Very good light products.
Service is excellent and almost as good as V-parts. They trow in a candybar and the packer writes a personal message to you.

Warranty Sucks
November 23, 2018

Tried to get a warranty replacement, after just two months of use my bulb failed. They wanted me to troubleshoot the bulb for them, I even tried to purchase just one bulb but they would not sell me just one. WORTHLESS WARRANTY!

Decent set of lights
October 26, 2020

By the other reviews and by the description, I thought the lights would be game-changing... but they weren't: the new LED lights are brighter than the stock halogens but not that much difference.

All I'm asking for is RMA # for a return and refund. Dale, the online chat customer service person, simply doesn't care what the hell my issue is today and does not want to provide a RMA# after 23 minutes of talking ( have a copy of chat transcript). Dale would rather insult the customer than help. Dale waist must time today. Why I want to return, because the Kit was giving me issues and I didn't want to spend extra money or time trying to resolve the issues. The kit didn't work as advertised for me don't know why and I want to return it. Dale was no help today. He rather says to get some ECU program to remove DRL and that is my issue. I called my Dealership, talked with the mechanics, they do not know what I was talking about and that is not an issue they can fix. Dale waist my time for calling dealerships to remove DRL when that is not the issue. All I wanted to accomplish was get The kit returned. And by the time this gets resolved I hope I have lost 30days and can not return the kit.

Horrible Experience

What an experience! Never again.

Chat reps * are just gems... and I don't mean that in a good way. I guess they don't take the service part of their customer service job serious. Maybe Allan was just having a bad day idk but SHEESH I've seen * mentioned multiple times in these reviews. Not one has been about how amazing he is at his job.

One issue that popped up wasn't their fault or mine but I did ask for their help since they had the ability to help and be a middle man. Minimum effort is all it would have taken. That was a hard no go. Instead they put more effort into trying to make me feel like I did something wrong. They assumed their partner didn't do anything wrong.

Then come to find out the bulbs I did get didn't even fit my car. The site told me what bulbs to get based off of the year make and model of my vehicle and it was still wrong. One of the bulbs had a crooked and open glass cylinder covering the led chips. I'd zero star them if I could. The one star they do get is bc by the end of this they did refund my order, but the quality and fit of the bulbs would have been no issue at all had the customer service not been that bad.

I went with HID Nation instead. They did what Xenon Pro couldn't: give me a product that fit and worked as intended. More importantly they delivered customer service that was top notch.

In Dec of 2017 I ordered a pair or LED Headlight bulbs. Less than a year later, the headlight bulbs were failing, and were so dim it wasn't safe to drive at night. I contacted the company to have them replaced under their Lifetime Warranty, and was told that they would be replaced "free", all I had to pay was the shipping. I was charged $19.95 per item to ship 2 headlight bulbs in the same package, even though shipping costs on their website are listed as $9.95 for the entire order. Again, less than a year later, the bulbs are failing again. Every time I chat with the company online, it is clear that their only priority is their own profit. What's more, when I challenged the validity of their shipping charges, the agent said he found my credit card information from my last replacement, and stated he was going to process the shipping charge with that info. When I told him not to charge my card, he forceably closed the chat session, which also appears to have blocked me from initiating another session. Due to the way the chat window was closed from his end, I do not even have a transcript from the session. XenonPro is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Not only that, their products are grossly overpriced and are terrible quality. Do not buy from them!

The product was shipped and received promplty. Prior to ordering I confirmed with their customer service that the kit would fit my needs. I used their online application guide and the customer service rep also gave me the part # to order, which was the same as their application guide had shown.
When I got ready to install the instructions simply said to connect the lead wire to your vehicle connection. My vehicle was showing 4 hot wires leading to the headlamp assembly and a 5th one that was activated with the high beam switch. When I got on the Chat Support to get help this was the response I received.

Dale:
I had the RMA issued to you via email to perform the return for a refund.
Look out for it in your spam folder as it may end up in there.
XenonPro Customer:
I did not ask for a refund, are you issuing one because the kit won't work?
Dale:
Its too hard to assist with your vehicle without being in front of your setup unfortunately.
Thats why i had an RMA issued to you to perform the return.
My apologies.
XenonPro Customer:
OK, will I still be charged a restock fee? I had asked prior to ordering if the kit would work and was told yes there would be no problem.
Dale:
No not at all, itll be for a full refund.

