Husband bought me a watch from this site. It was over $500, so not a trivial purchase. It arrived in a pristine manufacturer's box, but the watch had obviously been dropped and had major damage to it. Tried calling their customer service number right away, and spent a half hour on hold before getting someone, who said she would email husband the paperwork to return the watch and a link to upload photos. He did NOT receive the emails. Then he emailed the company and they did respond with a request for photos, which he provided. Then nothing from them. We still have no info on how/where to send in the watch to get a replacement. I called again today and spent well OVER AN HOUR ON HOLD, then gave up. Absolutely terrible service for a company that sells many high end items priced in the thousands of dollars. I truly regret doing business with them. STAY AWAY

I purchased a Bruno Magli watch in red leather. It arrived and was far too small. I called the company every day only to get a busy signal. I also sent them many emails asking for a return authorization and never got a response. The watch would only fit on a child's wrist, plus, I googled the watch and they are selling it all Walmart for half the price. Thank goodness I used Paypal who will help me return it and get a refund. Not impressed at all!

This company, World of Watches elevates its list prices 10 fold in order to make it seem they are giving huge discounts! False!

I've ordered several watches from this website before with no issues. This time around the experience was also good, but unfortunately had to wait longer than expected to receive my package due to delays in the USPS transport as a result of Covid-19. When I attempted to reach out to the world of watches customer service number I was placed on hold for over 45 minutes and finally decided to hang up as no help arrived. I sent out emails, but that was little to no help. I finally received my package and am very satisfied with my watch.

Paid for expedited (3 day) shipping, watch took 12 days to arrive. Watch was advertised as water resistant to 200m, suitable for swimming, surfing and snorkeling. First time I used the watch in the pool, for about 15 minutes, condensation appeared between the dial and the crystal, so it was clearly defective. Asked for and received a return authorization and shipping label, but was informed that there would be a $6.99 return shipping charge EVEN THOUGH THE WATCH WAS DEFECTIVE. The when they received the watch they informed me that it had been sent to the repair facility and would be sent back to me in 3 months or so! I told them that I wanted a refund, not a repaired, defective watch, and no response.

Was a customer of WOW for many years, bought watches, cases, etc. Bought an expensive pair of sunglasses and received a pair of scratched and oily printed on the lenses pair. Sent pictures of everything, box, then bars, then of glasses and received email that they were going to review my case and if they decided would receive my product for a refund! What more proof did they needed? At the end I received my refund and they lost a great customer! PD I have pictures if needed.

Purchased a tester fragrance from Worldofwatches.com only to find out they never shipped it. Won't answer my emails and wasted my time. I don't see how a business can advertise an item then not sell it to you or even answer your emails. I missed out on a sale from someone else thanks to WOW wasting my time. Don't let them waste yours! They don't even have respect enough to answer you. I'm starting to think it's a scam company!

The watch I bought from them was completely dead on arrival, had the wrong owner's manual, and no warranty. The phone number on the receipt was not in service. Beware -- this was a total rip off

Plus, a fast delivery is a great business angle. I reached out to the company and was very courteously received. I got an email from them within an hour. Love it! Was a little hesitant since I'd never heard of the site, but they had a Bulova 98N101 for the cheapest price I could find anywhere. Got it <$100 during a flash sale. There were 2 left, I bought mine, checked a whole later and they were out of stock. Kohls had it for $375! World of Watches took PayPal, sent me tracking right away, it arrived in 3 days and I love it. It was definitely brand new and legit because I researched fakes. Great deal!
