One of the glass around the bulb is cracked but it still works, didn't want to make an issue since the product is lifetime warranty well hopefully

The xenon light don't fit my 2010 gmc acadia I spent about 2 hrs try to maked work...I have to remove the headlight box to try to maked work but not...so I revive wrong product.
Said it was gonna take two days took closer to two weeks. Paid $100.00 more than I thought ( usd to cnd) lights don't fit into my head light balist, and one of the low beams has some how changed colour and is significantly dimmer. I'm not impressed with this product at all the only thing I do like is the high berms but like I said once I put them in I couldn't get the back cap on.

But from ANYONE else. Ordered xenon kit, came with missing parts. Tried to get replacements and online chat guy Kevin W. Told me they were out of stock. Offered refund on missing parts and referred me to other venders for replacements. Implied I was lying about missing parts. Veiled threats of charging me with fraud if I complained to Paypal because they couldn't complete my order. Totally unprofessional, never had a worse experience with an online company.
Called for live chat about help with installation of a HID kit. The kit had no instructions included and that's where the insults started. Louis C, basically typed faster blasting me how stupid I was, challenging me anyone can install their kit. I explained with instructions I had some questions, He then refered me to look at utube. I could not get a word in edge wise. Continued to mock me for over 30 minutes. When I went to click on the web site customer e-mail inquirys, he said he immediately will delete and cancel anything I write. Laughfing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY> THE REVIEWS ARE FAKE ALONG WITH THE COMPANY. I mentioned to Louis I wanted a RMA to send back this kit, and he said I have to pay for shipping and restock fees laughing again. You canot contact this company directly.
LED bulbs two months old and having issues already you would think if your having a problem you would be able to talk to somebody instead of the live chat warning says I need my ID number sales department says I don't need it so I need to say I'm not getting warranty on A bulb that has a lifetime warranty Plus the lighting on the bulbs are not that great you need to check out some other brands that do a lot better I have new LED lights coming next week look at supernova v3 and grr gen3

Fast and easy but, the lights I got were not bright by any means. And the resistors recommended for my car did not work so I had to plug them in direct. Only had them in for 15minutes and went back to the stock headlights. Oh well Iam only out 180 bucks!
Doesn't fit. I have do some customization which will add to the high cost so I am getting a refund. You should tell customers this might happen.

Answer: Hi Robert. For the first part of your question, are you referring to the light output? If so, that would depend on the bulb, wattage, headlight style, etc. As Calixtus explained very well above, high-quality light produced by LEDs generally do not degrade over time, unlike halogens.
