I ordered a washer and dryer set. The initial delivery date was December 29,2021. On the day of delivery I was called by the XPO driver who stated that the delivery truck had mechanical issues and I would have to reschedule. Called XPO and the operator hung up on me. Called again and set up my second delivery for January 7,2022. On the 6th I received a text informing me to call XPO to "schedule my delivery". Once connected to an XPO operator after a very long wait on hold I was told that I could schedule delivery of my appliances for January 17th with no explanation why my January 7th delivery was cancelled. I asked to have XPO call me to discuss my delivery problems. The XPO operator said that would happen. There has been no return call.
This company not only managed to employ the most rude people, but also treats your merchandise like trash. Open boxes, left on the driveway. Broken merchandise
Worst company to deal with. Was notified that they had my product. Called to schedule a delivery. Was told they just recieved it and they would contact me when it was ready to be scheduled. 5 days later was notified it was ready to be scheduled. Called and earliest delivery was 2 weeks out. On day of delivery was notified I had to reschedule. Called and told it would be another week plus. On day of second delivery I get notified at 6pm that driver is unable to make the delivery. I called only to be told I was outside of their delivery area... WTF! So they have had my product fir 5 weeks and I still have no idea if or when it will be delivered.
Called to get a load from a load board and dispatcher hung up on me. Said my average rate of 2.00 a mile was to high and he wouldn't waste his time setting me up. Rude load from Lewiston Idaho to apple Valley California called on 10/10/2022
We have tried to get in touch with them about a HD purchase and they are TOTALLY unresponsive. Wait till they try to deliver with no code for the security gate. We have told Home Depot to get another delivery company.
All they want is your money. Once they have it, nothing is guaranteed. I was told it was a two-day transit from Fontana, CA to Olympia, WA. It took XPO a week to pick up the package and after 12 days it has only made it to Redding, CA. When you call, there is nothing they can do or will do. AVOID THEM!
My delivery was scheduled for 11am to 2pm and Yasiel and Javier showed up after calling at 10:30am, which was "Outstanding." They were very courteous and knowledgeable in removing and installing the new refrigerator. Please thank them for excellent service!
Our stovetop was purchased from Lowes and delivered by XPO. The delivery man was professional, friendly so everything went well. We have no complaints at all. We rate 10 for Lowes', 7 for friendliness and 7 for professionalism.
I ordered a bed. This also includes delivery and in home set up. Ordered Nov 8 2021, expected delivery date Nov 26 2021. On the delivery date no show no call. It was rescheduled for Dec 8 again no show no call. Rescheduled for Dec 21 then they called me to reschedule for Dec 18 by this time I thought they were compensating but again no show no call that's where we are. I am now afraid that the in home set up could have glitches as well. As a word of caution ask the products' company who they contract with for deliveries. If it happens to be XPO Logistics find another vendor or product. It is really NOT WORTH THE STRESS to deal with XPO... Don't do it. WORST. XPO deserves NO STARS.

What a nightmare to work with these folks! They changed my delivery date FOUR times. Each time I had no say of the delivery date and all cancellations were last minute. Stay away! You've been warned.
Hook up went horrible, I purchased a washing machine from Lowe's, XPO delivered, DID NOT EVEN COMPLETE HOOK UP! Didn't use the hoses I had to buy, didn't put the DRAIN HOSE in proper place! Flooding my bathroom and causing thousands of dollars in damage! LESS than professional, felt like they were casing my house to come back later! DO NOT GET DELIVERY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
This is by far the worst delivery company I have encountered. They provide no explanation for why planned deliveries end up cancelled with a SINGLE OPTION to wait a subsequent MONTH to receive the item that has been due for at least 3 weeks OR offering a callback BY THEM if an earlier date is available, mind you, they NEVER call and require follow up by the consumer; when calling the company they have ZERO explanation for the cancellation; its unfortunate that there are companies (amazon, peloton, etc) that continue to use this company; everyone should be mindful about asking shops what delivery companies they use considering you could be waiting 2-3 months for a fairly simple item to receive
XPO is the worst shipping company, XPO did not show up on the guaranteed day, I could not get a hold of them. XPO didnt answer emails texts or calls, they even text that morning saying item was on way, and never showed up. I had tv installer at house. Wasted money because the tv never showed up until 5 days later, When XPO did answer 2 days later they could not care less that the item was not delivered on time.
