I had been wanting to buy from their site for over a year and when I finally could, it was the easiest online purchase I had ever experienced. The packaged arrived quickly on Monday, I ordered on a Tuesday, in discrete packaging.
I cant say enough great things about this company. I used to shop at Victoria Secret but have been disappointed and that is how I found Yandy. They have great variety and the quality of the items is amazing. When I have sent things back they have been fast about returns and no games.
Still waiting on my products to arrive. Have received numerous emails asking if products are satisfactory. Well I don'know do I. No one has had the decency to respond to my emails. Extremely disappointing.
Very disappointed. Returned two items and they were refused because of a couple of dog hairs. Really, just shake the items and dog hair would be gone. Also the quality of the items are very cheap. Definitely not a site that I would order from again.
Shipping was very fast, I ordered on a Friday and received my items on a Monday. However, I was disappointed when I opened my bra and panties. The bras had hardly any padding for support although they were "maximum cleavage". One of them is sewn that it makes my breasts appear pointy. It was not flattering at all. The other one did fit well although it had very little padding. Both of the panties were the same size, but one fits well and the other one fit two sizes too small. I even checked the size chart. I don't understand why one size large fits but another size large does not. I did buy all of these items on sale, so the price was great but I cannot return anything. I don't think I'll buy from Yandy again because the odd shape of the bra and the varying sizes of the panties. :/
I bought a couple of items from Yandy. They arrived 9 days before the earliest delivery date (to Australia), the babydoll nightie is great material, soft lace and well made. I made a mistake with the shipping, customer service (Kiki and Deidre) fixed the problem within 24 hours which included a refund to my paypal account. Couldn't ask for a better company and customer service 10/10.

YOU CAN NOT RETURN!
I ordered a pair of sports sucks. They're not what I thought but can not be returned even thought they are unopened! It was no final sale upon ordering but when wanted to return they're many noted that this is final sale or this item is not returnable! I have a feeling that this website is not honest! I won't recommend this website to anyone and will not order anymore from this tricky website.

After several emails inquiring about my order and then guarantee me it would be delivered before Christmas I called today and I get a refund for hours later with them canceling my order due to their fulfillment center not responding to any of the companies inquiries the manager on the phone told me that they cannot even talk to a manager at the fulfillment center to question on an order they'd have to just sit and wait and see what happens so their decision was to cancel my whole order
I had expedited an ADULT Cat in the Hat costume. After 2 days I received this kids Cat in The Hat costume. You can see the big difference in the packaging. I called the customer service and they explained that the hat was made to fit a small head. It's ridiculous! They are very rude!
I placed my order over a month ago and still dont have it for vacation. Their system messed up my address, then it was auto returned. I called to correct it and was told I would recieve it soon- that was two weeks ago. Now I don't have it for vacation. Worse of all when I called in to expedite it the customer service person had a horrible attitude, was short, impatient and denied any responsibility in the problem. I cancelled my order. I'd rather go to a place that has more professional customer service.
I ordered a Halloween costume, I paid extra for shipping. I got the costume broken, it was very cheaply made. I talked to the company and got belittled. I will never buy from this company again for the reason they have a bad return policy and bad customer service.
It was my first time ordering online for clothing and I was really nervous at first since it was a week before Valentines day and I wanted something nice for my boyfriend. So I ordered two chemises, some stockings, PJ's and a thong along with the free panty. It arrived two days after I ordered which was extremely impressive for me since I paid for standard shipping. Everything was nice quality and I'm in love with my chemise's and PJ's since it is surprisingly comfortable. This coupled with there cheap - fair prices is just amazing and I've already place my second order expecting it to arrive sometime next week. I love this site, would defiantly recommend.
I ordered a sexy Christmas costume for my girlfriend and found the same one on several different sites. Yandy.com had the costume for about half the price of any other site I found. I placed my order and was offered a free pair of panties (which I accepted). I chose the least expensive (about $7) shipping option since there was no rush to get the costume. I received a tracking number for the order via e-mail in less than an hour, along with the link to use said number. I received my order in 2 days via USPS in perfect condition. The costume was everything advertised and the free panties were a nice add-on. She loved all of it. The only down side to ordering from this website was that they have a no return policy on their costumes. They are up front about this, so it wasn't a surprise. Make sure that you knw the right size though. I will definitely be ordering from there again.
I ordered my halloween costume on October 11th 2021 solely to avoid last minute halloween shopping. The site stated that it would arrive by 10/14-10/18 it's been a week now and no package. The costumer service has been no help whatsoever too. Me, a costumer! Has to deal with more stress because of this when I ordered it 2 weeks ago! Now if it doesn't fit I won't have any time to get a new one. I bought it weeks ago to avoid this kinda mess.

Tipical chinese! Delivery time is over a month in Europe. The quality of the products is the lowest possible, you just can't wear their products in public. It is the cheapest chinese marchandise. The photos have nothing to do with the real products. I think they just find some pictures over internet and try to copy the product with their own capabilities. Now you can't say you didn't knew! JUst doesn't worth the stres. Just buy something from your local store where you can see the quality or try a shop that isn't a chinese one- like yandy is! Not to mention the rudeness of the customer service.
There items are just like the pictures. They answer any question you have threw email very fast so surprise made me feel special. Greatly recommend it.

I ordered Halloween costumes from this website with a guaranteed ship date of one week before Halloween. The order didn't come in on the date that it was supposed to. When I called to ask for a refund for the $45 that I spent to ship these, they told me that they do not guarantee any ship dates. When I explained that this is what was said on the website, I was called a liar by Nichole, the store manager. She refused to refund our money and was VERY rude. I would never order from this site again!
