Quick and easy, although I ordered 2 day shipping and recieved it in normal shipping time so it was pointless to pay extra. But good product.
Website is informative and easy to navigate. I ordered the 35w HID system, it is bright, installation was relatively painless however the bulbs required some tweaking to sit tightly into the H11 housing. Time will tell if the product quality is excellent or not but for now they function as advertised.

Great website with lots of information
Dale in CS got frustrated about some of my questions and made a couple of rude comments in response. I gave up on discussion but his relay to your info was good as you did explain some aspects in your discussion. The remaining questions remain as I got annoyed. I wk d CS line several years and patience and courtesy are things he needs to Dale needs to work on
I was also told it was plug in, quick and easy, but when it arrived beyond my expertise and required some wiring changes and add ons which not only raised the cost to higher than LED but which 2 mechanics strongly advised against.
The canbus do not work I still have error codes every time I restart the truck for both low beam left and right and then high beam left and right
One of the anti flicker modules was defective and after the second time the correct module was sent. Though there was never a question or issue with the request for the module replace.
These LED Bulbs did not work in my 2010 Ford Raptor reflective style headlights. They produced less light than the stock halogens. These bulbs should not be sold for this type of headlight.
Then when I contacted the company to return this product I was given attitude and sarcasim by one of the online employee's.
If I could give negative ratings I would and will never buy from this company again and will pass the word to my friends/family not to buy from this company.

High promises on simplicity and quality of product, waiting for the bulbs to arrive to see for myself.
These bulbs and canbus components took one week to arrive to my mailbox 40 minutes from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Packaging was tidy and professional.
Installation instructions were vague, I am guessing they are generic instructions for all styles. I tried installing them, finding they would not fit in the bulb housing. After talking with someone on the website, I found out I needed to take the plastic cover off the diodes to install.
The connectors were secure and of high quality.
Beam pattern was a nice clear white, however these bulbs are not designed for projectors headlights. I found this out because the beam pattern shone in the ditch and up at the squirrels in the trees with very little light illuminating the actual road.
Better instructions and more in depth explanation of beam pattern and how it reacts on different headlight systems would help so much!
