For the last month, I have been trying to return a sofa to Amazon where I bought it from. Amazon offered a full return and arranged for XPO to pick it up the sofa. XPO has now cancelled on me three times. Each time is ON the morning of the scheduled pick up. This last time, they gave the old " truck broke down" excuse. Don't ever use this company!
Bought a TV from Amazon. XPO Logistics called to change the delivery date by 10 days. I said no they said we are changing it anyway. Then xpo said I requested the change of delivery. I canceled the purchase because it was supposed to be a Father's day gift.
I ordered a couch two weeks ago (May 9,2022), it was set to be delivered today (May 23,2022). I log into Amazon and come to find out my order was cancelled over night! Concerned, I call Amazon and they tell me the order was cancelled because the package was lost! HOW DO YOU LOSE A COUCH?!? So now I am waiting for a replacement to be delivered on June 4,2022. That'll be 3 weeks total of waiting for my couch to come in.
I was happy when I saw Fedex wasn't delivering the couch, but y'all definitely overtook them as far as uselessness goes!
They are by worse delivery company I have ever heard of or experienced in my whole life.I have scheduled a pick up and they "NEVER" show up on given day and time. As per given timeline they don't show they come whenvever they want if they want to and in that if you are not there within 2-3 minutes and they simply leave. One time For delivery i have specified the date which date they should deliver and i paid for that service specifically but they delayed one day to deliver it. And it happened with me multiple times. They suck!
I don't know how can i give 0 star or minus i guess it doesn't allow. They are even worth below that. I advice to all customer please choose any other company or look for alternative rather choosing them. Very Horrible Company with horrible employees with no manner at all
XPO lied about the pickup date, lied about what caused the delay, lied about a truck that broke down, it goes on and on. Then the idiot that answered the phone was fumbling around then disconnected me. Nice first impression. Already 5 days late, made no attempt to expedite. Absolutely terrible.
I don't think this company cares about customer reviews. I used XPO located at ******* PRISM PL, LAKE FOREST, CA *******.
The service was incredibly poor. The driver had an extremely bad attitude. Even their manager had the same condescending attitude.
This company doesn't care one bit about customers' feedback, but I hope everyone reading these reviews will be lucky enough to avoid this company. Run!
I was suppose to have my order delivered Sept 24. They picked it up from Samsung Sept 22. However they said they didn't get it untill Sept. 28. They call to schedule delivery and the earliest they say is now Oct 6th. Then when scheduling they said now the 7. Then after having a confirmed delivery date they change it to the 8th. They said my delivery time was from 3-7 however they showed up at 11 am. The fridge came damaged. They said they had to take it back because the plug was damaged. However they marked it as customer refused.
Our customer signed for a package thinking the second part was coming later. It was on the orginal pallet. XPO had damaged the pallet and lost our product!
We had asked to have it insured. They did not put that on the original invoice, so they said it was not covered. Then, they went and changed the price on the invoice. Even after adding this, they did not pay the claim!
So, as of right now, XPO still has our product, is charging us for an invoice for that the total items were never delivared, and on top of it added a charge to the invoice for their mistake in not seeing that we insured the whole thing!
This company will cancel your delivery without contacting the customer, they will try and convince the customer they are delivering to that they were the ones who canceled the order when I did not. Then they tried to tell me that it was not in the facility when it was their tracking information I could see where it was. They are the worst ever. I'm not sure they know how to read their own tracking information. They also told me I better contact the company I ordered my product from to reorder it. They are terrible to deal with!
I had a package supposed to be delivered between 10 and 2 on Friday, when I called at 5:15 they said the driver was going to be late by another hour! ( which I later found out 1hr means 3 to them) I had to change the day because they are not honest! I had to take my wife to the airport at 6! They said they would deliver on Monday 10-2. Monday NO SHOW! SAID NO ON SCHEDULE?! They scheduled for Tuesday 10-2,4 PM and still NO PACKAGE! They say at least another 45 minutes. We will see if that is even true or like their other 10 lies! They deserve a 0 star! Pathetic
Don't have online tracking. Tried to call 3 times and was kept waiting for 10 minutes before the call was disconnected. The only time the call went through it was rerouted to another department and disconnected. Really terrible service.
Ordered a generator on Amazon and it was supposed to be delivered on Saturday.
First email i got from expo said i called and changed the delivery date which i did not. Then expo preceded to say they never agreed to deliver it Saturday and it would be next Monday. So know its Monday and expo just called saying it would Thursday before they can deliver it. What a joke of a business.

