Never arrive. Driver says he calls but no record of a call. Driver says he knocked on door and nobody home. I was home and the camera shows you are a liar and never even came. Bunch of elementary school kids running the call centre. Actually I take that back I don't mean to insult elementary school kids. Just useless people working for a useless company. Not sure how they even get paid?
I ordered a Samsung washer and dryer with installation. It was delivered by XPO last mile. They just brought the item and dumped in the laundry room. They did not bring any item to fix it. Its been 15 days and i am still calling daily for their service. Daily they will promise that it will be delivered tomorrow. If we call the customer care and yell at them, they will say it is the ware house who has to deliver the services and they are just messengers. This is going in since they day the items are delivered. Pathetic service. I want some advice as well to sue this XPO last mile. Any suggestions are welcome.

The delivery company used by Ikea XPO is super horrible. The delivery people don't call ahead. They are mean and hostile on the phone. On one shipment, they left while we were waiting at the loading dock of our building. They just keeping us standing there without explaining why they just left. They got into a fight with our building's maintenance crew, who were directing them from front door street parking to the loading dock. On another shipment, they just never showed up but recorded that we rejected delivery.
Ikea needs to take accountability for selecting such a bad delivery vendor and for not monitoring the vendor. They have wasted two days of my life waiting. They have caused me to have to reschedule my task rabbit twice and paid rescheduling fees.
I had a shipment scheduled in plenty of time. It went on the wrong truck and traveled hundreds of miles away. I called to see where it was at, and they told me the location which was twice as far the opposite direction. I contacted my sales Rep, who in turn contacted the freight comapny to see what we can do. It was scheduled to arrive 2 days late. Instead, they re-routed and had it there with 2 hours to spare on Friday, instead of Tuesday as originally planned. Great job to everyone involved. Making a mistake is one thing...How they corrected it was what made all the difference@ Thank you!
Worst service ever, our business used this company out of Texarkana AR, we paid a bill off a quote and they sent a new bill for 3 times what we was quoted. Reached out to the sales man for east Texas, told us one thing and then he ghosted us. This man should not have a job, if you like to be lied to then he is your guy and this would be the freight company you want to use. Look at using Fed ex. Honest people and great service.
They installed my dishwasher as part of the delivery process. They didn't know how to do it, it was horrible. They didn't secure it to the wall cabinet and almost flip over when I pull the top drawer full of dishes and the bottom rubber was placed infront of the kick plate. Even a third grader would know that is not correct.
Deserves a zero rating. We have used XPO several times for our LTL routes. Today, we have exhausted our patience with this company. When receiving goods, they don't strap the cargo down. This has happened 3 times. When we asked the driver, we got a nasty response. Unbelievable! Today our driver showed-up at our loading dock and his truck was nowhere to be seen. He informed us that he would not pull his truck to our loading bay because he did not want to back it in (just did want to do it). His name was Pete and got really nasty when we questioned why he would not bring his truck to our location. This was again unbelievable. The drivers are among the most nasty people I have ever met. We do 10 shipment per month and have never experienced anything like this. Forget about customer service, they just don't seem to care. We will never use this company again.
XPO would not bend on delivery date even though I was in hospital. It was Wednesday or else. Charged storage to move to Friday. Will not buy from any company that using them to ship product.
Agree to deliver and take the money, but they only have LTL trucks, so not able to deliver to some residences. Then call and want you to meet them at "nearest intersection" and when I provided an alternative address 3.1 miles closer to the original one they want more money because it's a "change of address"

XPO failed to deliver a package for the third time. Customer service and the management could care less. They want you off the phone asap and will do anything to get you off including lying. Worst service company ever. Can't believe Amazon tarnishes their name by relying on this company.
Order was to be delivered today between 11-3. No show. Called at 3:30 and was told was running late. Called at 5, told still running late but was still on way. Finally called back at 8. You guessed it still en route today. Not lying, the customer service rep had roosters crowing in background. Yes roosters and I asked her about that. So long story short my 3000 dollar order has not been delivered today, no phone call, no reschedule, no apology but I did get to speak to someone 12 hours away where the roosters are crowing that assured me it's still on its way tonight.