After waiting over 3 weeks for XPO to deliver my washer and dryer, I received the call almost 6:30 on 9/27/22, the evening of the day before they were scheduled to deliver and I was told that they will no longer be delivering on 9/28/22. I explained that I had already took the day off from work and the rep who called me did not seem to care. She also refused to give me the number of the hub who got my original order from Sam's club. As a result, I canceled my order with Sam's Club and got my washer and dryer from another company who was able to deliver within 2 days unlike XPO who had me waiting for 3plus weeks with still no delivery.
I ordered refrigerator from LG with "White Glove" delivery which means they remove the old refrigerator and take it away. XPO sent out truck with two Spanish-only speakers who pointed to their cell phone and said I had "room of choice" delivery only and I was responsible for old refrigerator. I told them "No, do not offload" and they left. After numerous calls to LG the issues were supposed to be resolved and "White Glove" delivery was assured, we scheduled delivery again. Even the XPO tracking web page showed "White Glove Delivery - Appliance." The same Spanish-only speakers came out in the delivery truck, pointed to their cell phone, and said I had "room of choice" delivery only and I was responsible for the old refrigerator. I spoke on their cell phone to the local XPO manager who said that his PC said "room of choice" delivery only - end of discussion! I called LG and cancelled the order.

If I could give a negative star review, I would! The first time I tried to receive a delivery, the driver refused to deliver up the stairs even though his manifest told him that was required. The second delivery was scheduled for today, nobody called, nobody showed up, but my tracking information shows that it is on its way back to the warehouse. When I called the customer service team, all they could tell me was that there was a carrier issue and they were not able to make the delivery. The tracking information said they were not able to make the delivery because the recipient was not at home, however, I have been sitting around all day waiting for it. Not only that, my delivery window was between 12 PM to 3 PM. The tracking information updated at 6 PM… This is absurd! I waited around the whole day for this delivery for absolutely nothing to come up. The item being delivered is a peloton tread… not cheap, and now they are withholding my equipment! I am fuming! And the company can't tell me anything
I am beyond upset with this company and also Samsung for using this company. Order a refrigerator on November 2,2022. I got a confirmation email saying my fridge will be delivered on December 22,2022. This day I get a call from XPO they said "we don't have drivers" they reached for January 7 l. On January 7 they come and the fridge has a dent in the left door. I send it back and asked Samsung to send me another one. Samsung tells me the soonest they can send another fridge is February 4th. This day comes I get a call from XPO saying the truck broke and they don't have a delivery day until March. I was very upset and they ended up giving me February 21, but the lady said I don't even promise this day. February 21 comes and the truck comes with another dented refrigerator and this time is worst. I call Samsung for replacement and they tell me to buy it somewhere else. The fridge is now much more expensive. I haven't had a fridge for 4 months now because of this company. I am very frustrated at this point and shame on Samsung for using them.
Answer: I believe XPO has a good dog and pony show for Sam's Club, Amazon, and others it convinces to use it as a delivery service. They show their technology and automated emails and text messages, their well-staffed 800 number service, and that is how they bring business in the door. But they have little control over the local delivery hubs, they do not care about bad service, and they will not make good on delivery promises or fix a problem when it arises. In the end, for me and my experience, they are more of a scam than an honest business. An honest delivery business in possession of a washing machine I purchased would deliver it to me or allow me to pick it up if they could not fulfill their delivery promise - but instead, they go silent and act like they have no obligation to make the delivery. They do not even try to provide me with another fake delivery promise.
Answer: I had no choice in the matter. Costco.com foolishly selected them and then failed to follow-up and monitor the progress of the RXO Last Mile delivery fulfillment of their role. So Costco.com is at fault for selecting a bad service provider. In fact, XPO and RXO might be a scam business for all I know …
