If I could give this company a negative rating I would. Delivery drivers lied about when they delivered a product at my residence. They never came in the window of delivery and never gave me a 30 minute heads up when they were on their way as they indicated they would. We have them on video coming alot earlier and leaving before the delivery window even started. Then lying and saying they were at my home for over 15 minutes. Video cameras don't lie but the employees of this company do. Had my appliance ordered for 2 months and this delivery company lies and says I wasn't home and then sends my refrigerator back to Samsung. All they can say is I'm sorry but I wasn't home so they had to send it back. Then I ask to talk to a supervisor and they hang up on me. I try and call back numerous times and ask for a supervisor but they won't let me talk to one. Horrible experience from XPO Logistics. I'm very surprised you can treat a customer like this and still be in business. Samsung says this is the only company they have to use for their deliveries and installs for some reason. XPO Logistics is making Samsung look very bad as well and Samsung still uses them. Very disappointed with both XPO Logistics and Samsung. No more! I'm done giving my business to Samsung because they didn't give a solution but to set up a new order and delivery for the end of January. Really?! I'm done! These two companies deserve one another.

I bought a hot tub cover it was shipped quickly. The carrier XPO called me on a wednesday and said it would be delivered on Thursday the next day. Well Thursday came and went and no package called XPO they said it didnt get on delivery truck they would send it Friday well guess what Friday came and went and no delivery. Called them back they said it would be delived on Monday i told them it would have to be after 2pm she said ok. Monday came and went and no package. Now i am pissed off and call again after being out on hold the person came back and said not sure what happened. They would deliver on wednesday i said ok but has to be after 2pm as i work and need to check for danage and you cant just leave it at that point the person on the other end said i cant guarantee that. Ii said seriously at that point the person at XPO just hung up on me.
So i called the shipper and told them everything and they said they would get with shipping company. XPO aka Ltl freight sucks thay are worse than USPS never thought that would be possible
Our delivery driver from XPO showed up at the residence without any advance notice and called us confriming he is at the addres of the delivery and told will be leaving since no one was at home. We rushed to our home and reach in about 9 minutes and the driver saw us pulling into our driveway and left immediately; he went for about 300 yards and called that he has left. The driver number is *******256; he was very absuive, rude, and racial. Did anyone else have any experience with the driver whose mobile number is *******256?
I am never going to utilize XPO delivery services again; also will not buy an item with any retailer who will be using XPO as their delivery partners.
There is no help from customer service from XPO who do not have any empathy for the customers needs, does not have an attitude to solve the customers' issues, display very unprofessional approach, rude behavior, and is very dysfunctional that has left me distressed, frustrated, disappointed, insulted with racist remarks. I have been trying to for more than 48 hours to find a solution to my delivery items, and still am not aware is what is happening. The customer service simply transfers the call from one department to another, and the same representative is speaking by doing a voice modulation.
Please do not use XPO Logistics as they do not have good business ethics.
I have had a mixed experience with Stonelocator and XPO Logistics. While Stonelocator's stone order process was smooth and hassle-free, the delivery process was a nightmare due to XPO Logistics. However, I must say that Stonelocator had good people working for them who tried their best to help me through the ordeal.
Unfortunately, the deliveries were made by XPO Logistics, and the experience was nothing short of horrific. The driver who came for the first delivery had no equipment to unload the 4000 lbs of stones, and we had to unload them stone by stone ourselves, which resulted in an injury and back pain for me.
The second delivery was even worse, as the driver who came was barely awake and had no idea how to unload the 6400 lbs of stones. When I suggested leaving them at the end of the driveway and pushing them down, he was unresponsive and uncooperative. This was another disappointing experience with XPO Logistics.
To make matters worse, XPO blamed me for the delivery issues and charged me exorbitant fees for redelivery and storage. I had to hire additional help to get the stones delivered, which cost me extra money.
Despite the negative experience with XPO Logistics, I appreciate the effort put in by Stonelocator's staff to help me out. I would advise people to be cautious when dealing with these companies, particularly XPO Logistics, but I would not hesitate to recommend Stonelocator for their good customer service and quality products.
Need to be able to give -5 on this one. Every single person you speak to at customer service is a liar, lost two kitchens in the space of a week. Still not had anything delivered. Took it upon ourselves to research and find a direct number for the warehouse because the customer service team couldn't find their ar*e from their elbow let alone your order. Warehouse guy fab, called him at 6am this morning to check he's received our pallett, na da, so it won't be delivered today as it hasn't arrived. Day 3 of cancelling everything to receive nothing. I have emails and recorded phone calls promising delivery and admitting XPO have the goods. Solicitors now involved and if XPO continue to lie and suddenly "find" our order, then the next minute lose it again or say homebase haven't sent, police will be involved to investigate theft of items. I suggest you sort it out, and Homebase, rethink this new partnership with quite frankly the most shocking company I have ever dealt with, who seem to have an issue transporting goods between their own warehouses let alone the piggin country.
They were absolutely amazing! Did a great job! Went above and beyond putting in washer and hooking up dryer also! Very polite guys!
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service, I ordered a gas Range through Samsung and UNFORTUNATELY they pick XP F%@ O to deliver it and it was a nightmare for me as they were supposed to deliver it on July 7th and ended up postpone it to July 22nd and when they came to deliver it the driver told me that thwy will only drop it off and take away the old appliance and will NOT install the Gas which I had already pay extra $$ through Samsung when I placed the order so now I've been on the phone w/ Samsung all day!

