Very interesting how many lies they say to take your credit card and enroll your business

It's so interesting that you can't find anywhere reviews on yelp app easily, like from the point of view of businesses who use the app to promote and enroll with their services, even on the facebook page yelp don't have like a seccion for reviews, not even like google business reviews. I was contacted by a sales agent, he promises that they don't charge by advertinsing but just when the customer press the button to call (Lie), he also said I was going to have a free test trial for 2 weeks, in this time I was not supposed to be charge for that time the add were running and for the calls I received (Lie), he gave me $900 applicable to my account in 3 months (Lie). The second agent I talked to 2 days after, correct: 1. You're getting charge everytime people clicks on your add and the rates are like super high $23/ click they were charging me, and nobody called me or buy anything from the clicks I received from yelp. 2. there's not such a time as a free trial, i was getting charge for that "free trial" time that the first agent promised me. 3. the $900 bonus the fist agent gave me was just for addinitional adds, so I was still going to be charged, after the talk with the second agent I was going to cancel everything, but he convert the $900 bonus into a $300 credit for my first bill, so I was like, ok I will not lose for continue testing a couple of days, but then I found out that tehy were charging $28 for the following clicks and I was like, they must be crazy!, I called to cancel everything with them and the agent was very rude, she told me like "if you doooo some research then you'll know no company will charge you per call" like if I'm stupid, I was like " well that was what the first agent told me, so you should send him to research and train him", I also ask her like 3 times if I cancel the subscription I was still going to received the $300 credit, so at that time my bill was on "$214", so no money was going to be charged to my card, so she assured me in a really bad tone like "yes, you have a credit that will be automatically apply to your next bill like I told you befor", I just wanted to be clear on that as they said so many lies, I still haven't received the first bill, so I will see what the thruth will be as I hope not to have more surprises from yelp. I'm done with their agents. I took my time to post my experience so any business can understand more about what are you willing to expect if they're thinking on them. Personaly I think google adds, even fb works better. Thanks yelp, for making me lose my time...

The Eddison Apartments of Amarillo Tx, Is Engaged In FRAUD, False Advertising & Enviornmental Racism

Yelp, Hid my review talking about how this racist apartment and landlord's took advantage of me and my family, There is a REASON why China did what they did to the Landlord's... they hid my review because they are fraud / defrauding people trying to cover up my review for no reason whatsoever NOT just the review about my former APARTMENT but other place's as well they hide it because of capitalism fraud,

The Apartments in the surrounding area are named after Native Indigenous places but yet they defraud people of color and evict them when the Apartments are engaged in fraud and racism, It makes me sick to my stomach how they have the audacity to call the sheriff on people of color when they are engaged in fraud when they KNOWINGLY know that the police were born from the slave catchers

Environmental racism refers to how minority group neighborhood's populated primarily by people of color and members of low-socioeconomic backgrounds, Are burdened with disproportionate numbers of Biohazard's, and other sources of environmental pollutions that lower the quality of life. This apartment has a HUGE roach problem and leak leaky water leak's in the walls, We were defrauded they KNOWINGLY knew about the roach problem and leaky walls and STILL let us rent the apartment,

They manipulative people with a food pantry claiming they so called care about their low income residents but in reality they DON'T the food pantry is a manipulative tactic they were calling the sheriff on people to evict them knowing this history of the police with black people, That's fraud because they are lying about caring about residents causing PTSD when all they do the landlord is live off the income of the poor like leech's, I HAVEN'T gotten any justice because the city of Amarillo Texas allows fraud and capitalism businesses to get away with crimes on a daily basis while punishing poor people,

First of all the apartments false advertising it was displayed online that the pool was blue and clear / clean, When I moved in the pool was green and still is green which attracts mosquitos, Which is a health hazard and Environmental Racism, On top of all that, It's honestly like a pigeon bird bath the birds use it all the time and there is so much bird poop everywhere near it and bird poop isn't good for the heath...!

