I am soon getting married and ordered my wedding night outfit and The post office lost my package. I spent a lot of the time on the phone with them getting the run around. I contacted Yandy telling them my situation and their great customers service went above and beyond for my situation and the problem was solved within the day and a new package with no extra cost should be here tomorrow! I really love yandy. They have a big selection of lingerie, cheap prices, super fast shipping, I live in canada and it took about a week, was very happy. Also a free panty and nail file came with my order. My only complaint is I'd love to order shoes from them but they don't ship to canada. Hoping they do one day! Overall, would def recommend them.
I purchased almost $800 worth of gear, including almost $80 for shipping.
When the gear finally arrived it was bad quality and worst of all the sizing was not even close to what they stated on their website, I don't know where they got this chart from but its not remotely close to being right.
I did complain but was told its my fault and their chart is correct, when I replied and said they should fix their sizing chart, I received a rude reply from a Pam just saying have a good weekend. Beware of this company! Better still shop around or read the feedback on some of these websites bufore you let them have your hard earned money..
I could not be happier with the entire purchase from Yandy. The on line ordering process was quick and user friendly, the product arrived in amazingly quick time especially since it was the holiday season and my choices were exactly as described. I did order up 1 size as I have found all lingerie runs a bit small. And the fit was perfect. On the free panty, I received the wrong size and when I notified Yandy they immediately sent out the correct size. Will definitely do business with them again and I recommend you do so too!
Hi Carol Thank you for letting us correct our error. I wish I knew why the manufacturers make the items run a little small. We do offer sizing guide online and our customer care agent are available 7 days a week to answer any questions.
Paid extra for 2-3 priority shipping... Day 3 package isn't here or even close to my town! So glad we get the option to give our money to a company that can't get peoples stuff to them as promised! And it wasn't even going that far phoenix to Washington state... Really scared to find out the quality and see if the stuff is true to size! More in likely won't waste my money on that site again!
I ordered a costume for my first comic con this weekend. It was close to 100 dollars. I paid extra to make sure it would be shipped in time for the event. UPS delivered it to the wrong house. Upset, I wrote their customer service asking for help. Linda the amazing woman that she is, is having an emergency costume ordered to my hotel I will be staying at and is requiring a signature this time.
I can not express how thankful I am. She is saving my weekend. I have never been treated so well by a website customer service repasenative before. I cried like a baby on the phone I was so overwhelmed with joy. I absolutely love you guys.

