Yandy has been my affordable go-to store for lingerie, and my wife's collection is much larger because of them. They have great sales at times and the customer service is good. Never had a problem with them!
To sum up my experience in one word: WOW! Today is Thursday, Nov 20,2014. I just placed my order on Monday, Nov. 17,2014 and I got my order today! Much earlier than I expected! Prices are so affordable and the merchandise is pretty high quality! And, let me tell you, it is such a relief to have a place that bigger women can order stuff that actually fits when they label it as "plus-sized"! Bigger women want to feel sexy, too, and with Yandy... I do! I'm sexy and I know it ;) Thanks Yandy!
Ordered some shorts that looked cute. The shorts did not fit which I am alright with considering it's online and I could not try it on. What I am NOT happy about is that they make you jump through so many hoops to return item and get your money back! You have to go to post office, buy return stamp after they receive item only then will they determine if you get money back. All the stress and time it takes to return an item might as well keep the misfit clothes
This is totally unfair. It's online shopping therefore there can be a strong possibility items don't fit. So baffled that they will make such a hassle to return item. I am a seasoned online shopper mainly with Amazon and I have NEVER gotten this hell to return an item. Yandy.com need to be more empathetic to there customers. Why on earth will I order anything else from them.
No retail stores. If you chose to purchase something and need to return it, you will pay for cost of return shipping. Additionally, Yandy doesn't protect the shipment. There are much better online retailers. Don't bother with Yandy... not worth it.
I have been a Yandy's customer for many years. All of clothes I shop from Yandy are good quality. Shipping is fast. Their designs are very sexy and these clothes look good on thin people. I haven't had any negative experience from Yandy. If somebody has big body frames and a bit overweight, do not wear their clothes because they may look too short on you.
I purchased a few items from yandy, white pirate top, what I expected, black corset with skirt, skirt very nice, corset is alright, good size, 6' feather boa not good quality, disappointed, two tear drop skirts, nice but very stiff hoping they will soften with washing, garter with gun, ok gun very, very small, the shipping was fast complete order, overall I'm happy with my order.
We spent all of our time on Black Friday putting together a gigantic order of almost 100 items and after a full month of them delaying the order they just cancelled it with no explanation aside from "corporate cancelled all the black friday orders because we are short staffed". I kid you not, there were items we purchased for $2.10 and they were still available and in stock and listed at $29.95. Zero of the items were cancelled due to being out of stock, they just cancelled all the orders because "they felt like it". Granted they gave us a 40% off coupon which had an expiration date and other stipulations like minimum and maximum order amounts, etc. The worst part is we wasted our ONE black friday purchase on this site, not like we can go back and buy from a different site and get their Black Friday sale. They just do not care about their customers at all.
I would never order from them again... I unfortunately got called away on business and my package arrived and they only give you 15 days to return an item from PURCHASE... YES PURCHASE... who does that... they took $20.00 off my return and never mentioned it when I was talking to customer service about the return... they did take back but basically put me on the black list for the return... They are dealing with a bride with too much on her plate... I will NEVER order from them again and advise others not to. The 1 star is to good for them.
I have been buying in this store since 2014. I never had a problem with them until now. I recently purchased a biking that did not fit, I contacted customer service and their answer was literally " I do not know what to tell you, items are true to size". Basically calling me a liar, hysterical. Then I proceeded to do the return authorization form and tried talking to someone so they would waive the return fee, since one the fitting issues are not my fault and two seconds before I had place an order to replace the one that did not fit. The girl told me that they could not waive it since it was not the same item. Seriously, Victoria's secret will never lose a customer over 4.95. They are cheap, and have no customer service whatsoever.

I ordered several items on 2 separate occasions from Yandy.com. They have a huge selection. Everything I ordered was exactly as advertised. The quality of the merchandise is excellent and shipment was within a few days. I recently had to return an item for a different size, and the customer service representative was extremely helpful, did the exchange over the phone, and was very courteous. There was no wait time. I highly recommend this company and will continue to order from them in the future.

