My fault in not knowing that the iPhone was already unlocked! But the steps were followed and they didn't work. Maybe because it was already unlocked? Cellunlocker.net will not refund me as they said that: "In this case it did unlock as requested." No, it did not unlock using the steps provided.

I'd give this site NO stars if possible. I tried to get my phone unlocked via this site. The iPhone 11 is not on a black list and able to be unlocked. Nothing happened, no email, no confirmation.
I tried sending messages and emails and no reply at all. This site is most likely a scam and if not then their customer service is atrocious. Don't use them.
Luckily I'm only out $20, but some could risk losing more $$.

I switched from Spectrum Mobile to Verizon. I waited for 5 days for Spectrum to unlock my cell (Galaxy S21 Ultra). I called every day and Spectrum kept pushing out the day I'd receive the unlock code.
Then I came across CellUnlocker.net. Read some reviews and figured it was worth a shot. They emailed me the unlock code within 2 hours after ordering.
Would use them again and highly recommend!

I took a chance with cellunlocker.net after coming from directunlock and getting screwed around with the price wacka mole. 3 hours after placing my order I had the codes and Bing bang boom done unlocked it perfectly. Not a bunch of e mails or this or that just did what I wanted to be done. Very happy with the service I highly recommend them. 30$ was the cheapest I found compared to 90$ that directunlcks wanted. If your having problems with these guys you must have a hard case to deal with. There no scam there legit so don't worry you won't get scammed.

Their process does not work with the eSim only version of iPhone 14. I purchased an iPhone 14 Pro Max and went entered the information on their website. The sent me the code 10 days later (1-5 days is their claim) and the instructions told me to remove my sim card. Since iPhones sold in the US don't have sim cards, I contacted customer support to see if they had other instructions. They said their service did not work with esims. When I asked for a refund since they have a "100% satisfaction guarantee" they claimed they didn't owe me one for the following reasons all of which I successfully challenged them on. Their final resposne was "our service does not work with your phone, but once we generate an unlock code, refunds are not given." My credit card company is currently handling this.

I purchased a code for my LG V-60 thinQ on the 19th, it is now 4 days later and I still have heard anything and my order is still in pending status. I emailed them concerning my order and did not get a response. Their website is very misleading and I would not recommend them to anyone.

This company is 999% legit! They quickly helped me. Highly recommend over any over website they unlock your iphone remotely you dont even need to enter a code!

This is a money trap. If they cannot unlock your phone, they will give you a credit note to use for other unlocks. This is so funny because if they cannot unlock your phone, would you trust them to unlock another device? They first do a check, which is 26 GBP, to see whether they can unlock a phone or not, and they then charge you again another 25 GBP for unlocking. Then, the unlock is not instantaneous. It will take them days to unlock, and even after many days have gone past, they will not be able to unlock and issue a credit note instead of getting your money back. PLEASE STOP USING THEIR SERVICE. It is this sort of company that reaps people off with their money.

Was easy to figure out if phone was eligible. Just had to put phone model and carrier info in with drop down boxes. After that it was a quick payment and a short wait (12 hours for me) and went to their instruction page, which was very in depth and detailed on exactly what to do, so you don't lock your phone. And bam! Phone unlocked! Easy! Thanks Cellunlocker!

Unlocked my htc desire 601. I received the unlock code within 24 hours. Although it takes a bit longer than I expected, I'm satisfied with their professional service.

This site is falsely advertising u can never get a hold of any body it's the 27th I placed my order on the 17th and have received nothing don't let them steal your money I'm reporting them

A complete runaround. Nonexistent customer service. This service is nothing more than a well marketed scam to take customers money indefinitely. Regardless of the few that have been lucky enough to get theirs phones unlocked within a short period there are many who have been forced to wait week upon end with no apologies or update. I urge anyone who is considering using this company to STAY CLEAR from them as you'll likely regret it. I have suffered greatly at the hands of this extravagant con and hope you won't make the same mistake.

I ordered an unlock code for a Samsung Galaxy S4 that is locked for AT&T on May 19. Should be simple, right? It's May 27 and still no response, the tracking tab still says processing. I've called that 1-800 support number many times, and after the recording, it just hangs up - you cannot talk to a real person. I emailed tech support at *******@cellunlocker.net at least 6 times now and not a single response. I needed this code for my wife traveling to the Philippines, and its too late. Very disappointed. If I knew they were going to complete my order, I would have went with a different service.

Overall, this is a good deal on an unlock code. However, do not use them if you're in a rush or care about customer service. My code took almost twice as long as it was supposed to, almost all emails went unanswered, and if you call them for support their automated system hangs up on you. One email reply I DID receive apologized for the delay and promised my code by the end of that day, which didn't happen. If you read their Facebook page you'll see a disturbing number of people who never got codes at all. Ultimately in my case I did receive my code and it worked.

Use Cellunlocker a few time and never ran into an issue. Been a few years since and now they doesnt return message till a week later and dont fall for their live chat because no one is there to read them,at one point a name "paul" popped up like he was rading it but didnt respond. No way to even get a refund. Ive been trying furiously to get a hold of a live preson with no availe... Dont waste your money and go else where