I send the product back last week and will see where it goes from here. Per their Customer Support I should get a full refund including return freight.
We will see.

If I could give negative stars I would

I received my order and when I opened it, the bulbs were completely different! I look up the style of bulb I got and turns out they sent me a 5202. So I contacted customer support and explained this. Allan insists I pay for the return shipping even though I tell him HIS COMPANY DID NOT SEND ME H16s! He insists that since the box says H16, that's what was sent. He proceeds to tell me this is not a game, and he's not going to deal with problem customers. His professionalism was jaw-droppingly nonexistent. I was in awe at how this customer support agent was addressing me like a scam artist after sending me and incorrect item then making me pay to send it back. Then after I asked why it is so hard to just compensate the return shipping once again, Allan cut the chat off, essentially hanging up on me. I have attached photos of my claim. One photo is from the actual H16 bulb listing I bought, the 2nd is the actual bulb I received which obviously does not fit. GO anywhere else to buy! WHEN this company sends you an incorrect item they will NOT work to fix it for you. I will be calling tomorrow to continue to get this right.

5202 and H16 are indeed the same bulb but if you think the box you received contained a completely different bulb size, please get in touch with us and we'll have the right ones shipped out right away and for free. I ordered HID bulbs for my vehicle, which would not fit due to several issues, so I ended up ordering LED bulbs. I got both shipments very quick, so the shipments must have came somewhere close to southern California. The process to return the HID bulbs, however, was long and ridiculous. I could not speak to a live representative and had to use the chat feature on their website. Although I was #4 in their quoue, it took almost an hour to get information. The employee took a long time to respond to questions and did not seem friendly. After I was sent an email with instructions on how to return the merchandise, I discovered the return address was in Canada and that they would only accept shipping by Fedex. I was quoted $161 to send the HID kit to Xenonpro's Canadian address, which was more than I paid for the kit itself! It would probably be fair to assume their warehouse is somewhere in the United States to cut down on shipping costs, but the return address is purposely in Canada to help prevent customers from sending back merchandise, or exchanges on equipment that allegedly have a lifefime warranty. I will never do business with XenonPro ever again!

Second time buying, straight forward installation, great lighting. Very pleased.
However, after just a couple of weeks driving one of the headlights (driver's side) started flickering, very slightly at first. One quick click to hi-beam seemed to cure it but it gets steadily worse. Have checked to make sure bulb is secure in headlight, all wires secure, power modules securely mounted, all grounds clean and tight, battery & alternator performing to spec.

Was not satisfied with performance of product originally ordered. Led bulbs put out far less illumination than original stock halogen bulbs. Customer service is only handled by chat and takes forever along with getting the run around. 20 day later exchange for higher watt. Company requires return only through FedEx. From U.S. that means air only which is 85$ +. Beware U.S. residence.

The lights scattered light horribly

The lights scattered light horribly. I purchased based on so many great customer reviews. I wish I didn't. I tried to adjust the beam lower, but it had to go so low it pointed at the ground. I was installing on Ford Edge 2009. The lights would have blinded others with the scatter. I will not be one of those drivers that does not care about oncoming traffic. Contacted CS-not easy- and asked for refund. Then found out the fine print is 20% restocking fee. And has to be shipped via FedEx ONLY to a Canada address which cost $26. So to return cost me about $45 off what I paid. I guess it's buyer beware. I hope you find this review helpful, and make sure this item is what you want before you order it...

Easy and Quick shopping

Easy and Quick shopping. Previously had a different HID system installed in 08 gmc sierra which I replaced after one side "burned out". The installation of this product was much cleaner and took less time.

Very good website, easy to decide on what product is required to purchase. One light had a broken lens which is being replaced by vendor. Need better installation instructions for different vehicles. Lights do work well once everything is assembled properly and installed with right polarity. I would purchase again.

I had a little difficulty initially mounting the lights but a quick e-mail to John took care of that. Response was immediate and accurate. I am pleased with the life time warranty you gave my product. Very rare in this day and age. Numerous compliments about the pure white light. Expect future customers from my fellow "wheel-o-paths."

Lots of information, especially how the unit is wired and installation. However upon reading reviews online hopefully I wont have any need for an exchange as there is a $29 shipping fee on these - which is interesting considering its free right now.
