Ordered multiple products during the pre Black Friday/Cyber Monday "Sale" on November 25th 2021. After no delivery after about a week, I contacted Yandy and they said that due to the high volume of sales, they were working 24hrs a day to get all the orders out and our order will be shipped out by the 16th. Contact was made again after checking Yandy Website after the 16th, it showed unfulfilled again. Made contact again... told it was going to ship on the 24th, Long story short, They sent me an "Apology Letter" on the 22nd. Now mind you... They are showing availability on the website of a majority of the items we ordered at regular price currently but refuse to send to us at the "Sale Price". The Copy of the e-mail attached as Follows.

We know we're on the naughty list. We would not have canceled your order unless circumstances require it. We has systemic issues that cause the cancelation. We hear you and this is fail. We sincerely know this is a major disappointment after we have attempted to ship the order for weeks. Our team is disappointed too - you know this is not how we usually do things. We ship fast but this time :( . We appreciate you and wish this did not have to happen. This was a company decision and we are aware it was very inconvenient and disheartening.

Yandy had no problem charging my Credit Card in full for the purchases back in November. Bad Business practice... how about you charge the card when you actually FULFILL the order.
Look elsewhere.
Never received any items at all.
I emailed customer service regarding two orders that have yet to ship. Tomorrow marks 3 weeks of not receiving the items, i doubt i will get it on time for Christmas, as some items were gifts. My date to receive the items by was December 6th. I emailed support on Dec. 10th. They said i would get it 5-6 days after my original receive by date due to delays. Dec. 12 items have not even shipped yet. So i email again asking if i could get an accurate date and not just some copy and pasted response. They said theyd contact the warehouse and try to expedite my order. Dec. 16 I email again asking if there was any update, cant wait to see the excuse this time. I wouldn't care if they were honest and gave a legit date or timeframe, but they keep lying and giving false dates. Also my items contain gifts, id like to know if i will get them on time or if i should get something else. They say its all due to the large amounts of orders for black Friday, yet they keep having sales and spamming my inbox with sales ads.
So they responded to my dec. 16 email, which was a Thursday, saying it would ship out that week but if i wanted to cancel i could at any time. Its now Sunday Dec. 19 and my package has not shipped. At this point i feel like the sale was a lie and no one will get their items. I mean come on now. Four weeks and the items havent even shipped and they are telling me to cancel? What kind of business does that? Most people want to keep the money they make. The email actually said " At any given time you wish to be canceled please call our customer service line or email us at *******@Yandy.com." Customer service is so awful.
Sunday Dec 19th, they email saying ill still get both packages by the 24th and if i dont see a shipping notification by Monday to get back to them. Tuesday the 21st I email back saying I still haven't got a shipping notification. They say "we're being honest, the delay has been insane but ull still get ur items by the 24th". Wednesday Dec. 22nd get an email saying one of the two orders was refunded and cancelled. If a company treats their customers like this i can only imagine how they treat their employees. No wonder they have no one to package the items!
Well you would think it cant get any worse but oh boy does it! I emailed them asking to just cancel the other order as well. Got a reply back saying my request has been merged with a second request that i had placed. Except it wasn't my second request, it wasnt even my request. It was a complete stranger who could now see all my emails with customer service and i could see hers. Order numbers, emails, and full names. So much for discrete.
I cant believe im coming back here to add to this review because they continue to be shady. They have now cancelled my refund! Are they expecting to keep my money? This business is a scam, do not ever do business with them!
Be prepared to be lied to, have your information shared with other customers, and never receive the products you order! Or your refund apparently!
None as i never received my items
I have been waiting almost three weeks for a refund, and I have never had to wait as long as it has taken them. They said they already process the refund but in the email it says it can take up to 3-4 weeks for my bank to process the fund to my account, and if I have questions to call my bank. I called my bank and they stated it would NEVER take that long, it would only be 2-5 days, and he told me to call yandy back and talk to them, if they end up not refunding, we can dispute the charge as fraud... So I called them back, and spoke with *- I explained to *, I don't have a problem with him, this issue is not his fault, and I just wanted clarification, because I kept getting misleading information, from previous reps and the emails I'm getting. Well the reason I told * that this isn't personal, is because he was acting so defensive and arguemenitive with me, and for nothing... I would think a business would care about the most important part of it, with is there clientel, because us shoppers are the ones giving people like * and * a pay check... I asked to talk to * manger, although he was able to tell me useful information, the way he was talking to me did sit well with me. He kept saying well a manger can't do nothing for you- and I said I don't need anything to be explained any future, I just want a servay or a manger. He puts his manager * on the phone and I called her "ma'am" and she cut me off and said my name is *. So I go on to explain how I am feeling about the customer service. Oh and off the record (they love to play victim and the manipulation game.) The reason why, is because they will give you the poorest customer service ever, argue with you when it should t even be a debate, and then once they tick you off they will turn it on you. * would not even let me address my concerns, which are LEGIT concerns, and at a business stand point you HAVE to be willing to listen to your customers- instead * is gonna steadily talk over me, and not even let me finish what I'm saying. Every time I tell her "my bank and * (her agent) both confirmed it would take 2-5 business days, she goes on to start a arguement "we can't guarantee it will take 2-5 days, it's up to your bank" then I tell her again "my bank already confirmed it" and she would continue to say "well we can't confirm it" which is not even why I'm trying to talk to her! * already confirmed it and my bank. I'm simply telling her how the conversation went with * and why I feel the service is bad. She steadily keeps talking, to the point I can't even talk because she is just talking... So I ask her to stop, and she says "well I'm gonna go ahead and disconnect the call now" because she DOES not want to even hear anything, and I've worked In call centers before- you don't hang up unless your being abused by customer and you've explained at least three times to customer if they don't stop you will have to disconnect... Well I wasn't even being abusive, she just kept talking and not listening, then I ask her to stop and she decides she will hang up. So I then got so mad about this, my last word was NOT nice, but instead of her just hanging up she goes to my insult "oh back at you" so now she is doing everything your not suppose to do to a customer! First she is gonna instigate the issue, and not just hear me out in what I'm trying to tell her, but bluntly interrupt me, and act stuck up and rude. They have no interest in engaging with customers, or listening to resolve the issues, they just sit and poke at you until you get fed up, and once you try to do anything about it they will act like they are the victims. I talked to * again and she tried saying she was hanging up the first time cause I used launguge, which is such a lie. Then I got her to admit that, when I correct her, that I didn't say anything mean until she wanted to hang up for no good reason, other then they don't care. I'm never shopping here again, it's such a mess and waste of time. This would have been so much easier if they even had a little more customer service and didn't instigate problems.