The Apartment itself was, VERY DIM AND DARK, Basically like a cave which is really sad, Not many lights NOT well-lit at all. There are roaches coming up from the apartment down below they knew that there was a leak in the wall too and the maintenance man was gaslighting us trying to make it seem like it's our fault when it was the landlord's fault because it was ALREADY there when we moved in this is the definition of environmental racism once again, Why rent out apartment's that knowingly have a roach problem, it's NOT just me there are reviews of the same talk about the roach problem here,

The landlord and the staff doesn't even answer their phone, THIS IS ALL TIME TIME, Bad Communication from the jump because the apartment is fraudlent, ll while the staff, Refuse to pick up the phone, and manipulate people into thinking they actually care about you, AKA Putting a pantry in the office area to look like they care about the hungry, Also, Posting mental health stuff as well, Acting like the actually care about those things while evicting people and because of evictions, These people's mental health is effected because it's hard to find a apartment when you've been, Evicted, The manipulation is sickening

Last BUT NOT, LEAST, They had a garbage problem and littering and shootings happening on a monthy basis, They're dumpster's were ALWAYS full, Lots of Flies Everywhere that would come up into your apartment because the trash bin WASN'T that far away from your door's, And right before we MOVED OUT, There was somebody's dumped soaked mildew moldy dirty destroyed furniture and things under the car port, That could have contained spores and mold on them because some of them were made of wood and it just sat out there ALL DAY, Which can effect your physical health as well, Because mold likes things that are, Warm & Wet environment's, 100%

AVOID Kaiser

I went to Kaiser because my wife's employee switched healthcare plans. I saw Dr. Hensel but he made no attempt to determine why I was there and what my medical problems were. He asked me two questions, one being "Am i depressed?" to which I suggested that for someone who just had two heart attacks and a stroke, lost their health, job, and income-I'm doing ok. The Dt. Walked out, saying he needed to make a phone call. He did not discuss suicidality. He told the manager to call the cops as he thought I was a danger to myself. I never heard from him again. Dr. Hensel had NO TRAINING in placing a hold on someone who needs special care and support. Kaiser offers the training for a 5150 to all their staff, they just never bothered taking it.
I waited 45 minutes for the Doctor to return. The 5 officers did not identify themselves and attacked me, tackling me to the floor, giving me a severe concussion, and putting their knees in the middle of my back, crushing my spine. My shoulder ligaments are also still damaged after 5 years. I have had extensive surgery on my spine. Prior to the assault I did not have chronic diarrhea. Incontinence. Or erectile dysfunction. A CT myelogram revealed that I had severe compression of my spinal cord at T11 T12 and that the cord was whitening as a precursor to chord death. Of course the Police Department offers 5150 training to all officers. They just didn't take it. Police with NO TRANING in 5150 as well.
I had surgery as soon as I could and have experienced maybe a 5% recovery from my previous symptoms. I've had major spinal reconstruction surgery with instrumentation and fusion. I am 5 years out from surgery and still in constant pain. I was released shortly after being taken to Santa Cruz County Jail. A real 5150 requires a 72-hour hold in a Psychiatric facility. I was out of jail in 5 hours.
A CT myelogram revealed that I had severe compression of my spinal cord at T11 T12 and that the cord was whitening as a precursor to chord death. I had surgery as soon as I could and have experienced maybe a 5% recovery from my previous symptoms. I am 5 years out from surgery and still in constant pain.

Omar's Deceptive Prowess: When I engaged Stereo Pros for the installation of running boards, a front grill, and front parking sensors, I foolishly believed their promises. He agreed to these installations, only to subject me to the hellish nightmare that followed.

YELP "LIED to ME" "SCAMED ME" "CHEATED ME" "SCREWED ME" and then did NOTHING about it!

