Cheaply made, ill fitting products. Terrible customer service, awful return policy. Now I have store credit to by more cheap crap! Don't buy it unless you want to get stuck with overpriced junk you can not return.
I love yandy.com. Everything I order off of this website is amazing and legit! I definitely recommend this site for lingerie, shoes, bras, and underwear. If you're second guessing yourself about ordering from yandy don't cause it will be exactly what you ordered!
I went on this website first to see if YANDY.com was legit / trustworthy or not. After hearing mixed reviews I tried it for myself. I ordered 3 items and all showed up perfectly weeks before the estimated shipping date. All products were the way they looked in the picture and fit perfectly. I would order from them again.

Since the trip to Budapest was last minute but important, I required expedited delivery of select special outfits fitting the mood and occasion. However, holiday demand and COVID caused delay in many vendors. Yandy offered gorgeous outfits including everything from swimsuits, cocktail/party dresses and lingerie, and delivered them on time. Although packed in less than attractive plastic wrap, everything arrived timely and was as ordered. Thank you Yandy for helping make the trip special.
I ordered 5 for $20 panties for my girlfriend honestly expecting poor quality or a small verity, the latter of my two concerns was null after mere seconds of searching. Even in their cheap section they had many options, without even considering their more expensive ones. They shipped promptly and upon arrival I was faced with the real test, quality. To my genuine surprise they were well made, and according to my girlfriend quite comfortable. The final test was durability, seeing if they would hold up, and after three months or regular use they are yet to have any damage. Two final notes, one good and one bad, the bad first. Two of the six pairs we received were a little bit off-sized, so I suggest to be very careful of the dimensions, which were readily available. The good closing note is that attached to the order is a free pair of panties of equal quality, just for ordering, putting A positive close to our overwhelmingly excellent virtual visit.
Sexy panties, but there were no returns and customer service didn't want to take responsibility for wrong sizing on the website. I ordered according to the table but they pretty much told me that I DID get a right size (but panties were pretty much falling off of me). They were fighting with me for those pathetic 5$, asking me to send pictures and stuff. I might never come back to this website because of the way they handled the situation. If you do decide to order that's at your own risk, just know that you are risking your money if something doesn't fit (even if it's their fault). Quality is ok at best.
Hey Oxana I am sorry you felt your pantie was the wrong size we ask for documentation for our records to make sure there was not an issue with you receiving the wrong sizing. It is sometimes easier than having to return the item. It looks like you did not want to proceed so we were unable to provide a resolution. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
I ordered two items during a big sale. After a week of not shipping I saw these reviews and was scared it never would ship. I contacted customer service via email and was prompted answered that they ran out of stock and that I could cancel my order if desired. I decided to cancel my order and was promptly refunded.
I ordered costumes on October 6th and I still haven't received them. I have called multiple times most of the time it tells me I can't speak to any one right now to call back later and the one time I got through it either disconnected or they hung up. I have sent multiple emails and I feel like I'm getting no where.

Poorly put together rubber popcorn top is detached from suit on the side. It does not give same neatness as picture not worth the money and I want to return and get a refund but they haven't returned email or customer support number says no one can take your calls.
They seem to take photos of the "real" stuff to use as their own and then provide a lower quality version. Materials are not at all what I expected and sizing is terrible. Im exactly a size 6 and the choices are 4-6 or 6-8 so I selected 6-8. It barely fits on me. Will never order from this company again.

I ordered my halloween costume 6 weeks ago and it still did not arrive. I am still trying to get my money back. These people come with new excuses every time and new rules to cover there dirty, devil $#*!! Somebody should sew the crap out of this company! If they have enough lawsuits they have to shut down!

I am sorry you cannot locate your package. I would be happy to investigate this situation for you. All US orders have a tracking and are insured. We can open an investigation. All claim orders are reshipped or refunded. I suggest that you call and ask to speak with the manager. We do want to find a solution for you.

I purchased 7 pairs of underwear. All were described as "one size fits most". That should have been my first clue, along with the unusually low prices. My wife is 5'4", 125 pounds. Hardly a unique size. Nothing fit well, and a few didn't fit at all. Some were small, others were small in some places and baggy in others. But all shared one thing: they were cheap quality, flimsy material, and poorly made. Garbage from China. After trying on 4 pairs my wife decided she had seen enough and didn't bother opening the remaining 3. The 4 opened items were tossed in the garbage. I requested a return authorization on the other 3. Fair enough, I thought. But Yandy refused to accept a return and issue a refund. In so many words, stick it. So I'm out $66. The old saying applies here: you get what you pay for.

Purchased a costume on October 17,2021 and paid for expedited shipping. Yandy was very quick to charge my card for the amount of the costume and shipping, but is very delinquent in shipping my item or providing an update on when it may possibly be received. My confirmation email stated I would receive it by October 21,2021. Calling and texting customer service is a joke. I have called three times today and have been on hold for over 15 minutes each time, when their system finally hangs up on the caller. No response through texting. I am tired of hearing the excuse of high volume and shipping issues. If you sell your products work overtime and get them shipped. What use will a costume be if it does not arrive on time?

By far... the worst customer service I've ever experienced! Just got off the phone with the "Manager" named Kiki. If that's the manager of yandy?! Then I will never order from this site again not tell my friends to as well. Managers don't talk condescending to a paying customer. I loved yandy for costumes for years. But I can go by the same costume of Amazon or 3wishes for that. I asked a question and she kept making it seemed like I was dumb or asking it. Also kept stating something else that I NEVER EVEN ASKED! When I tried to correct her she cut me off over and over very disrespectful. I know my review won't really matter because they are probably a busy company but, I personally will never order from a site that does not want to answer your question!

I ordered nearly $400 worth of goods from this site. The items they sent either came late or or in incorrect sizes. Customer service said it was my fault when the fort really lies With their website. Horrible experience will never purchase from this site again

Ordered a lingerie outfit last week - arrived on time and although it was a little too big, was very cute and just as described. They make returns super easy. Ordered 2 more lingerie outfits yesterday, overnight shipping, and they're on the UPS truck to be delivered today, awesome! Customer service is prompt and helpful. LOVE that they're in the U.S.! And lastly, I am VERY big-busted... they have lots of variety and tons of outfits to choose from. I order online a LOT and this has been the best experience I've had. Highly recommend.
Purchasing lingerie online is always a hit or miss for me. There are plenty of cheap websites that tend to falsify the quality of their product to consumers. It can be quite discouraging. I am a complete review snob and read everything I can on a product before I purchase. Yandy had mixed reviews and I was skeptical... however, I now don't understand why. My friends recently threw me a surprise lingerie shower and purchased a few items that I had seen online and gave them as a sample for what I'd like. They were exactly as pictured and the quality was perfection. I was blown away. Both consumers said shipping/delivery was quick.
