Since I never purchased an item from Yandy I thought I would test it first before I put my faith in its purchase process. So I purchased a minidress. Since it was one item I also had to pay for shipping. When the item arrived and was pulled out of the bag it was in it was torn in three places and a couple of the straps were also ripped. When I contacted Yandy, their web site said either exchange or store credit. But I would have also had to pay for shipping back.
After I contacted Yandy, their customer service personnel were very good at making this error right. They both called and wrote an email and gave me a full refund to include the shipping costs.
Although I had a bad taste in my mouth from the initial purchase, Yandy customer service won me over and I would try this company again.
