Order over €100s worth of items on Yandy to treat myself and never received my package. My address was entered correctly but my package was never even attempted to be delivered. My tracking status says my package is being returned to sender and I have received NO help from Yandy. I'm at a loss of what to do. Customer service has been no help to me. Avoid at all costs unless you want your money stolen.
I ordered Santa lingerie, and was excited about it; however, when my package arrived, I was very disappointed. The lingerie did not look anything like the pictures, and I could not return it because it was "on sale". Everything on the site is apparently "on sale" which mean you can't return anything. The site has a lot of options for lingerie, but poor quality. I'd rather spend more money for quality and not quantity!
The quality of the clothing is poor and cheaply made and I ordered 100$ worth of clothing and nothing fits. They in turn gave me a store credit for 99$ which I cannot use because of the size chart and I pd a 15$ return shipping fee doesn't quite seem fair

It was my first time ordering from yandy. I completely love it. Got it even earlier :)) Everything is my size :)) Quality is very good :) I got a geisha costume :)) I am in live with it. Very good price :)) Would be also good if they make some amount to ship free to canada :)
I ordered a snow white costume and I'm in love with it! The only problem I had was that when I opened up the package I noticed there were some missing items from the costume so I emailed them. Soon after I sent the email I got a reply. They told me they were going to send me the missing items. I got them the next day! They were really nice and helpful. Very happy with my purchase.
The clothing I bought looked nothing like the garment shown. It was poorly made and the product had small cups even though I went by their sizing chart. It was also way too short. I'm left with a product I cannot use and spent way too much money on something I cannot even give away.
I bought a Viking deluxe costume and a few miscellaneous costume accessories from Yandy. True to what some of the other reviewers have said, the costumes do fit small and I was happy to have ordered a medium. I'm 5'6 and my measurements are 33-25-37. I usually wear a size 3/4 on the bottom and 2/3 on top. The medium size was a little big in the top but fit well around the waist and the skirt is perfect. I'm happy with the quality and look of the fake fur and the costume really does look like in the online photos. The only accessory I don't like is a pirate hat that looks very rectangular and has creases in it from being folded in the box. Everything else is great and I would definitely order costumes from this site again.
Since I never purchased an item from Yandy I thought I would test it first before I put my faith in its purchase process. So I purchased a minidress. Since it was one item I also had to pay for shipping. When the item arrived and was pulled out of the bag it was in it was torn in three places and a couple of the straps were also ripped. When I contacted Yandy, their web site said either exchange or store credit. But I would have also had to pay for shipping back.
After I contacted Yandy, their customer service personnel were very good at making this error right. They both called and wrote an email and gave me a full refund to include the shipping costs.
Although I had a bad taste in my mouth from the initial purchase, Yandy customer service won me over and I would try this company again.

The clothes look great online. And have a really cute selection however what the picture looks like and what you actually get look and fit completely different. Defiantly not worth the price. Won't buy from them again.
Hi Christine I am sorry you were disappointed. Sizing can be troublesome when shopping online. Styles and brands all are sized different. We do offer a size guide and FAQ online and our customer care agent are available 7 days a week to help with sizing.
I ordered a costume from Yandy.com and I had to return it... it was very easy, quick and customer service was super helpful. They offered me a store credit.
Shipping is ultra fast to California (1-2 days).
I ordered a "body wrap" which is supposed to wrap around your legs. With shipping my purchase cost about $13. What arrived? A single piece of string which is clearly a string from a bikini they had lying around and wanted to remarket. Not even TWO strings for my TWO legs, just one single piece of string. I contacted Yandy.com advising how displeased I was and received a short, curt email from Paige with no plan of resolution for my displeasure which basically summed up as "you lose".
BUYER BEWARE.
Their exchange policy made me really frustrated because I couldn't exchange something for a different size. They have a rule where sale items are excluded from returns or exchanges, which makes no sense. And this item wasn't even super cheap, it was close to 30 dollars. I just made my first and last purchase.
Paid for priority shipping and still recived items late. Terrible quality, cheaply made, sizing is all thrown off. Bra strap broke first time I put it on. No wonder their crap is so cheap. I got a free lace panty w my order, that was pretty awesome but will NEVER order from yandy.com again!

I paid $59.95 for express international shipping, nearly 1 week ago, assuming dispatch would be within 24 - 48hrs. NOTHING, based on the fees paid it should be arriving tomorrow, it hasnt even been shipped! Money back for reneging on the commitment? NO!
A generic response basically saying we are busy, was received.
Avoid express anything here, it doesnt exist.
Happy to remove this negative review if the team can get their finger out.

I ordered two body suits, one came with multiple large holes in the netting and the other (Size M) only came half way up my torso and bother underwires came out the first time I wore it! I'm average height and nowhere near overweight either. I also waited a month for the second item to arrive. I have ordered multiple times from Yandi and generally you need to be extremely careful with what you order as a lot is very poor quality. My very first order I had to re-lace the entire thing because the lacing was uneven and looked completely ridiculous (lace up front).
Sorry, but I wont be ordering from here again. I would rather have clothing that fits and I don't have to fix before I even wear it.
Worse company ever! Products are built for small children. My wife is 5-3 and 115 lbs but buying products in a size med would fit my 9 year old daughter. When we tried returning items they gave major attidude and refused. We did get a partial credit but they black listed us and refused to do business again. I wish i could work in a company that treated customers like Sh**. Despite blacklisting would never consider buying here again. Think long and hard before you come to this bottom feeding company!

If only I had read the reviews before purchasing from this company. The Halloween costume wasn't going to work for multiple reasons and apparently the policy is no refunds if purchased between Sept 1 and Nov 1. Really? Why is that the policy? What happens the rest of the year? Are Halloween costumes even for sale at any other time of the year with this company? Since it was my first purchase I have no clue. As another reviewer wrote, now I'll be stuck with a store credit that is useless to me. This is one hell of a way to conduct customer service. Clearly they don't give a crap. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB.

But...
I ordered 2 products with accessories.
First was a bustier. Right out of the package, the lace had several holes and there were a lot of runs in the threading.
Second the thigh high stockings were abnormally long with the top lace band extremely tight. I got the proper size with the correct measurements.
And as soon as I went to pull them up, one side of stocking completely separated from the lace top band. It left a 6in gaping hole. I've worn stockings and thigh highs many times. I have always been extremely gentle when first pulling them up, so this is definitely faulty product...
This really bummed me out. My first experience with lingerie trying to be sexy for my husband completely ruined by crappy products.
A waste of money. Invest your money in another companies product.