First I want to say that I own a Business and have seen "Several Times" where Yelp has allowed customers to write "FALSE REVIEWS" about my business and then Refuse to take them down or remove them. Second the one time when I kept pursuing Yelp to Remove a "FALSE REVIEW" that was "TOTALLY LIES" and after many, many, many attempts to do so and sending them copy's of several documents to Prove the person who wrote the Review LIED Over & Over, they removed it only to have the Same Customer Re-Post it Again 10 years later and when I asked Yelp to Remove it Again, they Refused... for whatever reason. You would think that Yelp would keep some kind of Records of the "False Reviews" that they Removed so if they were Re-Posted it would be simple to find and Remove again but they don't or just don't Care? So my Customer first Posted his False Review in 2004 and Yelp Removed it and then he Re-Posted it again in 2014 and it's still there after several attempts to have it Removed Again... I should have learned then... stupid me...
Now years and years later after Covid-19 started we like so many other business lost most of our help and they didn't return after things got a little better and we must have ran 50-60 ads for Help and couldn't find any or enough like most small businesses and then government was foolishly paying people way to much money to NOT WORK, like $600.-$800. Per week for unemployment and more? Qualified people would come into my business and say to me: "I get paid to MUCH but the government on Unemployment to NO WORK so Why should I work and get LESS $$$? " I would answer: Because you want to be Honest and have some Integrity?
So a YELP Advertising Sales Person calls me wanting me to Advertise with them and I told them NO several times and said I don't have enough "EMPLOYEES" to run my business and he said: "We can find you some because we have a HELP WANTED advertising section and my reply was: "You do? I've Never Heard about it or Seen it before?" and his reply was: "YES and we've been having a very good response for Hiring Employees for small businesses" and I was "Very Leary" and didn't believe him but he sounded so SURE and gave me several "Guarantees" that were "ALL LIES, LIES, & LIES" so DO NOT TRUST YELP! So what he said was: "It will cost you $20. Per day" and he wanted me to run it for a week and I told him NO that I would try it for Friday, Saturday & Sunday and see how many responses I received and then go from there! I told him to call me back and I'd write an ad for $60. + 3 days and he said that he'd write me a good ad and then call me back and text or email it to me to ok first before he ran it and I also told him I wanted to see the site where the "Help Wanted" posts were to get some idea how they looked and he said ok when he got back to me later that day. He also said that if I changed my mind I could cancel at any time and he gave me a phone number to call and took my info including my Credit Card.
I NEVER HEARD FROM THAT S. O. B. From YELP again and when I checked my online banking to see if he had billed me the $60. For the Help Wanted ad he was "Supposed to run"? He had billed me $150. And when I called the phone number he gave me to "Cancel at any time" it gave me "Prompts" and it said if your running an advertisement with YELP and you want to cancel? Just press 4 and your advertisement will be Canceled and I did that and it gave me a message that #4 wasn't an option so I tried again and again and again and I hung up and called back and Again and Again and the recording told me the Same thing,
Press # 4 and your advertisement will be "Canceled" but it Wouldn't do NOTHING... So Not only did I NOT receive any calls from the HELP WANTED ad that was NEVER RAN and I NEVER SAW, and NEVER KNEW where YELP posts it and I have looked dozens of times, had friends and business associates look many times? If you know where YELP does this? Please contact me and let me know? I NEVER HEARD BACK from the YELP Salesman and I got "SCREWED" out of $150.
Don't Trust YELP, Don't Advertise with YELP, Don't use YELP because my Opinion is that most of their Reviews are "FAKE" and we had 6 reviews on Yelp that were 5 STARS and for Whatever Reason YELP had they wouldn't use them and they were from customers and one was from another business that I went over and helped one evening after work and they wouldn't give us their 5 STAR Reviews... Why won't or can't YELP call or Email and verify some of these reviews? The 1 Star reviews I told them were Fake they did Nothing, the 6 reviews that were 5 STARS they did Nothing! So in my Opinion they are NOT FAIR and NOT HONEST!

I have been in Business for Over 46 years, we are members of the BBB = Better Business Bureau and have a rating of A+ and have had only 2 complaints in the last 20 years! Just for the Record Today I looked up the Oldest Harley-Davidson Dealer in Arizona on the BBB and I won't mention their name but their rating with the BBB as of today is "F" I have seen where some "Factory Authorized Motorcycle Dealers" have had between 20-30 complaints in One year with the BBB so I would like to think that Our Credibility writing this is pretty good and it won't be removed and if it is then I'm going to wonder about this site as well?
BTY this happened last year in 2021 when the Covid-19 Started and if I need to find the receipt were YELP charged me then I will and post it but my "Challenge" to YELP is: "Show me the ad you Posted for me"? Because after numerous calls and I emailed I still to this day have NEVER seen it? So I paid for NOTHING and if? You did post an ad then you still charged me "DOUBLE" and would't let me cancel like you told me! And YELP if you see this? Reach out and "REFUND MY MONEY" because everytime someone mentions your name? I tell them this story!

