Awful service. Damaged 3 couches. Constantly reschedules deliveries Amazon finally changed to NPS. Wish Amazon would stop using XPO.
Even in raining conditions on delivery date Dilvio and Bárbaro came on time and an amazing job. Highly recommended services! Thank you guys.
I am not sure how this company stays in business. Nor am I sure why high dollar items are even trusted to them.
Ordered the Mirror for my birthday--11/10. Was told to expect a phone call for delivery. Instead started getting texts. Scheduled delivery for the 11th. Received confirmation for 11th. On the 9th, I start getting random texts about the 10th. Call to confirm the 11th. Yep--gtg.
On the 10th, get a text that says a window of 7am-9pm. I ignore because I spoke to someone who confirmed the 11th. Only call I receive is that they are 30 min away from my house on the 10th. Are you confused? I most surely was.
Half a day through several phone calls and zero ownership from the company of their mistake. Ok...we have confirmed from the warehouse for the 11th. After the office closes (super convenient), call where dude refuses to move it to the 11th and instead insists on the 12th. Today is the 12th. I call dude back, yeah, yeah...we got you. Ok. Am I just hanging out here all day--what's the delivery window. Let me call ya back. Zero call. I will be calling LULULEMON STUDIO MIRROR to cancel order unless they can move to a reputable company that knows what the heck their doing and honors their commitments.
Oh and imagine my surprise that this seems to be a recurring theme through all of their deliveries. How are these people still in business.
I purchased a washing machine from Sam's Club, which used XPO Logistics. I received an email and text for July 28 delivery. Received an update on a time window for delivery. Received confirmation on July 28, but later received an email and text about the cancelation. I called the 800 number, and spoke to a helpful and apologetic man probably in India who told me the earliest delivery could be rescheduled was Aug. 4. When I asked about why the July 28 delivery was canceled, he said he did not know but it was probably logistics. Not a good excuse for a company called XPO Logistics. Received a text and email confirming Aug. 4 delivery. Received time window. But no one showed. This time no text, or email about the cancellation. I called the 800 number, and reached a very nice person likely in India who said her computer showed the washer was out for delivery. She tried to help and said she would put a note in the file that I was canceled once before and be sure to deliver. Never heard from XPO again. I used their on-line chat to request the phone number for their local warehouse so I can speak with someone who at least knows who the drivers are and what the problem might be. I was told they never provide a local phone number. I offered to send a truck and pick up the washer I paid for but was told that was not allowed. No one will contact me. They still have my washing machine. A delivery service that is incapable of making a delivery must be something different from a delivery service. I may have to report a theft. A very bad company, with kind people on foreign ground answering their 800 number who must take the repeated heat for the failure of the local warehouses to deliver. I let Sam's Club know of my dissatisfaction. I doubt this matches Sam's Club's expected level of service from the vendors and service providers they hire. Perhaps Sam's Club will fire XPO and find better delivery services to use.
I paid for an LG washer to be delivered and installed and haul away of the old washer. The service was far from ok, bordering on negligent. I've had an LG washer delivered and installed 9 years ago and it was great! The washer was installed, tested and ready to go. So, this time I expected the same. Well, XPO Logistics was the company that did the delivery and so called installation this time.
What a let down. The first time I used the washer, no water came out. No biggie, I turned the water on. Next, the washer sounded terrible, like metal on metal when washing. Then the washer started vibrating so hard I thought it would explode, I had to stop it. I thought perhaps the washer wasn't level, so after spending an hour getting it level, the violent vibrating persisted. After reading through the manual, I realized the shipping bolts were never removed! So, I removed the bolts and it seems to work much better now. The manual states that this can cause serious and permanent damage. We even had the old washer set out on the driveway for them, so all they had to do was install the washer. Clearly, they didn't even turn it on or test run it. I assumed this would be protocol to ensure proper functioning after installation. I am 5'1-female and I had to wrestle this washing machine out of its spot to level it and remove the shipping bolts and turn on the water. I may have well just installed the thing myself in the first place. In addition, there were dirty hands prints all over the washer and on the walls. Generally, I am easy going and would never mention that part. But with everything else it's appropriate, besides the fact that delivery was 2 days late.
I answered the "was your service satisfactory"message from XPO. I explained the situation and got back a message stating someone would get in touch shortly. That was several days ago. I also filed a complaint with LG. I have heard absolutely nothing from either company.
XPO Logistics profit over people. Management is terrible. The company is like a plantation.work you like a monkey slave for hot dogs and hamburgers.
