I received the idem with broken glass and it didn't look like what was on the website. I'm not real sure it's German stuff. Different box and bulb than shown. Even tho I still need bulbs I bought low beam to try them out
Love the lights they look really good and are super bright. Only thing is that if you don't know what you're doing then it can be confusing to install at first. But other than that it took about an hour to do both my fog lights and headlights and the price was sort of fair. Overall would recommend this product to anybody.
Had an install issue sent email got a form letter reply that asked redundant info to be placed in live chat. I could not believe the response I received. A frustrated customer needs to be calmed, not told they are 'negative' and ' it won't speed things up, it will take you longer'...I won't deal with you again because Dale P doesn't know when to not feed the fire of customers already frustrated experience. Customer service is more important than the actual product you sell.
Easy to use and informative website. Instructions look like they were made by a 5 year old. There were only bare spades to connect to my existing wiring. I was told through text to wrap the connections with electric tape. Lol! The proper plug should have been provided. I would not purchase again.
Your online chat box is the best. Everyone of the guys I've had, Dale, David, Kevin were all exceptional. Thanks!

Items were as ordered. Customer service rep was extremely rude, insulting, and unprofessional. I will never deal with this business again. They are not the only company that sells LED products. I will Not recommend to others.
Everything works very well so far! The instructions that accompanied the lighting kit could have been a little more detailed regarding the decoder's connection and how to store extra cord length, but overall I was very satisfied.
Nice shopping experience. Really easy. Only complain was that they recommend you getting the anti clicker that suppose to make sure no warning lights come on your dash. Well ended up not even needing it but got it cause just wanted to make sure. Other than that everything is great love the look of my lights and will definitely buy again.
The led lights were not a direct fitment I had to make adjustments which took more time than I wanted. You guys need to improve your fitments for the 2013 Hyundai Sonata headlights. Besides that they were plug and play no lighting issues.

Fog light dont fit And the head lamps i ordered look nothing like the light on your web page. The packing doesn't even say Xenon pro. Tried calling but phone line just rings. I've emailed 3 times and still waiting on response.
If you leave shopping cart for more shopping i could not get back to my cart?after installing orange rubber ring broke and company could not provide another. Lights are good up close but lacking further away.
Good pricing, we see if shipping is fast shipping took longer then stated. Would like a site online where we could have a video of the installation of lights on my truck. I had to use u tube for some help. Would rather stay with your product web site.thank u Barry
It was easy, great customer service (through chat). I bought the LED light kit and they're super bright and easy to install. Love the colour, makes driving on the road more clear than my old halogen headlights. Definitely recommend buying from them!
Received the complete order in three days. Gave as a gift for Christmas. Installed product started having issues within 10 minutes of use. After a couple hours of troubleshooting the n my part and a half hour of email troubleshooting with company was issued a return merchandise number. Cost me a $101 to ship back because product returns go to Canada. Product was delivered to requested address on 1/2/2020 according to fedex. Still waiting on credit card refund as of 1/4/20. I realize it's a busy time of year so trying to be patient. Also upset over the fact I have to pay return shipping on a defective product.
Arrived pretty quick, install was simple, but after install only one light can on. Tried talking to their live support chat, that's a joke. All he told me was to swap parts around until I find the problem, and that they won't take a full return since it has been installed. Well after all the trouble shooting and moving pieces around now I can't even get one light on. So I'm out the money I paid and have nothing for it. Don't deal with this company.
The 9006 bulbs I received for my fog lights... one never worked and the other over heats and shuts off after about two minutes. The H1 bulbs I bought seem to function fine but do not direct the light correctly in a projector housing. The light output is scattered and nearly worthless. I'd be better off holding a Flashlight out of the window. Was very disappointed especially for the price I paid which was crazy high but I wanted something that would work but I only proved myself an idiot in that sense. They got me and got my nearly $250 but oh well, live and learn. Won't be buying again and will tell anyone I know not to buy as well.

Looks like an Excellent product and Warranty. So far this product has superseded my expectations from other similar products I have purchased from many competitors. Real quality products are very difficult to obtain nowadays as they all supposedly advertise as they are all the best in the market only to fail in a short period of time. Customer service is Fantastic and very fast to resolve any issues that may arise. That alone is worth more than money can buy!
Delivery and product are all good. Site was easy to navigate. I'm unhappy with the customer service. No phone customer service during business hours, M-F 8 to 5 EST, I was refer to chat line. Long wait took me two days to finally got through. I asked about the kit I ordered for my 2019 Mercedes Benz GLA 250 and there were not light retainer that came to complete my installed. I was pointed to refer to a fine print that I missed. It's my fault, but would have been nice to get more help for me to complete my installation. This experience changed my view about future order and recommendation.
I've already requested someone contact me to discuss the options for returning or exchanging for something different. They are not brighter then my original lights and make it difficult to see the roadway at night. I'm disappointed greatly by the product.
