This site is falsely advertising u can never get a hold of any body it's the 27th I placed my order on the 17th and have received nothing don't let them steal your money I'm reporting them

We were able to locate your order made on August 17th, we were in full communication with you from the time we processed it and when sent you an email on August 22nd to keep you in the loop of the order status.

We fully refunded your order on August 29th as we were unable to generate an unlock code at that time for your IMEI. We feel your review is very misleading and disingenuous, if we were going to 'steal' your money then there would be no reason for us to send you an update.
Please amend/modify your review or remove it.
