These bulb upgrades are garbage. Bases do not fit headlight assembly correctly. Once you install them you cannot turn them out. Cracked one of the bulbs while installing because they did not fit properly. Wasted money on junk and will never order anything from this company again.
Bulbs for my chevy tahoe were too long, bulky. Both are touching the cross brace behind the headlight housing. Cannot adjust height or direction of headlights at all, lights will only point straight at ground.
Very straight forward, plenty of detailed information to explain what you're buying. All that's left is to see how quick/slow they get in. Otherwise, happy customer!

Very straight forward shopping forum. Thanks the way all sites should be! Albeit that I asked the question and didn't receive a response "are these lights priced in Canadian dollars as they are shipped from Canada " Very disappointed with this aspect.
So far ordering was great so hopefully the product is also! I recently ordered a set from amazon and they were horrible and one didn't work! Just received my lights from xenon pro and installed everything worked as it should simple installation definitely brighter than original and white bright light about 5 second warm up time.
Excellent customer service. Answered all of my questions. Bulbs were packaged so well that no mishandling in transit would have damaged them. Arrived ahead of schedule. Installation was a breeze. Will absolutely be back for the rest of my vehicles lighting needs.

Great experience with this purchase from ease of ordering to quick delivery. Just a little disappointed in how bright this addition was when installed on my vehicle. Looking for more intense lighting.
Suppose to be two day shipping and that took. Week. Then I had a cracked bulb and after dealing wi H the dumb online chat interface for four hours, the customer service rep was extremely rude. I will never buy here again
The product came as advertised. Additional material or modification is required to mount the bulb securely into the original housing. Still a great product if it holds up. I would recommend adding in some shrink wrap and zap straps for your customer.
Nice... so far... let's see when I get the product. I got the product... Performs as expected... However, I think I can (with your help) make some improvements with my lighting... Could someone call me? Nick *******024... My question is: These HID's work as advertised. But installing them in the stock 1997 Dodge Ram 2500 lenses delivers a broad light... not really focused to any particular location down the road. Would they do better behind a projector style lens? And do you sell a fixture that would do that? ( without me having to buy the HID kit again, and use what I have just bought)?
I ordered these on 10/21/15. Shipping says 3-5 business days. I did get them until 11/6/15 and got the shipping confirmation the day before. 13 business days later. I tried emailing and multiple phone calls. Never received any kind of call or email back. Honestly I started the process with my bank to have the money refunded. The product works as it should at the moment. But I won't be ordering from this company again. Makes me wonder how true the warranty is if you can't even make contact with the company. Order at your own risk.
Website is very easy to use. Customer service is top notch. If you need assistance with anything, a rep answers immediately and will walk you through the install. The HID low beams that I installed are awesome! So much better than the stock halogen lights.

I was ignorant (and trusting) and did not do research on this company. Shopper Approved.com misrepresents their client. Check with the Better Business Bureau. They have an "F" rating for no follow through.
I have left over 8 emails and 10 phone messages. They do not reply, even after a week. They will immediately take your money, but if there is an issue, take a hike.
Don't let your wife say "I told you so", go somewhere else.
Easy website to get around on. Makes shopping so much easier instead of other sites where you cant figure out exactly what you are ordering. After receiving lights found out they do not fit. Will have to check with support to see how they are going to handle this before I can finish writing here about my overall experience.
So far shopping here has been quick and easy to find the correct bulbs you need for your vehicle. Will give more feedback when the bulbs are installed.(Waiting till spring to install) I tried another brand before and they lasted about a month. Hopefully these will be much better quality.
Quick easy and codes for discount was added to cart great.Hopefully your warranty will be as great or better then this checkout. I wish the low beams we're a little brighter then they are now I switch them out from having hd lights the bright high beam are great. Thank you

Fog lights were great, now going to get headlights... received headlights paid for express shipping... never got it. They did refund the difference but had to wait 7 days with a burnt out light. Good product but expensive

Packaging could be improved a little. My products looked like they had been tossed around slightly inside the package during shipping. Nothing was broken or damaged but it looked like they had definitely moved from their original locations. Still happy with my purchase though.