I ordered from Lockers.com (Salsbury Industries). They chose XPO to make delivery. I saw a call from an XPO, but did not answer because I thought it was spam. When I got another call the next day, I checked voicemail. I had a message telling me urgently to call back ASAP since storage was accumulating on the shipment. When I called XPO, the guy who answered focused on the fact that they had called me more than once, and wanted to know why I had not called back. I explained. Then he told me that they didn't even have the item I ordered and it would not be in for another week, and to hold and they'd reach back out when they received it. Then he starting haranguing me again about not answering their call, and he wanted to know where they could call where I would actually pick up the phone. My comments here do not reflect the tone and the back and forth. It felt like I was being pranked by the Jerky Boyz, and he was seeing how far he could push me. Very unprofessional calls on the VM, and on the phone.
Amazon should stop using immediately. Absolutely will say anything instead of doing what they should. Worthless company.

I liked their work. It looks really great in my laundry room. I've already used it & it does a very good job.
We ordered a custom sectional from Living Spaces. Once it was finished, it was delivered by XPO. It would seem as though there was no problem, but, no, that isn't the case.
One piece of the sectional arrived broken. Like the entire back of the couch is sinking because the frame is broken in two places. I can only guess than someone put something really heavy on it. We called Living Spaces, no problem, we sent pictures of the damage and went through their protocol. New couch is made and ready for delivery.
XPO was supposed to pick up the broken couch and we had secured a pick up date that coincided with our ability to be at the house. At this time, we were in transition between states and still finishing up our jobs before the final move. A few days before the pickup, we got a message that the date had been rescheduled - to a date on which we would be 2000 miles away. We told them we wouldn't be home. Apparently they cancelled the pickup order because we were never contacted to reschedule.
Fast forward 2 months. The replacement couch has been delivered and it, too, is broken. I can only guess at why this is happening, but extreme incompetence comes to mind. They still have not picked up the original couch. We had an appointment for this Saturday, but apparently that was cancelled because we got a text with a link to pick our date and Saturday isn't available. I just want this couch gone. I don't know what else to do other than take it out to the lawn and set it on fire. That would be much more effective than XPO has been so far.
Living Spaces needs to find a new delivery service because this one is ridiculously inept.
This company is the worst. Their employees must be treated badly by management or they are hiring the worst people that cannot get a job anywhere else. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Answer: I believe XPO has a good dog and pony show for Sam's Club, Amazon, and others it convinces to use it as a delivery service. They show their technology and automated emails and text messages, their well-staffed 800 number service, and that is how they bring business in the door. But they have little control over the local delivery hubs, they do not care about bad service, and they will not make good on delivery promises or fix a problem when it arises. In the end, for me and my experience, they are more of a scam than an honest business. An honest delivery business in possession of a washing machine I purchased would deliver it to me or allow me to pick it up if they could not fulfill their delivery promise - but instead, they go silent and act like they have no obligation to make the delivery. They do not even try to provide me with another fake delivery promise.
Answer: I had no choice in the matter. Costco.com foolishly selected them and then failed to follow-up and monitor the progress of the RXO Last Mile delivery fulfillment of their role. So Costco.com is at fault for selecting a bad service provider. In fact, XPO and RXO might be a scam business for all I know …
Answer: Actually, it appears to be a scam operating as a delivery service (could it be a way to hire ex-cons and allow them to case the houses where they are making deliveries? That's a possible explanation of why they are failing so many customers…).