I ordered a fridge from Samsung. XPO contacted me about delivering it on a Thursday. So we got prepped and dismantled to old fridge (handles doors, drawers, etc.) for easy removal the day before. But then they contacted me and said it would Friday instead. OK - no big deal. Then they contacted me again on Thursday (later in the day) to inform me it would now be Monday. A little frustrated, but OK. They sent a Monday confirmation saying it would be there between 8am and noon with a 30 minute heads-up.
At about 1:00pm, no word from them. So I got on-line to track my product. It said there was an issue with the carrier and it would not be delivered. So I tried to call - only automated service. So I did their live chat. All the person could tell me was exactly what I had already read on the website delivery tracker - THANKS A TON! But, they did give me a number to potentially speak to a live person.
So, after pushing many buttons, I finally got through to someone. Again, all he could tell me was what I already knew from the website - as if we were both looking at the exact same screen (which I'm sure we were). When I requested any info at all on what happened, where my product was or when I could expect it, he had zero answers - NOTHING! And they call themselves a "logistics" company? So now I started getting a little perturbed and I let him know this was totally unacceptable.
After about 10 minutes on hold, he came back and finally had an answer for me - roughly, "Within 24-48 hours, you will receive an email from the carrier on the condition of your product." Seriously?!?! They either had no idea where it was and had happened, or they were unwilling to let me know. Totally unacceptable! And they still had no idea when I would end up receiving my fridge.
So, I contacted Samsung and requested a refund. They said they could initiate a new order, but it would still have to be delivered by XPO. So I said no thanks, please just give me my money back - which they did. So, now 4 months after originally ordering our fridge, I have to start all over. Thanks a bunch XPO - you're the greatest!
I fully intend to point out all of the sites that rate XPO terribly to my new contact at Samsung.
It is impossible to leave a zero star rating or that is what they would get. I am sick of the lack of service, call center run around, missed delivery dates and impotent managers who cannot get the job done. I bought two Samsung refrigerators, a $4,000+ purchase, on 5/21/22. I was told that the delivery date would be on 5/27. This delivery date was important to me since my current fridge is at death's door. As I neared the 5/27 date, XPO pushed out the date to 6/7. When I got the email I immediately called XPO, I was told several things but they all amounted to "XPO cannot do anything". I called the XPO call center several times to try to get a contact at the XPO warehouse but no progress was made and I was hung up on by the "help" desk several times. On 6/6 I called the "help" desk again and was informed that my packages would be delivered on 6/7 between 1300 and 1530. I called on 6/7, prior to 1300, to verify again and the times were again confirmed. At 1600, I called again because I received an email stating that I needed to schedule my package drop off. I was then informed that the product would be ready for delivery 6/15. I cannot put into words how poorly this company operates. The call center is staffed by personnel that barely can speak English and they sound like robots when they answer the phone. Any deviation from the script that they are provided results in the "helpers" being completely lost and unable to help. This company is large enough, 40K+ personnel, that their processes should more mature than what they are. Judging from the number of BBB complaints and the number of poor ratings locally, I don't see why anyone would use them. It took me several hours just to find someone who could authorize me to just go and pick up my stuff.
I purchased a washer machine from Lowe's with installation and haul away of old unit. Delivery guy from XPO calls me at a quarter to 7am that they were on their way. They show up to deliver washer. The minute the delivery guy walks into my laundry room he says he cannot install the washer and that he will not. He said the lever behind my machine was broken because there was rust on it. He said he didn't have the authority to just shut off water to whole house in main line. I even said what if I shut off the water-he said no he would not install it as they are not allowed to have the main line shut off. I was so taken aback as I had a washer machine delivered a little over a year ago-that ended up breaking and that delivery service had no issues. He was rude and would not come up with any solutions. I was livid at this point in a full on argument with this guy. He goes out to his truck and sits in front seat on the phone with who knows who. I see the other guy start to pack up the new unit to haul away. I go outside ask him what he is doing. He says there is no one to help. I was yelling at this point - livid. I said to him there is nothing wrong with my plumbing - he kept insisting there was and would not install. He then comes back out of truck and sits on my front porch chair laughing it up with the other guy as if this was his home whileI was in my house trying to call someone for a solution! I told him in no kind way to cancel the order and get off my property. What a piece of work. I called up Lowes and said I would never purchase there again as long as this delivery company is the one making the deliveries. I had a plumber come and look at the lever in back and it's fine! Just a small amount of rust. Seriously! Disgusting! I am so shocked still at this moment over what happened this morning.