Yelp allows false reviews to stay on your page!

I've had my ups and downs with Yelp, but I don't get upset with negative, but fair, reviews from customers as we can't please everyone each and every time; it's just not possible. What REALLY upset me was a "review" from someone who said that she had cancelled her appointment with me, but that I took her money anyway! This is an outright LIE, plus I knew she had never spoken with me before because if she had, she'd have known that I'm a bit antiquated with technology, and I never have access to a client's banking information ahead of any appointment! What she actually said was a libelous statement, as she said that I stole her money. I duly responded to her "review". I knew that it was all made up, as I'm aware that there are people who now derive a full time career/income from making up stuff (reviews) to put on the sites of people they don't know and have never had a service with.

Yelp placed the review under "Not Recommended", and I told them that it was false and that I wanted it removed. The "reviewer", in turn, must have realized that it was only by putting out more reviews that she would get more exposure and that her reviews would be seen, so it ended up front and center on my site.

I reviewed Yelp on Yelp's own review site, with a 1 star and explained what had happened. A Yelp employee, Delaney, must have seen it and emailed me and said that I could have another person take a look at it, and maybe it could be considered to be removed, after all. She sent me a Yelp form, and I spent nearly 2 hours putting my case together. The form asked for a "Case Number" and I hunted high and low for it for another hour, only to realize that the case number comes with the original rejection email from Yelp. In my case, 6 month's prior! Of course, like most of us, I got rid of it after the first rejection. Despite emailing Delaney, I was met with complete SILENCE! So that means there will be no second look at an obviously false "review" dumped on my site from someone in SoMa, San Francisco. I am beginning to wonder if it was actually written by a Yelp employee! Anyway, the review account was set up with the express intent of taking me down, so it seems, and I am powerless to do anything to remove it.

There is just NO way that I want anything to do with Yelp any more, and I will not be spending any money with them. I'm moving towards Google, which has SO MUCH less drama than Yelp.

I just wish that Yelp would bring itself into the 21st Century, and make the person prove that they had the service before allowing them to destroy a career that has taken years to put together.

DO NOT claim your business on Yelp, and DO NOT spend any money with them. It's like dealing with the Mafia! They tout the fact that businesses can't pay to have reviews removed, but they allow phony and fake reviews to stay - and these so-called "reviewers" know that, as they've been paid to make stuff up.

Refused to take the disability patient to the vein leg doctor to the surgery schedule by transportat

I want to let you know that the Patient James Olsen, is, disability, cannot walk, so he is living at Wickshire Senior Assisted Living Facility (3501 Hancock Bridge Parkway Fort Myers, FL *******). What happened he was had normal legs both right and left legs before he went to the Wickshire (previous Gladwell) his healthy was ok. He is not able to walk at all and has all wounds on both legs since he went to Wickshire. Firs time, his legs were a little swilled according to what we communicated every time. May you can look at his both legs and his health totally disastrous what they treated him as only changed dressing routinely by nurses. I left so many times to the director, Heather Betty, nurse Kimberly, nurse aided, Jacky, front desk counter people, Marta, Lora, Beverly. Last Monday, 12/06-2021 the director, Health and nurse Kimberly to me that James fell down, but he's found it just a little bruises. Then the nurse Kimberly called me suddenly they called EMT on Thursday to send him to hospital. However, He refused that the nurse call me, so I talked James to please go to the hospital, but he responded he said he went two 2 times to the hospital, but it just changed the dressing on his legs not treated correctly. I searched the need to see the leg vein doctor for vascular eczema, which is no blood circulation. He has been using the wheelchair setting so long hours and slept in the wheelchair.

He has been frustrated every day for so many months nurses has been changing dressing every day not treat right for him.

