They delivered and installed washer and dryer. Did not install correctly and ended up costing us around $1000 dollars in damage caused due to water leak due to their improper installation. Claimed damage cost and they declined it. I would recommend not to do installation with XPO
Today was the fourth time in over two months that XPO Logistics canceled delivery of a product to my home. Their service and customer support are horrendous. Do not use them as your last mile shipper in the Indianapolis area or maybe anywhere. Going on the fifth time for an attempted delivery. I've been home all day each of the past four attempts and have received a cancellation notice mid way through the day with a reschedule a week or more later. Their customer support only 'escalates' the issue with no resolution. One of the worst delivery companies I've ever dealt with.
Cancelled my delivery day of. Called me day before and confirmed. Then called the day of to tell me they couldn't make my delivery because "sometimes things happen." I took off work on this day a month ahead of time when I scheduled this delivery. So no, I cannot take off work two days in a row on short notice. Asked if I could come pick it up. Loaded 8 boxes in my Jeep Wrangler... then they call me when I'm half way home, and say they didn't give me everything and I had to turn around and go get the rest of it. Never once did they apologize, and further, said that I needed to contact Ikea to get refunded for the freight charge. What a joke.
They don't like women so thats why you dont see many work there or even last long. And as for your goods if you like it beat up, damaged, or not even getting it then this the company for you. I used to work there and omg the way they load and off load your freight your paying for is sad. If i had to use anybody it would never be them. NEVER.
This company is a joke! My fish was sent from Grays Taxidermy in Florida, and it was lost due to your employees' complete lack of professionalism. When Grays Taxidermy reached out to them because it showed delivered, their company said it was lost. Then they weren't professional enough to reach out to either party and inform us that it was lost. Instead they just marked it as delivered! How do you lose a 7 foot box that has a tracking number? It has to be sitting somewhere!?! $3800 isn't a small "our bad"! DO NOT USE! I would give a 0 star rating if possible!
This is a horrible delivery company.
I ordered a sofa from Amazon and they have rescheduled 4 times.
I kept waiting each time and I would receive a recording that my delivery has been rescheduled.
After the 4th time, I had to cancel my Sofa order with Amazon... Awful... They need to find a different delivery crew.
This company is horrific they are customer service representatives and resolution specialists an specialist have no authority to help any of their customers we are at the mercy of their hub and nobody nobody ever provides a customer with any resolution. This is my 2nd experience having to have a product delivered or picked up and each time it's taken over 4 attempts to get to my house with every excuse you can think of. Amazon certa and any other vendor take notice you will lose customers if you continue to use this company for a delivery service
Ordered a treadmill from Amazon on June 21st. Was told by XPO it would be delivered on July 5th. Was also told XPO would text us 30 mins before arrival. Stayed home all day. About 2:44 pm we got an email stating that they tried to deliver it but no one and was home! So we checked our security camera and no one had tried to deliver anything to us! These people are liars! So we contacted Amazon and did a 3 way call with them on July 7th and was told the item had just arrived at their facility and could now be scheduled for delivery! How can that be if they tried to deliver in the 5th! Amazon was livid about the way this was handled and are pursuing action against XPO!
Absolutely worst nightmare. Their delivery and customer services are the worst I've ever dealt with. Not sure if the service I used was the Boston center or another one in MA, but it was an Ikea delivery through XPO Logistics. The delivery person working for the XPO didn't even bother to come upstairs to my apartment to check if anyone was at home. He just stopped by at the front door of the building. And then I couldn't update my contact info with them until after talking with three agents on the customer service line. Their website also sucks too, it kept giving me errors when I tried to update my contact info related to my order so I ended up missing the call they made upon an attempted delivery. Now I need to wait at least another 2 days for them to redeliver.
XPO is absolutely the worst. I ordered a large product from Costco and unfortunately Costco has partnered with this shame of a company. XPO has now scheduled and missed their OWN delivery dates three times.
Before I order another item from any store, I will first check and see if they use XPO. If they do, I will cancel the order. It's just not worth the hassle.
What a farce
They themselves set a delivery date. Day befor they called with a confirmed delivery window and time for the next day. Didn't show up, no calls, no warning. Not until I contacted their 'customer support' line I find out it's not to be delivered and no follow up. If this was a one off I'd understand but if you google this issue they are notorious for it. If they confirm a time and date it makes the customer move their entire week around to accommodate then when xpo fails to honor their own schedules then a chain of disruption goes down the line and now all my clients are misaligned schedule wise and it just snowballs. I don't understand why any company would use xpo for delivery if their product unless their charging nothing because all their 'service' does is create Ill will for any consumer using them.
I was given 8:30 -12:30 for delivery No one showed up. Then called xpo and got a recording with same delivery time. Tried the chat line and it was down. Finally called costco about the delivery and they transferred me to an xpo rep who said the warehouse would call. Well that never happen. I call xpo back and Finally get a rep who said the truck had problems. So now I have to wait another 7 days until they deliver in my area. I understand problems happen but they need to inform the customer not make them waste a day and do all the calling to find out what's happened to the delivery
This is the second time we have used this company to ship from OK to MIA. It never arrives on time. It takes a week or more. The shipments stay stuck in Orlando FL, ustomer service never know why!
