I purchased one costume on clearance for $30 including shipping. The costume was not as advertised in the picture, so when I sent it back they would only give the option of store credit or they would deduct $5 for shipping it back using their label. On top of that, they would not refund me the money I paid to ship it to me in the first place $8. So, taking my $8 loss I ordered a "dress" to use as my store credit. When the dress arrived it was cheap stocking material that you can get from China for like $5. The dress was too short, it was clearly lingerie NOT a dress, but the customer service rep ONLY would offer store credit after AGAIN deducting both shipping costs! This is a scam if I ever saw one.
Horrible customer service. Among the worse ever. And although it's posted, it shows it was built by someone who has no business background.
14 day return policy is enforced like a cop. So the item takes time to arrive. And so after 10 days of receiving it, it was determined the item was not what I needed. I wanted to return it. Unopened.
I was told the return time has elapsed. And I told them you could charge me a restocking fee and give me store credit. I was denied.
So they would have lost no money. I would have returned as a customer. And they denied that?
Terrible.
So they lost me as a customer. And I am writing this review. And I am telling as many people as possible about my experience.
I am not sure how much I would spend there in the next year. I loved the site, so maybe $300. And because of their return policy, they miss out.
And imagine if only 10 people believe what I do? That's $3000. And if they keep doing this, they are just losing money by the day.
I have ordered several items and was very pleased. I received everything within 3 days, shipping was great. I just ordered a couple of things tonight, Can't wait til it gets here. I love this site and will recommend it to anyone!
After ordering a 38.50$ item I got multiple confirmation emails from yandy for one item. With different item numbers. The next day I look at my bank account and had fraud activity from another website I have never heard of for over 1,00$! Wtf!

When I ordered from Yandy the first time, I was skeptical. The prices are so low and the reviews weren't all that great. But once I relieved my order I was surprised by the quality! Brought a heel off site and shoe was the size of a child box was destroyed and held together with a rubber band upon sending the shoe back I was notified in written email $4.95 will be deducted for using their label received a partial refund of $26 after 11days of the shoes arriving to their facility not only did I waste my time on garbage product never received my full refund will be providing my bank all written documentation filing a dispute for my remainder
This is a great product I'm not gonna lie. But when you order something you should get the whole order. I ordered 15 items and then they sent out 11 items. When I ordered it and they took the money route right away and then they hold onto the money for two weeks and then they sent my 11 items out. They reimburse me $10 but worth the other four dollars or my for other products. They said that they took out the four items because they were out of stock and they cannot reimburse me because I do not qualify for the discount anymore. I'm not mad about the four dollars it's the fact that they did that and they held onto the money and then they didn't even try to call me or contact me asking me if I wanted something else. No matter what you should be able to get what you pay for.
Have bought from them a few times before with no issues. Recently bought a bunch of stuff from Black Friday sale and they just decided to cancel my order. The same items I purchased are still showing in stock on website and they don't want to help me at all. I think that it's ridiculous I've reached out to them and have just gotten same generic and no answer as to why the items I bought are still on site being sold in stock.
I ordered $200+ worth of lingerie from yandy.com and it all (but one piece) fit perfectly! The shipping was amazingly quick (3 business days) for someone living in Alaska. Usually shipping takes 7-10 business days. The way the items were packaged was horrible though. Everything was crammed into a big plastic envelope and when it arrived, every thing was wrinkled and the bow on one piece was crushed. I am 5 foot and weigh 115 pounds so I was nervous about buying the "one size fits all" but they fit like a glove. Warning to anyone who does not wear a small "one size fits all" is a size small. I have B34 breasts and if they were any bigger, they would not have fit into the piece. I received a free thong with my order. I thought the panties would be cheap from the other reviews I read but they are actually of very good quality and very cute (pink and purple with a bow).
This was my first time ordering from Yandy and I will definitely do it again and I encourage anyone else to try this out! Amazing fit and prices that I can't find anywhere else. I purchased several items from Yandy and the quality is extremely poor so I sent it back at my own expense and they said they do not issue refunds due to quality issues - obviously because they know the quality of the items is terrible. Do not buy anything here unless you just want to have it for one use.
As a first time user, my experience with Yandy.com was nothing but smooth. My boyfriend had been urging me to purchase a corset and so I first turned to this website after reading mostly positive reviews on this and other websites. However, I was concerned about discretion as I live on a college campus and I receive my packages from a public pick-up window. I included this in my order details under the 'comment' option and I promptly received an e-mail assuring me that there would be no issues. I received my package in a speedy TWO DAYS time and am very pleased with my order. The corset is a bit snug but that has nothing to do with the phenomenal time it was delivered in and the reassuring customer service. I also got very lucky with an adorable, turquoise pantie which came free with the order. I will be ordering from them again and encourage others to do so as well!

I found this site by accident and I am so glad I did. I was worried about the quality of merchandise because the prices were so low. I bought quite a few clearance items. Everything I bought (with the exception of one thing) was very good quality and I love all of it! Much better than Fredericks in my opinion! Super cute stuff!
Ordered on Black Friday. A few days later I got a message saying that things were delayed a few days. No biggie, right. Next contact is about 2 weeks later when I got a message stating that 1 item was out of stock, but otherwise the order was still processing. Again, no biggie, right, but shouldn't I have gotten everything like a week ago? ANOTHER 2 or 3 weeks go by and out of the blue I get another email saying the ENTIRE order was canceled because "Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are not able to fulfill your order." What are the unforeseen circumstances? No clue. I went on their website and nearly everything from my canceled order is still selling there. Apparently, they want me to repurchase everything, just now at the non-Black Friday cost? Shady business practices at best, horrible customer experience at the very least.
I placed an order shipped to a different address/name and the next day they called me to verify that i made that transaction; it made me feel secure and show that they really care about their customers, not like the rest... I dont have my order yet but im sure I'll satisfy with it.
I've shopped Yandy twice and had bad experiences both times. I ordered a Halloween costume which in my opinion was way overpriced to begin with but needed it last minute so I spent the money anyway. What I received and what was online were very different. While the costume came with the accessories it listed, they did not match what Yandy had pictured on their site. Not to mention the quality of the costume was awful. Also didn't look as durable as it did on the model. I returned and decided to exchange for underwear instead. What can go wrong with panties right? One word to described their panties: DISPOSABLE and the sizing? WHO FITS INTO THIS STUFF? I'm a size small (size 5-6 in women) and a medium was tight. Yandy is clothing for strippers and young girls who can't afford real quality lingerie. I wouldn't recommend or buy from them ever again. If they're going to sell junk, their prices should reflect that.

Reached out to customer service for issue... I am very good with technology and tried to explain the issue and they just tried to tell me it was something else that made no sense. I asked for extension on coupon for just one day because I spent all days going back to my cart and adding items that got deleted once I went to pay (probably over 15 items) and it was so late that I didn't have time to go back and find everything. They said sorry they can't and still tried to "explain" to me the issue that made ZERO sense. I felt like whomever I was speaking to was condescending and it was my first time buying so I was stocking up and now I will not be buying from them ever!
