We ordered two units from this household, the first order was not filled as ordered, but replaced with a different model. This is fine, but the option should be given to the purchaser to accept or receive a refund, it should not be automatically assumed this action is acceptable. Secondly the instruction booklet is written very lousy and is not translated for easy understanding. This definately needs corrected. When discussing this with a rep., he was anything but polite. Very unprofessional.
The second unit has not been opened yet due to personal issues, but will soon.
I am not in a position to add an opinion at this time. When I install in car we will see, but I do anticipate it will be fine if I can read the instructions. Thankyou
Both of the anti-flicker adapters connectors on the harness to vehicle side are backwards to clip on, had to tape them to stay in place
We were extremely disappointed with the product we received. The hour long process of returning this product is ridiculous. On hold for over 30 minutes plus a addition 35 minutes asking questions that are irrelevant to the product.

Received my headlights, fast shipping nice packaging, and excellent product...but I seem to have a loose wire in one of the anti-flicker plugs I received and will be in touch with customer service soon. Will update after I contact them.
Kevin W was very helpful in chat and the website is excellent and user friendly. I chose xenonpro over so-called brighter bulbs because it looks more professional and I'll bet the quality is better as well.
LED headlights came with broken glass around LEDs. Carefully removed it and decided to try them anyway. Awful brightness/beam pattern, and despite saying it was for my vehicle, had to remove headlight assembly (with requires front bumper removal) to get it in/out because it was too long to fit otherwise. Lights were damaged during initial removal attempts, so I can't even return them for a refund.

Wrong bulbs were shipped out with my first order. I ordered 5000k they sent 6000k. They said it was there mistake and shipped out the ' proper ' bulbs, that's fine stuff happens. Got them a week later and the case said 4300k so I talked to customer service and they assured me it was the correct bulbs in the case that they ran out of 5000k covers... Installed them and I'm sure they are the same as the first order ( slight blue tint) not pure while or even a bit slightly yellow like I wanted. Very disappointed
Servic seems ok and shipping was quick but I still feel screwed. Payed more for a better kit and lifetime warranty but the kit seems to be the same as the cheaper ' ebay ' kits. But I guess if they warranty them you pay for that.

It's very difficult for install, if you get the wrong lights for any reason they don't have it free return and is very expensive to return to CANADA. My first order I prefer to keep that return, but I lose. I don't recommen. I got others in Amazon, they have it free return and easy to install.

The 2 -3 days delivery is actually a week. I did not get the dashcam I ordered, it was on back order, so they sent me their top of the line duel camera as a replacement, I do not like it. The instructions are written by someone who does not have a very good understanding of the English language, so it is almost comical to read, and practically no help. There is no online help for Xenon's products. The live chat is useless, the person has no customer service skills. I trully wish I had not ordered from them. There is no prepaid shipping on returns, stuck with the thing. So I guess 100% customer satisfaction means nothing.

Great experience but Be careful in winter storms as leds don't emit heat to melt the snow of the headlights.
They would not work after repeated trouble shooting on the 2015 Jeep Cherokee North - got warning om dash and light would come on and go right off after 2 seconds - HIR do not work on this vehicle and worked on this 4 hours (only 20 minutes to install per side, rest was trouble shooting)
Order was shorted a USB Cable. Called customer and informed only available by "online chat!" Was told the item didn't come with a USB Cable. Told 'chat line customer service rep' to check the online ad which included the cable. The reply: "will notify management to remove the cable" apparently from the ad. Requested to be connected with a supervisor, which was denied. Was told I could return the item at my own expense and they would deduct $15.00 from the refund. Now I understand why this company has only "online chat" for customer service. To abuse customers! For this company "buyer beware" is a fact!

Answer: Hi Robert. For the first part of your question, are you referring to the light output? If so, that would depend on the bulb, wattage, headlight style, etc. As Calixtus explained very well above, high-quality light produced by LEDs generally do not degrade over time, unlike halogens.
