Use Cellunlocker a few time and never ran into an issue. Been a few years since and now they doesnt return message till a week later and dont fall for their live chat because no one is there to read them,at one point a name "paul" popped up like he was rading it but didnt respond. No way to even get a refund. Ive been trying furiously to get a hold of a live preson with no availe... Dont waste your money and go else where

I have been using Cellunlocker.net for years, both for myself, and my customers. The last little while (we'll say a year or so) has been terrible, both with time processing, and overall support. Currently, we have been waiting almost 24 hours for an express unlock code that should have been processed within 30-90 MINUTES. The other week I waited over 8 hours for the same thing.

They need to fix this. This service is getting terrible.

Haven't written a review in a while but felt compelled to do so after this poor service, the only reason a second star is there is because the code was delivered. Initially on the site the turnaround time was within 2 days after which I contacted support and got poor service replies and snag remarks like can I just wait. Even after I asked for a refund because it took too long, they never gave me it. Never again will I be using their services and I hope this review proves to be helpful to others in the future.

It has been 6 days and counting, I chose this site due to other reviews getting unlocked within 24 hours. I was leaving Canada within the week and figured 1-5 business days that's plenty of time by the time I get back it should be unlocked! Wrong, I have spent $60 trying to unlock this phone and i want my money back but because it hasn't stated a negative result they won't refund my money! The robots on the chat have said by the end of the day twice now! The worst is, there is no communication, cannot even tell me what they are waiting on, or even if it states 1-5 days anything longer then that should be an email of an update or something

I have a Blackberry Curve 9320 with 'second' generation security. I first sent the company an email telling them, and asking if they could unlock the phone. They said yes and it would cost $7.99 for a code. It failed. We again exchanged emails, they said they could do it, but the second codes sent to me also failed. Finally they advised an unlock for my phone would cost $20 total to use another 'alternative' database. I agreed, paid, and the third code finally unlocked the phone. The good is that they were finally successful. The bad is that they should have been able to serve me much better because right at the start I specifically told them I had a phone with the special security requirement. They need much better coordination between 'sales', 'service' and 'technical' to avoid these frustrations.

I found Cellunlocker through Google search along with a few others.

Some how i ended up preferring to try their service and although it did take a little longer than was promised, it worked out pretty well.

I'm using my iPhone unlocked, getting updates from iTunes and enjoying sim free capabilities. I tried two different carriers so far and it works great.

Now I can use the carrier of i always preferred. I am very happy.

First-class service. Took less than two days and worked right off. Original carrier AT&T refused to help even though the phone was bought from them and never reported lost or stolen. And Cellunlocker is a bargain too, cheapest I found. Highly recommended.
