After several emails inquiring about my order and then guarantee me it would be delivered before Christmas I called today and I get a refund for hours later with them canceling my order due to their fulfillment center not responding to any of the companies inquiries the manager on the phone told me that they cannot even talk to a manager at the fulfillment center to question on an order they'd have to just sit and wait and see what happens so their decision was to cancel my whole order
Tip for consumers:
I was notified by the manager that their fulfillment center has gone out of control and they have nothing they can do about it
Products used:
I was not able to use any because they canceled my order after emails guaranteeing that they would deliver it before Christmas then they cancel my order three days before Christmas when I called and inquired about my order