I'm so surprised by the negative comments I've read - I just received my first order from Yandy and everything is exactly as I expected. I'm in a remote area in Canada and my order still arrived on the first anticipated date! I ordered a mix of items - stockings, pasties, panties and a bodysuit and despite a couple of stray strings I am actually pretty impressed with the quality - everything was packaged well in individual boxes/bags and fits AMAZING. Everything was "one size fits most" so I was a bit concerned, but I'm 5"1 and 118 lbs and everything works for me and is incredibly flattering. I actually can't wait to order again! I ordered a costume for Halloween on October 18. At the time, Yandy was running a promotion promising all orders be fulfilled before Halloween. I did not receive my package until November 3. At that point there was no need for the costume so I made a return. It is now November 23 and I have yet to receive a refund for my late package. If they can't keep promises of making deliveries they don't need to have promotions. It's a slimy way to get more sales At the expense of customers.

Ordered many items for the 90 percent off Black Friday sale, waiting past told shipping date and asked for an update. I was assured my order would be shipped. Yesterday however they sent me an email that my entire order had been canceled due to unforeseen circumstances and their solution was to offer me 40 percent off up to $150.
I ordered some hosiery from yandy, along with a pair of the free underwear. I tracked my order and it said it was delivered but no package has arrived. Also it doesn't show up on my order history. Starting to think they took my 20 bucks and ran for the hills.
Horrible return policy! I ordered a costume on medium size according to their size and it runs small--- when I called the person was rude and just wanted to give me store credit which I refused due to I don't want to buy anything from them anymore. Stay away from this rip off store. Waist of time!
Great prices and shipped right away. But when I tried on what I had bought there was a huge hole in the front of it. Kind of upsetting since it was for a special occasion. Probably will stick to the other website I order from. I would rather pay a few extra dollars for better quality.
I had a package lost due 100% to my post office and it was nightmare trying to find a resolution, lots of wasted time and going in circles and they passed the blame around-showed no concern what so ever. I contacted Yandy about the issue and they responded quickly with precise communication and we resolved the matter in 1 day! The customer service was amazing and I'm so happy with the results. First (and last) time ordering from this company. I used their size chart to order a costume and the only part that fit was the bra - the rest of it was so large that I would need a tailor to alter it. For the price paid ($250) I was greatly disappointed in the quality (one of the studs fell off the first time I tried it on). The axe that I ordered with the outfit was broken. Because its a Halloween costume (we are still 2 weeks out from Halloween, mind you) the CSR refused to provide a refund and would only issue store credit. I demanded to speak with a manager who offered a "one time" refund due to the underlying issues. But... they want me to pay shipping to return the items! Moral of the story - don't give them $250 of your hard earned money for a costume. If you decide to order from this company, give yourself plenty of time to return and exchange because the costume probably wont fit! Never again.
I am a wholesaler that deals in over 1 million male clothing monthly and I stumbled on this website yandy.com so I decided to order some sample items - 4 lingerie on their site before I start making bulk orders in thousands of quantities. To my greatest surprise, the items have not been delivered in more than 25 business days to my address in Nigeria. I have just submitted a ticket to customer service asking for a full refund. Even items I ordered from a different merchant using the same postal system on the same date I ordered from this so-called yandy.com were delivered within 10 business days.
Now the only way I will ever order from them in bulk again as I proposed is to get a full refund to my card and not a voucher from the merchant.
I bought adorable knee high socks for plus size. I am 165 and the model advertising the socks was heavier than me so I thought the socks would fit me comfortably... THEY WERE SO TIGHT. The top of the sock kept rolling down - that's how tight they were. The box they came in had the weight as 160-180... If they are that uncomfortable and tight on me I don't see how a 180 lb. women would feel. Wearing them. I bought other items but I was most excited about these socks cause they were so cute. I am very disappointed. I also bought the unwrap me bow teddy... don't even bother. Its a piece of trash. I have so many regrets right now. I will NOT be purchasing ANYTHING from this site again.