Absolutely the $#*!tiest scammiest shipping company. $#*! this company they are frauds and they stuff they put customers through is illegal.
Not only is the Delivery late, the scheduled delivery time has been missed. (good they called to confirm what they will arrive from 12-1. Now i'm being told they might arrive by 5 pm.
We are a school district with kids in the classrooms. To bad photoshop, Microsoft and other tech classes are empty. Not Empty we have students that don't have much to do without any computers.

XPO isn't worth anything. My shipment arrived at a warehouse in Chester VA on the 19th. I got the shipment on the 29th. Needless to say it was delivered to the wrong designation as well. This company needs to fire and re hire everyone. It makes no sense when you tell someone that it will be there on Friday when you call Friday they said oh I'm sorry it apparently didn't make the truck. I'll put it on Tuesdays truck for that area. Tuesday comes you call and they said I'm sorry that truck didn't run the way it looks right now I won't have a truck back in your area til next Tuesday Called and my shipment didn't go out I spoke with a manager who was Stacy he assured me that I would have my shipment delivered on the Thursday. Which is the 29th at lunchtime the shipment said delivered I went outside nothing I got into my car and drove up and down the road looking for it I then called XPO again to get told that it was delivered and it was signed for. I said well that funny a Paul doesn't live here and I am the only one here and I've been sitting here waiting all day. The dispatcher then called the driver he said he dropped it off with a Paul at a totally different destination. I am just glad that I knew this person.
1 I would never use this company
2 they make you feel like you are crazy when u call telling you that your product is there
3 over 20k shipment could have been lost
4. The driver didn't drop it off at noonish it was between 9 and 12 per 2 sources.
5. If I could give zero star I would.
6. This driver has made the good people at this company look like they don't do their job correctly.
7. You should not have to call to schedule a delivery everyone is tracking it.
8. Make certain that you deliver to the designation instead of where you wanna drop your load.
WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY NO!
Again this isn't because of those who answer the phone it's the driver fault that this shipment got only one star. Glad he doesn't work for me.
A 20k $ shipment!
We bought a refrigerator from Lowe's and these guys were supposed to deliver and install it… First of all the driver showed up and didn't follow the instructions to call me and instead called my girlfriend who was busy and at work and told him to call me and gave him my number which he did not do. Then the call-center operator called me to tell me that they were going to have to reschedule because the driver had spotted a little hanging branch that he didn't think he could get by… I walk down and talk to the driver and he was like well you can dolly it down there by yourself but I'm not doing it"
I have driven box trucks like that and the branch was not even in the way first of all, he would have had to do some cutting and readjusting maybe but it wasn't tge first big truck to deliver to my house… second of all it would only take me 10 minutes to chainsaw the branch off for him which I told them I would do, the dispatch operator said he would have him wait 10 minutes and I watched the guy immediately pull away because he didn't want to do the job because I have a long driveway. So now after paying these guys to deliver and install the refrigerator, I took off work to meet him, now I have to take another day off work and I dollied the old fridge down the driveway myself because he's not gonna do it, so they ought to be refunding whatever money we paid because I'm gonna have to dolly the new fridge up to my house myself and at that point I might as well install it because it's nothing but screwing on the waterline and plugging it in. I drove A truck like that for a year and a half doing deliveries and when I showed up at a place and there was an obstacle I went "hmmm, an obstacle, how can I get past this and do my job… This driver went "sweet, there's an obstacle, I can get out of doing my job."
Answer: I believe XPO has a good dog and pony show for Sam's Club, Amazon, and others it convinces to use it as a delivery service. They show their technology and automated emails and text messages, their well-staffed 800 number service, and that is how they bring business in the door. But they have little control over the local delivery hubs, they do not care about bad service, and they will not make good on delivery promises or fix a problem when it arises. In the end, for me and my experience, they are more of a scam than an honest business. An honest delivery business in possession of a washing machine I purchased would deliver it to me or allow me to pick it up if they could not fulfill their delivery promise - but instead, they go silent and act like they have no obligation to make the delivery. They do not even try to provide me with another fake delivery promise.
Answer: I had no choice in the matter. Costco.com foolishly selected them and then failed to follow-up and monitor the progress of the RXO Last Mile delivery fulfillment of their role. So Costco.com is at fault for selecting a bad service provider. In fact, XPO and RXO might be a scam business for all I know …
Answer: Actually, it appears to be a scam operating as a delivery service (could it be a way to hire ex-cons and allow them to case the houses where they are making deliveries? That's a possible explanation of why they are failing so many customers…).
