I accidently ordered my daughter the wrong bathing suit and had to email customer service about changing the order. I placed it on the weekend and first thing Monday they switched the suits before it was shipped later that day! Extremely polite and prompt and understanding! I will be ordering again... Just the right items the first time lol!

I've probably ordered on this website a dozen times. I just haven't found any other website like it. The wide selection and the low prices did it for me. The shipping is incredibly fast! I normally experience same day or next day shipping. I'm surprised how well the quality is considering the low prices of their products. I did have an issue with one item that was tarnished so I immediately contacted customer service right away. Their team responds pretty quickly. I had Holly and Macinda help resolve the issue. I was offered a replacement for the defective product! I am pleasantly please with customer service! Very Outstanding!

We received our lingerie super fast and were both super excited. Once we opened it, one of the panties (held together by chains) was broken and couldn't be worn. We reached out to customer support and they quickly apologized and shipped out a new item. No return required. Excellent customer service and deserving of this review. Thanks yandy!

Needed a costume for an upcoming production of the 'Enchanted Bookshop' musical where they said, 'hey you, you're going to play Long John Silver.' I said great but there was suddenly a need to look like a pirate that was really more than a pirate and that made it difficult to make or find a costume until I discovered 'Yandy. ' They had the perfect getup and at a very reasonable price. It quickly shipped and arrived without incident and now I will bring Long John Silver to life. Thanks Yandy. You saved the day!

I've been purchasing from Yandy for some time now and never had a bad experience thus far. Ive continuously order from Yandy without an issue. They are always helpful when I contact customer service(which is rare) and they never seem to disappoint. Always friendly and prompt with a response. Haven't had an issues with an item either. I'll continue to do business with Yandy because of their customer service, sale items, shipping and over selection of items to include new stock. I'm very happy with Yandy.

I had contacted asking about wishlist capability to allow a third party to purchase items for me like an Amazon wishlist. Unfortunately not at this time however they were very attentive. Even stated they would pass along the suggestion as well as offered solutions through third party sites.

I had an issue with a delivery. I emailed them and they nearly immediately responded. We double and triple checked a few things, and indeed the delivery had not been made. They re-shipped product and I received it quickly. Their communication and attention to my needs was unparalleled.

The quality of product is always good, and they have great deals. Been ordering from them for years. This was the first issue I had, and they handled it perfectly. And I don't have a photo of my proof of purchase, but under penalty of perjury or whatever it may be, this is true. Order number *******.

I ordered a Halloween costume which was too large. I returned it, received a credit right away and ordered a smaller costume that fit perfectly. Super happy with the purchase, the easy return and credit toward the new costume. Easy to deal with and great party attire.

Customer service agent was condescending. Lingerie was burgundy/wine and advertised and shown to be red. I lost out on my shipping money and will never return to Yandy. There are no reviews on the lingerie that I bought and I believe it is because Yandy has to approve it and mine won't be posted, either

Poorly put together rubber popcorn top is detached from suit on the side. It does not give same neatness as picture not worth the money and I want to return and get a refund but they haven't returned email or customer support number says no one can take your calls.

I bought my costume for halloween with yandy even tho I had a rush with my order which I placed it by last minute. I got my package the next day delivered. The quality is amazing. And the customer service experience as well! Also thanks Holly for helping me with my previous order and the store credit I requested. Yandy customer service representatives are very friendly and informative. I'm so happy with my stuff! Definitely going to buy more soon!

Customers shouldn't have to beg you to ship their orders 2 weeks later. Reputable companies ship in a timely fashion and at least contact you/offer upgraded shipping if that's not possible. Yandy just wants to hold onto your money. My (reasonable) request for upgraded shipping was ignored. The second I asked for a full refund, all their fulfillment delay issues were magically solved and my order was shipped... economy, so I still won't get it on time. Every aspect of this transaction has been unacceptable.

Let me begin by saying that in spite of all the negative reviews on this company, I decided to give them a shot anyway, and I could not be more pleased! The quality is better than expected and I received my order a day earlier than scheduled! I don't know what happened to the other people, but my Candy Cane Striped Christmas Dress was nothing short of perfect! I'm 5'6" and 132 lbs., and I purchased a medium in accordance with their size chart, and it fit like a glove! Hugs your curves for that sexy Ms. Santa effect and goes great with my thigh high black boots! My husband and I are going to a Christmas party and he is Santa, so this is a great side kick costume! I LOVE it and will definitely order from Yandy again!

I have been purchasing items from this site for about 4 years now and they have never let me down. Shipping is extremely fast even for Canada (where I'm from). It says two weeks but it has arrived earlier than that every time. Customer service people are patient and kind and will do anything they can to help. Omg and the sale prices! Insane! And the material of their clothing is pretty damn good for how cheap it is. If you want to be sexy in the room on a budget this is your site!

I've ordered a large variety of products. Lingerie, Hosiery, & casual wear as well. Everything comes exactly as pictured. The sizing has always been true as shown by the size charts for each brand offered. The one and only time an order fell behind in shipping time, they immediately replaced it and sent it overnight for FREE! Their products are good quality and the customer service can NOT be beat! I recommend them to friends and order frequently!

Ordered a lingerie outfit last week - arrived on time and although it was a little too big, was very cute and just as described. They make returns super easy. Ordered 2 more lingerie outfits yesterday, overnight shipping, and they're on the UPS truck to be delivered today, awesome! Customer service is prompt and helpful. LOVE that they're in the U.S.! And lastly, I am VERY big-busted... they have lots of variety and tons of outfits to choose from. I order online a LOT and this has been the best experience I've had. Highly recommend.
