review the customer. How they are mean, unfair, that they lie to us and they try to get things for free that they don't deserve. Yelp is bogus..