Why I report this today? I called his doctor's office and found he had an appointment today 12-13-2021 at 11AM with vein leg doctor. I called to let the Wickshire Senior Assisted Living Fancily to Marta in the evening front desk to put on the calendar to marked, she put the James' doctor's appointment today as I confirmed and I told her it is very important. I also left the same message to the Director of Health's message her phoned. I checked twice last week. I called this morning at 8:30 to 9:15 AM to let them know today 12-13-2021 at 11 AM James needs to go to see the vein leg doctor that they said they will, but they did not do anything to James. I tried to talk to the Director Healthy, but she did not answer my phone even if she was in the office according to the front desk people. I left 3 times my message, I never receive any phone call from her. I tried to contact the nurse Kimberly, Jacky, they said he cannot go because the person come to pick him up to take to the doctor's office. No Transportation Services to disability patients. No accommodated at all. They took the wheelchair from him, he just laid down on the bed inside room. Cannot move.

The nurse Kimberly threaten me if he is moved 45 hours they are going to throw out him. I said where he can go, she said I do not know. I was shocked, my heart pumping with my weak heart. I am taking some medications too, I am 67 years old senior.

They treated him badly, but they threaten him they will take him out from there. How can we help him for assisting to better in there?

I check did James come to the vein leg Dr. Word doctor's office. They said James did not come, so I called Wickshire to them they said they could not take him to the doctor's office. Why do they refuse to help him? I already asked and talked to the doctor's office he did not have transportation, they can help him by the doctor's office, but Wickshire refused to take him to the doctor's office and lied to me. They treat him very badly abuse, neglect.

Pop's Garage Door

I would not recommend this place. I had them come out and fix my garage door. They should've put new hinges on. Instead they put 10 screws in one of the old out side hinges to hold it together. I don't think it's going to hold very long before it will fall apart. Then the other three hinges that were broke they took and put this bracket a crossed the three hinges to just hold the old hinges down. Then I realized they had broke five more hinges on my door that wasn't broke. I guess that happened when they open the garage door and the top two panels was just hanging by the garage door opener cause everything flew apart when they open the door. I told him not to open door because it would come apart and he did it anyway. Just like I said it came apart. So now because of what he did I have 5 more hinges broke. So they put Screws in the outside hinges that the wheel is in that rolls the garage door up. Then the other hinges they did like the panel above put the brackets Across all the old hinges and put screws all the way across my whole garage door. They used about 40 screws. Which it should've been like four screws for each new hinge. Instead they didn't put any new hinges on. They use the same old hinges. And just put that bracket on top of the old hinges to hold the old hinges down. Then put like 20 screws across the one bracket and then did the same for the other bracket Horrible job. I didn't realize what they done until after they left. So I called them back out and told them it was unacceptable. They came back out and told me it goes up and down, doesn't it. It's fixed? I told him it was going to fall apart. He said if it falls back apart we will come and fix it again. But I don't want it to fall apart. It will hit my car again. This time when it broke it put a dent in my car when the garage door fell on it. I told them I don't want it to fall apart again. Because it might damage my car. He said well if it falls apart they are not responsible if it damages my car. They just kept saying it works. They wouldn't do nothing about it. So I had to keep it that way. They charged me $465 for this awful job. No new hinges the broken hinges are still on there and they call that fixed. Look at the pictures it's a crying shame. The last picture that's the bracket that they ran across the whole garage door and put all the hinges down that was already on there. They were broke as you can see in the other picture. They put that bracket across the top the hinges and put screws all the way across my whole entire garage door. So now I've got about 40 extra holes in my garage door. People like this shouldn't even have a business. Not happy at all. I wouldn't give them no stars. But they make you give at least one. But as far as I'm concerned they get wouldn't get no stars. After writing this review company called me and threatened me. Told me I was going to be seeing him everyday and in my sleep and in my dreams. He was yelling on the phone at me and it made me feel very uncomfortable. He called me back a couple of times. I had to tell him I was gonna call the police on him to get him to stop calling me. I called the police anyway because I don't know what he's capable of and I felt threatened. I would be careful doing Business with this guy.

It's a scam! Get charged for Fake clicks. I can't believe people actually work on a job that scams people for a living. If you give them your credit card you get scammed. Read this before you sign up

EXTREMELY overpriced for the low quality service. They do NOT HONOR their prices. Only cable/w internet for the area UNFORTUNATLY
