I love yandy i have ordered 3 times and i live in ontario canada my last order was here in less then two weeks! I am completly blown away by the cheap prices and huge selection, i am a plus size woman and cant believe how easy it is to find sexy items that actally fit! I will never shop at a lingerie store again thank you yandy
Ordered lingerie worth $60, it arrives and its so small and flimsy definitely not worth my money. So I go to return it and half the items I could supposedly return are only available for in store credit! So I get half my money back and half store credit and then find out I have to pay my own return shipping. On top of the shipping I already paid when I placed my order. So out of my $60 ill be getting back maybe $25. Beyond pissed off that I wasted my time and money. Don't buy from yandy! Its terrible!
My order after Black Friday was canceled just before Christmas.
They repeatedly assured that everything would arrive on time.
To date, the costs have not been reimbursed either. I will wait a few more days and if the money is not returned, I will apply to the bank with a chargeback procedure
Nora from customer care ended the chat on me when she decided she was done talking. I utilized three forms of customer care to get this issue resolved. Phone, chat, and e-mail. My item was missing and they decided the postage wasn't worth mailing it out, no refund or anything... seriously? Needless to say I'm calling the bank for a chargeback! I just wish I read the reviews first!

I found this website cause I was looking for something in particular and liked what I saw. I was checking out reviews and some were really good and other were really bad. I decided to place a small order so I wouldn't waste money if the items suck.
Customer service is really terrible, I have to agree with everyone else. It's liked they pulled random people off the street to be reps for the day. After the end of the conversation I said "thank you" and they said "no prob' " T_T
Even though customer service sucked their quality and shipping doesn't, which makes up for it. Shipping was extremely fast! The package is very discrete. The quality of the items are great! They looked huge at first, then I tried it on and it's perfect. True to size actually. I would definitely shop from there again. I bought panties if that helps.

First, my package came on Wednesday afternoon after placing my order Sunday evening. Only being 3 days, it was some of the fastest shipping I've seen from a company. Second, in the comments of my order, I asked to have the free panties that came with my purchase to be white. I recieved an email almost immediately with a response, saying the panty colors were chosen at random. Having recieved a reply, I was fine with not getting my choice. When I looked at the panties though, they did end up being the white pair I wanted, even though the packing list said black! If that's not great customer service, I don't know what is. Third, my order came with two $100 wine vouchers! I was not expecting that wonderful surprise. Finally, the quality of the items are great, and look just as amazing on as they do online. I am so so so pleased with this company and I intend to do much more business with them in the future!
I wasn't 100% sure about this site. Im a small girl at only 107 pounds so i didn't think any of there things would fit and they don't have a lot of smalls but i picked a super cute set for V-day and i love it. It was only 17$ and its amazing! I ordered it on the 1st and got it on the 2nd without paying for 2 day shipping or anything like that. Shipping is about 5$ but with every order you get a free pair of panties and they are good quality.

Yandy's website has a promo where they send you a free pair of panties in the mail if you subscribe to the site. I received a medium pair of pink lace panties in the mail a month after I signed up! I didn't really expect to receive them and they came to me when I needed them most! I sell my used undergarments on the Internet for extra cash and I was broke that week and had sold out of all my panties! That day one of my customers wanted to order a pair of lace panties and I had just the pair! A few hours later I sold that free pair of cheaply made Yandy panties for $60! Thank you Yandy what a blessing! I wish I could give you my business but unfortunately for you I know how to make your panties for myself my nearly nothing! :)
I'm so impressed with the quality and the fit on the chemise I brought, I would 100% buy from them again. At first I was worried but the shipping came way earlier then expected and the quality was worth the $15 that's for, don't write many reviews but I'm really impressed with this company

I placed an order through their website on Black Friday during their big sale. That was November 26th I believe. About 10 days later I received an email that 2 of the items were now out of stock and could not be fulfilled. About a week ago I sent an email asking what the status of the order was and I was told the two items were gone but the remainder of the order was still good to go. I emailed again yesterday and received basically the same message. 20 minutes ago I received a completely cancelled order notice. 3 days before Christmas. 1 phone call and 2 email exchanges later and now this email? Never again.

I very rarely write reviews, but I had to because I'm so angry. I just bought a pirate costume from this site. I only bought it because they had a video and the costume looked great on the girl. Well, I received it and it looks nothing like the video. I know that normally costumes are a little cheap looking, but this is ridiculous! The quality is very cheap, and it's falling apart. I could have made it better myself. I tried to chat with someone over the website, and the girl never responded once I said I wanted to return it. Terrible customer service! Now I have to spend $$ to ship this back and I hope that they accept it.
I purchased 28 pieces (me and my friends) gifts for Christmas and spent about 4 hours selecting them. The order was delayed and after 1 month was canceled and refunded. No reason.
I had no gifts for Christmas to give to my friends and missed all other deals in other places. Such a shame.

Terrible customer service. I contacted them to let them know my package was marked as delivered and it hasn't arrived. The lady was incredibly rude and threatened me. She then lied and said Saturday delivery wasn't available in my area. 100% fabricated. She said "I don't know why they have marked it as delivered, they don't offer Saturday delivery in your area." Not true at all. Total scam. BUYER BEWARE.
I'll keep this short and simple because I could go on and on about my negative experience. They don't give you your full refund for what you paid. They deduct from it for your return but they don't disclose that to you everywhere. I sent the customer service proof that the return policy page I was shown did not disclose that and the customer service had the nerve to say that they don't have to disclose that and refused to honor my full refund even though they had my proof. Overall product quality is bad as well.
