Order over €100s worth of items on Yandy to treat myself and never received my package. My address was entered correctly but my package was never even attempted to be delivered. My tracking status says my package is being returned to sender and I have received NO help from Yandy. I'm at a loss of what to do. Customer service has been no help to me. Avoid at all costs unless you want your money stolen.

Hi I am sorry your 1st order was undeliverable it looks like Brooklyn refunded for the merchandise on 7/25/2021 since the tracking displayed your order was return to sender on it's way back to us. I can see the discussion the two of you had. Your last reply was " Thank you for your help! " Please advise if there is something I could be of additional assistance on? I am concerned about the poor rating after we took care of your issue. Also, I see you placed a new order with the same address. I look forward to your reply to make sure everything is ok.
