Easy experience ordering. But when I received the product I regretted paying the premium price. The lights were no where near as bright as promised. And as far as installing the lights, you are told to simply plug in to your cars harness without a connector. You are expected to wrap them up with electrical tape. As far as the return process goes. Do not be fooled by xenonpro's 'easy' return process. You are made to return them via fedex only and must pay for international shipping and also an additional $15 fee. Total shipping cost back was over $50. The support they offer is also less than ideal and rude at times.
I would not recommend buying from this company. I ended up purchasing another set of HiD bulbs from amazon for $50 they came with the connectors and cancelors needed.

H11 HID kit is missing part of connector to plug into car harness. Installed drivers side first, to find it only stays on a few seconds, but passenger side original bulb stays on.Does it need a relay kit? Have not been able to reach LIVE CHAT with phone number provided.

Unfortunately I 2as not happy with the service that was provided. 1st product I ordered did not fix in my car. I had to repurchase the product and the had to turn around and pay to ship the 1st product back. Sorry but I wouldn't order again from this site.
I ordered the LED headlight bulbs that the site said would fit my 2019 Jeep Wrangler along with the Canceller + Anti-Flicker module which it said was required. The Jeep headlights are encased in a waterproof assembly in which the Canceller + Anti-Flicker module would not fit. I was issued an RMA and returned the items. The RMA stated that only items returned using FedEx would be accepted and it cost me $26 for shipping and then was charged another $15 by XenonPro for shipping even though their return policy stated that that charge would not be charged if the return was caused by XenonPro error. When I questioned the support person they just stated that the RMA was completed and it was done.

I haven't installed the LED lights. It's for a 1994 Mustang GT which is in storage for the winter. I'm trying this product because it was on sale and had good reviews. I also liked the anti-glare technology. I'll install the lights this spring. If I like them, I'll buy a set for my fog lights.
Info was good after finding out what headlight I had already. But I bought the antiflicker option as well and found out my car has one in it. Trying to return them is a challenge as I still have them to return and can't seem to reach someone or a link to return. If I could get some help with that would increase my satification on this.

Originally I thought the sales department was a great help. After I placed the order and I received it I was kinda of lost. I accidentally ordered two sets of High beams only instead of a complete set of lights. The technical support person was able to point that out to me. The only resolution was to send one set back and order the regular headlights. Due to the fact that their website was difficult to navagate I decided to return all if the lights. I have still not received confirmation that a refund has been issued. The price was a little high but the product appeared to be good.

I bought a set of these for my son's car, they made a huge improvement. So I purchased a set of these for my own truck, a 2014 GMC Sierra 1500. But i would like to send them back for a refund because only about half of the time both bulbs will come on. The other half of the time one bulb or the other will not light. This coupled with the fact that one of my original ballasts did not work when I first tried to install them. But since this was the 2nd set I had purchased and had the same problem with the first set I had an extra ballast because you guys sent us two to get the first set working. But now since we have had a failure rate of 50 percent on your ballasts coupled with only being able to count on having one headlight work anytime I start my truck I dont feel I can depend on these lights to get me anywhere that is very far from home. Besides the dependability issues I'm having with these lights, they do not seem much brighter than my factory halogen bulbs. Besides the dark spots in the light pattern and the movement in the light when I hit a bump which I'm thinking is caused by the thick wire outside of the bulb vibrating. This too gives me even more reliability concerns because if that wire has that much movement than it will only be a matter of time until the metal in it is stressed and breaks. If that wire breaks then so does the light because it will open the circuit to the bulb. I have tried now several times to communicate with this company through there live messaging. The first time with a notification that no one was currently available. The second time I was told that I could not be helped unless I contacted them during their business hours Monday-Friday. For someone who does not have access to a phone when they themselves are at work this is very problematic. I will have to take a day off of work just to set up a return and refund which will happen to cost me even more money yet. Even though my son is very satisfied with these lights in his 2015 chevy volt I will not be buying anything from this company again.

Answer: Hi Robert. For the first part of your question, are you referring to the light output? If so, that would depend on the bulb, wattage, headlight style, etc. As Calixtus explained very well above, high-quality light produced by LEDs generally do not degrade over time, unlike halogens.
