When ordering off the site I did not realize that had to pay an American dollars and it took almost 10 days to get here. I have since returned my product and almost took a week to get a refund. But similar lights from the store for a lot cheaper

Buy elsewhere. No warnings product maybe be incompatible and the only customer service is a live chat. Found out way more from just calling other HID sellers.
Great product and easy to install
LED lights, both Hi-beams and Low-beams, received could not be installed in our 2011 KIA Sorento. Trying to force them into the vehicle's light fixture, the LED's glass broke - rendering them useless. Also, the wiring of the bulbs didn't match the wiring of the original halogen bulbs. $200+ down the drain! Buyer beware.

Returned product. Cost to pay for FedEx shipping to Canada was expensive. Between restock and shipping cost the return cost me 50%.
Bulbs lasted 2 weeks. I have done vehicle accessory installations for 20 years. They wanted me to troubleshoot with them because "it can be tricky". If my meter shows power to the wires going into the bulb that means your bulb is crap. My cheap amazon/ebay bulbs lasted longer. Your "lifetime warranty" is a joke as well. They charge you $20 to get another bulb. Yeah so basically that covers the cost of the bulb because they are no different than the cheap Chinese stuff found on other sites. Their warranty should state "lifetime warranty, you just buy a new bulb from us every time yours goes out". Xenon pro tried to dispute this review because it shines a light on their "warranty" and overpriced products. Thankfully I had photos and my receipt to prove everything. Good try though.

Product is great. I think you should include in the installation instructions that it is required to remove the protective glass before installing bulbs.
Good info on product and applications
Not all my questions answered but that is ok. Will order leds for fog lights once I see how leds are for headlights. Have not yet installed the lights. Waiting for warmer weather. Currently minus 12 Celsius. Have watched the video for installation and it looks pretty easy and straight-forward.
