Will not replace parts, they blame your car for the issues. Shipping also takes very long and there is no compensation for the delayed "express" shipping. My bank got me my money back. XenonPro was very uncooperative and hesitant to refund. Their items are literally the same quality as the stuff on AliExpress for $20. They also kept making excuses about late shipment
Easy vehicle fitment guide and website navigation
The lights I order for the 2004 F250 did not come w a headlight retainer which required me to grind, cut and glue the existing retainer in order to mount the nights.
The support chat was good until they told us how to fix a problem and we could not understand what they meant. They used a couple abbreviations we did not know so my husband said something to them that was not friendly and they kicked us off the sight. Now we are wondering how we can return some of the bulbs that did not work for our car..
Product works well however the rubber boots that prevent water entering the headlights will not go on over these bulbs.

4 srars but maybe they'll make 5 when they get back to me, I purchased both 45w fog and low beam for my 16 ram 2500, installed the fogs yesterday, 1/17/20 and im almost scared to install the low beams, they are pricey, but insanely bright. Can't really give a good review yet, I messaged the company about maybe going to a 35W for my low beams. But it was Saturday so I'm not expecting an answer until Monday, did have a fog light not turn on this morning, while the truck was ruining I unplugged and plugged them back in, still nothing, stopped for coffee started my truck both worked, looking forward to hear back ands see if they have an answer to that problem

Easy site to navigate, but the fan on the high beam bulbs was to big to get the factory dust cover on. I wish the site would have told me this when ordering. If I would have known I could have ordered a new dust cover so I had all parts on hand.