Ordered dress for my daughter's Ball. When it hadnt arrived within a reasonable time, i contacted them. They told me to wait for 10-17 days. Then after twenty days, and no dress, contacted them again. This time they asked me for my address. I live in New Zealand, but they told me the dress had gone to Nicaragua. When I asked what it was doing in Nicaragua, they said it was the address I had given. I have ordered numerous goods and services online over many years, and never once did they end up in Nicaragua. Devastated daughter, out of pocket Dad, but lesson learnt. Don't deal with these guys, not worth it. Will do my best to make sure other's dont have same bad experience
As I was planning a Sailor Girl Themed Bachelorette Party for my sister, I stumbled across this website. Amazed is an understatement for my emotions as I began scrolling. They had everything I needed. From sailor outfits, to funky bridal outfits and veils, they had it all. I will definitely be using the website again and referring it to my friends. They even have videos of their models wearing the outfit. This is perfect because you get to see the outfit in full detail before purchasing. They literally have any outfit for any event. In addition to their wide selection, their customer service is just as amazing!
There were so many mixed reviews, but I wanted to give it a shot. I made a last minute decision to purchase one of the holiday ensembles; I only paid for regular shipping, but even then, I got it before Christmas. (Then again, I live in Phoenix, the same city as the store is located, so I think I just got lucky.) Everything arrived in good condition. The quality is not the best, but considering how reasonable it is (and being realistic, how often it will get used and stay on at that...) I was quite pleased with what I recieved. I will say the generic "one size fits most" will probably not work for women who wear larger than a size 10. Also, the bra was quite small, which worked well for me since I'm small busted; for larger busts, I imagine there would be a ton of spillage. I would definitely order from Yandy.com and recommend them to friends.
I have always been happy ordering my costumes from Yandy. They are not overpriced and always great quality. I recently ordered a costume and it was delivered fast and I did not even choose fast shipping, BUT then the postal worker seemed to have delivered it to the wrong address or left it somewhere that it was able to get stolen.
I reached out and was contacted by customer service (David) very fast. Once I filled out a simple form, they immediately sent out a replacement costume. This just happened this past week and I could not wait to write a review! I am very happy. Keep up the great work!
I ordered a halloween costume. It arrived quicker than anticipated, but the sizing was WAY off. So, I thought I'd just exchange it for the next size. I had to apply for a return authorization code... ship it back which cost me $10.25, and now I'll have a credit of almost $50. I was worried about the costume being on sale when I reorder it. No, now I'll have to pay for shipping because my order doesn't equal $70. I would have just returned everything, but of course the other items I purchased fall into the category of non-returnables. The website states that they will pay for shipping for an exchange, but it neglects to say that it doesn't include Halloween costumes. This site is bogus, and I'll never order from them again. What a rip-off!
I tried to buy a really cute costume which was in stock but when I went to buy it, it dia merchant transaction failed and charged my debit card $0.10 even though I had $60.00 in my checking and the costume was $30.00. I tried two more times and the same thing happened. Now $0.30 is pending from Yandy on my checking and my order still hasn't gone through. Ridiculous!
H Kara, I assure you Yandy is not a scam. The $. 10 charge is a pre authorization charge. And is immediately credited. The pre authorization is to verify the credit card and information provided. For some reason yours was decline. You would have received an online message stating why it declined. You had 3 separate $. 10 charges for the 3 attempts you made. The will no longer be pending in 24 hours. If you would like assistance making your purchase please contact customer service.

Whoever does their product photos deserves a raise because they somehow managed to make it look like their items are quality. They most definitely are not. Damaged items, cheap materials, cheap, cheap, CHEAP and not in a good way. I will say this, they did shipped my junk order really quickly.
Well, I just try ordering something from Yandy and after I had entered in my credit card and billing information, I tried to hit "submit" and nothing happened. I tried it again, clicking twice, after which it loaded and said something along the lines of "credit card not verified". When I checked my account, Yandy had charged me SEVEN times for the item I was trying to order. I'm working on cancelling those charges now. Not worth it.

From your description it sounds as if your credit card could not be verified - the billing address did not match what the bank has on file. Yandy cannot charge your credit card if the billing information does not match. Are the 7 charges for $. 10 a piece totaling $. 70 less that $1? Yandy charges a preauthorization fee of $. 10 to validate the credit card information provided. The amount is immediately voided and will never post to your account. If there are 7 $. 10 charges you would have had to click the complete order 7 different times.
If you have a larger amount charged to your account - please contact customer service ASAP 800-883-0860 so we can check if an order was created for you.

I ordered a cute costume that was on sale, it fit absolutely perfectly. The material is sort of elastic and forms to your body. It was comfortable to wear but was very short. The bigger sizes just go wider but not longer, so I had to stay with a small. I couldn't put my arms above my head without instantly showing my $#*!. I also received a free pair of panties!

Everything was exactly as pictured, the sizes were as described, and I got a free pair of panties. :) The best part was that the items, which I ordered on Tuesday, arrived on Thursday! I've bought several times from them and each time was great. They had an item out of stock & it was super easy to fix the situation. I returned items and that was super easy as well! I've made two separate purchase through this site and love it! They shipped both purchases out the same day I ordered them (even though I chose the cheapest/longest shipping option). The clothes were well made and the size chart was actually correct (the size charts on some other sites aren't always the most accurate).