If you want a costume just go to a Party City and spend the extra money on it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM YANDY. I bought a hello kitty costume in a size small because the measurements on their site matched mine. I got the costume and I could not even fit it over my head! I am not a big girl, only 100 pounds so I was not trying to fit into a size that wasn't mine. The costume fits an 11 year old! I called customer service right away and they were rude from the beginning arguing with me about the measurements. I had to put my mother on the phone. As soon as she started talking to them they told her "Who are you? We can't talk to you. We need authorization from your daughter." I could not believe that I had to authorize my own mother to talk about a Halloween costume. They eventually told me that I could send the costume back and when they get it they will give me store credit. They would not let me buy the new costume and then credit my card when they get the other one. They said if I wanted to buy the costume now they would not credit my card they would give me store credit. This would mean they got $60 out of me. I need the costume by the 26th so this means I would have to pay to ship it back to them and pay for a tracking number so they can't say it got lost and they didn't get it. Then I would have to pay for next day shipping on the new costume so that it would get here in time. I decided not to send the costume back and eat the $36 spent. It is not worth the money time and aggravation. This is what the customer service rep wrote in an E-mail to me about sending the costume back "I have made a one time exception for your order for Store Credit Only as long at the item(s) is in it's original unworn condition.
Keep in mind your mother's comment were the costume was for a child. This costume does not get ANY longer it only gets wider." The length was not the problem the width was a problem which was 27inches at the bust when I measured it. What adult is 27inches I am not even a full grown adult and I am more than that. Do not buy from this site you might think you are getting a great deal, yes there stuff is cheap but there return policy sucks and there sizing charts are wrong! So now I am out $36 and I have no costume for a Halloween party all thanks to Yandy.