Book an LTL and asked for early expedited shipment and paid thru the nose for this and they not only did not get it where it needed to be in a timely fashion even thou being paid for the service they also lost the items. What a joke this company is just a joke... ( The Star Rating Of 1 is NOT Accurate it should be 0!)
I paid $304 to ship a picture. It was picked up December 16th. It was supposed to arrive December 27th. It was a Christmas present. I received it - after hours - on January 6th only because I called twice to complain! In talking to some XPO Logistics employees, I was told they are often embarrassed because of horrible disorganization within this company. It is VERY bad. Avoid them! They have terrible reviews.
XPO doesn't deliver on time, on date, undamaged, their drivers will lie to you, customer service will lie to you & will lie to the customer they are delivering for. Why do companies use XPO? Because they provide cheap delivery. If the company you are buying a product from uses XPO for their delivery, then you know they don't care about their customers. Don't purchase from them. A XPO delivery means a 100% nightmare for you!
After my delivery and install of a refrigerator I ordered direct from Samsung was scheduled by XPO for delivery 28 days later than stated when ordering, my delivery was canceled en route without explanation or contact. The customer service was horrible. They wouldn't reschedule our delivery when we first contacted them because they hadn't received the product back to their warehouse yet. Then we we finally got them to reschedule the next day, they wanted to put us at the end of the line again and schedule over a month out again. Horrible company. We have had previous bad experiences with them as well.
Ordered Product from Samsung website. It was shipped out from Samsung to XPO with a delivery date of 6-28. I call XPO to schedule after I had already scheduled with Samsung. XPO tells me 7-15 was earliest. I call Samsung back, and they say they will call XPO. XPO then tells me 7-25. I asked to speak to a supervisor at XPO, and she won't transfer me, and puts me on hold for 15 mins, hoping I will hang up. She would never transfer me, so I gave her a piece of my mind. The customer service is not English speaking and very hard to understand. This is still ongoing.
Our local XPO branch is a nightmare. They are impossible to get a hold of, when you get someone on the phone they hang up on you or they tell you that they can't help you because it's the "Last Mile" service and give you two random cell phone numbers that go unanswered. We spent hours on the phone with them and the retailer we purchased from (Living Spaces, I do not recommend) trying to figure out where our sectional was and it took nearly a month (December 28th to Jan 26th) to figure out it was lost and that's all we will ever figure out. No follow up, nothing.
Ordered a chair from Amazon and XPO would lie and tell Amazon they tried to deliver but they'd cancel on me. I'm now looking at a month getting it because Amazon won't let me cancel. We shall see but I'm guessing a month maybe I can get my order. But they have Amazon buffaloed into thinking they are trying to deliver but they are liars! Stay away from XPO.
Company was delivering a new base to treadmill which was warrantied. They opened the box truck and nothing was strapped down. Lying on top of my treadmill box (which was destroyed) w TV, generator and a mattress. Multiple other expensive items tossed around in truck. They were to complete the swap of the part and tightened the bolt with an impact driver and couldn't loosen the bolt after. So instead of properly resolving the issue they left the 6ft, 250lb box across my garage and did not complete the repair. 3 weeks later I am still dealing with the issue. Peloton dropped the ball using this company when repairs and service were once completed by them. Absolute disaster!
Answer: I believe XPO has a good dog and pony show for Sam's Club, Amazon, and others it convinces to use it as a delivery service. They show their technology and automated emails and text messages, their well-staffed 800 number service, and that is how they bring business in the door. But they have little control over the local delivery hubs, they do not care about bad service, and they will not make good on delivery promises or fix a problem when it arises. In the end, for me and my experience, they are more of a scam than an honest business. An honest delivery business in possession of a washing machine I purchased would deliver it to me or allow me to pick it up if they could not fulfill their delivery promise - but instead, they go silent and act like they have no obligation to make the delivery. They do not even try to provide me with another fake delivery promise.
Answer: I had no choice in the matter. Costco.com foolishly selected them and then failed to follow-up and monitor the progress of the RXO Last Mile delivery fulfillment of their role. So Costco.com is at fault for selecting a bad service provider. In fact, XPO and RXO might be a scam business for all I know …
Answer: Actually, it appears to be a scam operating as a delivery service (could it be a way to hire ex-cons and allow them to case the houses where they are making deliveries? That's a possible explanation of why they are failing so many customers…).