Attention is terrible.
I had a second delivery from XPO Logistics this afternoon. Each time I received a call from the dispatcher confirming the delivery schedule. Even more importantly, in each case, the driver helped me get the items up my extensive driveway with his pallet jack after realizing my driveway was not navigable for the rig and the items exceeded 200 pounds, and I would not be able to get the items to the garage with a normal hand truck. XPO's customer service was impeccable, and I am grateful for their assistance. I will definitely use them again.
Purchased Samsung dishwasher from Wayfair and the EXPO install was incomplete. Dishwasher fell forward when top shelve was pulled out. Called EXPO within 24 hrs and they could care less. Repeated attempts to get a technician out to fix this was not addressed. Wayfair got involved and got no support from EXPO so they replaced the dishwasher! Horrible experience and I will refuse a delivery from EXPO.
If I could give this company no stars I would. They scheduled my delivery, stating that they would give me a time frame the day before. I waited all day but, never heard from them. A week later, they emailed me with a new delivery date. Once again, I did not hear from them the day before. About 10 PM, I finally got through to them on the phone and they gave me a 12 - 4 PM window. The next morning, at about 8:30 AM, the driver called and told me he would be arriving in about an hour. He showed up two hours later.
The item delivered was not what we ordered and I contacted the company to arrange a return. The pick up was to be made by XPO. Almost the exact same scenario as above occurred. We live in a gated community and, this time, the driver could not even follow my specific instructions on where to enter the only maned gate.
They ended up charging us $12k to move 3 pallets across the US, while the original online quote from their site was more like $4k. Quoting this today through Coyote using XPO is less than $2k. It took forever to get anything useful from customer service. What a waste of time and money.
Never heard of this carrier and now I know why. I scheduled a delivery WEEKS ago in advanced knowing I could be home today. They said my bed and dresser would be delivered between 9a-9p, then I got a four hour window of 5p - 9p. Guess what? It's almost 11 PM, and I still don't have anything! Called customer service three times and all they can say is "sorry for the inconvenience but they're still in route." WHERE!? They've got to be lounging in one spot for hours at this point because this is ridiculous. I've wasted an evening moving into my place waiting for them. Absolutely horrible. IKEA can definitely pick someone better to handle their deliveries.
3 days taken off from work 2 reschedules from XPO and then arrived 1.5 hours earlier than appointment window of 3-6 with NO phone call informing me. Customer service couldn't even find order, kept telling me they had to end chat to keep lines open. Finally got a hold of a manager, was she couldn't get ahold of anyone at Buffalo dispatch location. At this point I'll just cancel the order with Amazon and they can deal with this company. Honestly, the worst overall and customer service experience I've had in my 47 years on this planet.
I would give less than 0 stars if I could. Every time I have to deal with the company I can expect them to ruin my day and mental health. Their entire leadership team should be fired and never allowed to lead another organization. They are inefficient, non-communicative, unreliable, and don't put customers first. My most recent experience was with trying to get sauna stones delivered. 4 boxes - 100lbs. It says out for delivery today at 9am. 5pm rolls by and I check the tracking ID and it says "awaiting scheduling with customer" YOU are waiting on ME? The schedule was set 2 days ago for today. I call…."our driver broke their foot and needed to return." Now - I already don't trust them because my last interaction took over a week and 3 separate scheduling to complete my delivery and now they're saying their driver broke their foot but no one called, it just updated their system to read that I was the hold up. I don't understand this company and I wish they would just go bankrupt and fold already. They're like the friend in FedEx and UPS's crew that is only there to make them look good and who isn't respected at all.
Answer: I believe XPO has a good dog and pony show for Sam's Club, Amazon, and others it convinces to use it as a delivery service. They show their technology and automated emails and text messages, their well-staffed 800 number service, and that is how they bring business in the door. But they have little control over the local delivery hubs, they do not care about bad service, and they will not make good on delivery promises or fix a problem when it arises. In the end, for me and my experience, they are more of a scam than an honest business. An honest delivery business in possession of a washing machine I purchased would deliver it to me or allow me to pick it up if they could not fulfill their delivery promise - but instead, they go silent and act like they have no obligation to make the delivery. They do not even try to provide me with another fake delivery promise.
Answer: I had no choice in the matter. Costco.com foolishly selected them and then failed to follow-up and monitor the progress of the RXO Last Mile delivery fulfillment of their role. So Costco.com is at fault for selecting a bad service provider. In fact, XPO and RXO might be a scam business for all I know …
Answer: Actually, it appears to be a scam operating as a delivery service (could it be a way to hire ex-cons and allow them to case the houses where they are making deliveries? That's a possible explanation of why they are failing so many customers…).