I think they need to fire a few of staff in the service department….when I called for pickup they said something not sure things still no pickup today at 6:00pm
Absolute horrific experience dealing with XPO. I've had my delivery and installation cancelled on me at the last min after i was notified it was already out for delivery. I contact them and they tell me i have to wait over a week for them to drop off my refrigerator i purchased directly from Samsung. Complete nightmare I'm dealing with trying to understand why/how my order was out for delivery then booom all of a sudden i have to wait a week for delivery. Total unacceptable PROOF in photos
I scheduled a pickup and they did a straight no show and this is not the first time. I then called and the lady was extremely unprofessional and try to pretend it was my fault the nerve of her. Then when she realized it was they mistake after 10 minutes of dam near arguing she wanted me to start over and redue the order... So I actually cancelled the order and went with somebody else. Now I will never use them again.
This is the absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with. After two weeks of trying to get a damaged sofa picked up for return to Amazon which XPO Logistics delivered on the wrong day and left outside my home, I am ready to scream. My blood pressure is through the roof at this point.
First delivery was a no show. Second delivery was Items for an other customer. Next delivery was a destroyed Kitchen.
Next pickup for the destroyed kitchen was a no show.
The next pick up was successful.
Minus 5 working days and still I have no kitchen delivered.
Rating is not even a one star.
The overall impression is that the company provides untrustworthy information of the delivery status. The do not properly communicate to Peloton that the unit was not delivery therefore Peloton started the warranty of the unit without receiving the unit. The customer service team did not take accountability of the situation and try to provide falsely information to me.
I have gotten stuck with this company delering multiple times. They have failed and created confusion everytime. They use 3rd party almost all the time for workers that cannot complete their daily deliveries making it impossible to actually get what you paid for.
I placed an order of Samsung washer and dryer along with installation. It was scheduled for Saturday 6th Aug 2022. The delivery guy forgot the washers connection pipe; and told me he will make another visit on Monday 8th Aug 2022. No one show up or called or emailed for any change. Today Tuesday 9th Aug 2022 I called to check; the service care told me they still have to communicate with local for same. In 1-2 days I should get email regarding next plan. I booked this washer dryer because it was getting delivered quickly. I called Samsung. As per there deal its already delivered so they cant do much about it. I wish from user side we should have option to select delivery provider. I will never ever select such unprofessional company.
I have ordered Samsung Washer & Dryer, XPO kept updating with timely emails that the delivery is about to happen and OUT for delivery. Suddenly, cancelled the delivery and rescheduled after 5 days. After the installation, my two tiles were damaged. Another great thing is, the installation is improperly done ending me with heavy noises & floor vibrating. I had raised a complaint with Samsung and had to fix the problem. I applied claim for my floor damage and I got an email with Claim number and thats it, nothing happened. No claim.
Answer: I believe XPO has a good dog and pony show for Sam's Club, Amazon, and others it convinces to use it as a delivery service. They show their technology and automated emails and text messages, their well-staffed 800 number service, and that is how they bring business in the door. But they have little control over the local delivery hubs, they do not care about bad service, and they will not make good on delivery promises or fix a problem when it arises. In the end, for me and my experience, they are more of a scam than an honest business. An honest delivery business in possession of a washing machine I purchased would deliver it to me or allow me to pick it up if they could not fulfill their delivery promise - but instead, they go silent and act like they have no obligation to make the delivery. They do not even try to provide me with another fake delivery promise.
Answer: I had no choice in the matter. Costco.com foolishly selected them and then failed to follow-up and monitor the progress of the RXO Last Mile delivery fulfillment of their role. So Costco.com is at fault for selecting a bad service provider. In fact, XPO and RXO might be a scam business for all I know …
Answer: Actually, it appears to be a scam operating as a delivery service (could it be a way to hire ex-cons and allow them to case the houses where they are making deliveries? That's a possible explanation of why they are failing so many customers…).
