I was going around a rotary in Quincy MA on 7/17/23 and truck with plate P******* didn't yield before he merged, pushing me off the road. They make it impossible to file a complaint through their company.
Ordered a $2000+ mattress, shipping failed, altered my reschedule of delivery without any notice, and after calling multiple times customer service there's a defect with item when scanning and cannot perform shipment.
Will never do business with them again.
Ordered an appliance from lowes should've been delivered Monday 7/7/23 for whatever reason never showed up. They have no way to contact their drivers except for email which seems a bit ridiculous considering cell phones exist. The fact that I had to call 15 times and got no help what so ever other than repeatedly sending emails to whoever without getting a response is unacceptable. Lowes should do better than use a company that cannot figure out their head from their $#*!. Do not tell me you cannot bring my appliance out the next day when you failed to deliver the day prior. If I could leave 0 stars I would!
I was worried about my delivery and installation after reading these reviews. However, in my case, everything went smoothly. We were contacted the evening before and received our 4 hour window 8:30-12:30). At 9:30, the driver called to say they were 30 minutes away. Louis and his partner expertly deliver and installed my fridge and range. They removed my non-working old microwave. Unfortunately the new microwave was badly dented so they returned it to the warehouse. The fridge and range were installed in a competent and professional manner by Louis and his working partner. I only have good things to say about my xpo experience.
I had a shipment scheduled in plenty of time. It went on the wrong truck and traveled hundreds of miles away. I called to see where it was at, and they told me the location which was twice as far the opposite direction. I contacted my sales Rep, who in turn contacted the freight comapny to see what we can do. It was scheduled to arrive 2 days late. Instead, they re-routed and had it there with 2 hours to spare on Friday, instead of Tuesday as originally planned. Great job to everyone involved. Making a mistake is one thing...How they corrected it was what made all the difference@ Thank you!
My delivery was scheduled for 11am to 2pm and Yasiel and Javier showed up after calling at 10:30am, which was "Outstanding." They were very courteous and knowledgeable in removing and installing the new refrigerator. Please thank them for excellent service!
Our stovetop was purchased from Lowes and delivered by XPO. The delivery man was professional, friendly so everything went well. We have no complaints at all. We rate 10 for Lowes', 7 for friendliness and 7 for professionalism.
Absolutely the worse company I have had to deal with. Really wish I could zero star them. No call no shows 6+ times in a span of a month. Initial delivery was supposed to be 11/29, it is 12/21 and am still trying to get my fridge delivered.
XPO is truly the worst company in the world. They have no idea where their shipments are at any given time, no way to communicate with their drivers, and no apparent interest in customer support. Their poor employees live in fear of the supervisors, with one call center worker confiding in me that she feared being fired if she transferred me to a supervisor, as I had requested. Not that the supervisors can actually help, mind you. Their go-to strategy when dealing with customers is frequently to put them on hold for five minutes and then hang up, hoping, I guess, that some other hapless customer support representative will have to pick up the call next time. If I have one wish for our future, it is that Costco finds a better logistics company to work with than this absolute dumpster fire of an operation.
Ordered a refrigerator from Samsung they use XPO logistics to ship and install. After weeks of calls and trying to get my order xpo finally brings it and it's so badly dented in along front left side and door it was not usable! They you get stuck re ordering and wait time starts over from beginning but now your paying the bill for something you don't have and the warranty is running along with the return time if you ever get one that you can accept with out physical damage… now another one is sitting at xpo hub and I'm told they have no delivery date available! Not acceptable business practice, I'm sorry I ever ordered from a company that uses xpo logistics
This company has rescheduled my delivery on four separate occasions and I still do not have my product. They were completely unwilling to work with me. Customer service is beyond horrible. Stay away from this delivery company at all costs.
Do not use this shipping company. They are completely incompetent. I have spent hours on the phone and still have not receieved our delivery nor been able to get it rescheduled. I have spoken to several "Resolution Specialist" who have been completely ineffective answering any question or resolving any issue. They instead apologize profusely, with no solution or resolution. An apology with out change is just manipulation. Lesson learned.
They rescheduled 3 times because they just dont show up. You have to schedule a day around their window and they dont come at all. The last moron driver told the company he tried to deliver but nobody was home. We were home the whole time and have cameras to show he never came. You can't actually speak to anyone at the local hub which has also been a huge pain. Unfortunately we dont get to pick who delivers the product purchased from samsung.com. Complete garbage delivery service. The drivers are complete liars.
I ordered a Bike and they keep changing my delivery date now we are just about 2 months out. So stupid I even wrote emails and people said they would try and help never heard anything in return. Customer service even sucks
It has been 4 months of aggravating calls for one order and inconvenience with multiple dates scheduled without showing up or having management contact me. Lots of apologies without resolving problems.

Driver actually went to the wrong city... same address but wrong city. They said the delivery could not be rescheduled until 9 days later. It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to someone at the distribution hub in Austin. Only non-native English-speaking people available for customer service calls. AWFUL customer service.
Worst service I've ever had to deal with. They are a "logistics" company but can't handle simple deliveries. Incompetent drivers and useless customer service. Difficult to contact and countless missed deliveries and last minute cancellations.
This company needs to be shut down immediately! I've been stuck with a broken peloton read for almost a month. I've been promised several times that someone was coming to fix if. No one has followed through. They should be arrested for fraud.
Worst customer service experience so far I have ever experienced. They were asking some of the parts of the refrigerator were missing and If i was okay getting the partial order delivered, when we said ofcourse NO, they marked the order "Customer refused -Not home, However reported to the manufacturer that order has been deliver, which is nothing but cheating!". I made several calls to followup on redeliver all I get everytime is "someone will get back in 48-72 BUSINESS hours". Their resolution team is just a joke. Pathetic service.
I have tried and tried to communicate with this company for the delivery of my soft serve ice cream machine. Phone contact I did get in touch with was rude and unhelpful. Promised to call me back. Nope. Got 45 minute warning of the delivery when I have no one to help me get a 235 pound item out of my parking lot. Driver was also rude. Cannot believe this company is in business. What a bad company all the way around. No communication, no follow though and not a single polite person working for them so far as I know. This site wants a confirmation email, but I never got one, so they are probably going to use their own incompetence as a denial. Ugh.
Answer: I believe XPO has a good dog and pony show for Sam's Club, Amazon, and others it convinces to use it as a delivery service. They show their technology and automated emails and text messages, their well-staffed 800 number service, and that is how they bring business in the door. But they have little control over the local delivery hubs, they do not care about bad service, and they will not make good on delivery promises or fix a problem when it arises. In the end, for me and my experience, they are more of a scam than an honest business. An honest delivery business in possession of a washing machine I purchased would deliver it to me or allow me to pick it up if they could not fulfill their delivery promise - but instead, they go silent and act like they have no obligation to make the delivery. They do not even try to provide me with another fake delivery promise.
Answer: I had no choice in the matter. Costco.com foolishly selected them and then failed to follow-up and monitor the progress of the RXO Last Mile delivery fulfillment of their role. So Costco.com is at fault for selecting a bad service provider. In fact, XPO and RXO might be a scam business for all I know …
