First of all I had a great experience with World of Watches. I bought a Seiko 5KX for the incredible price of $160 out the door. The watch came in all of the original packaging including new tags and even cellophane on the bracelet and on the back of the see through caseback. Also shipping was crazy fast. I got my watch within 3 days!
After looking over other reviews on this site, it looks like the majority are sadly fake reviews, but rest assured my review is legitimate! Maybe I got lucky, or hopefully world of watches has just improved on their customer service since some of these reviews have been posted.
I purchased three watches from the website and every single one was shipped with a great sense of urgency. I never experienced a single issue with either one of my three purchases. I'm very sad to see them now currently out of business. I don't know where I'll go for now my watch addiction.
My boyfriend, friends and I had been ordering watches for years from them and the watches were great quality and great prices. I returned only one watch because it was too small and got a refund with no problem. I think some of the watch companies may have forced them to close down due to the great prices. So sad.
This is my 5th watch from World of Watches. Every one has been spot on and delivered as promised. I could not be more pleased. I always feel that I am getting the watch I want and the value for my money.
My experience was certainly amazing. It was well worth it and the prices are unbeatable! My watch came in excellent condition. The retail price for the watch I bought was $425.00. But I only paid $127.00 ain't that amazing! And the best part about it is the watch is 100 authentic. Shipping was fast but the processing took a bit long just for one item. I ordered on a Monday and received my package 5 days later. I did pay for two day shipping. But overall I'm extremely happy with my purchase.
World of watches is now my go to site when I need to purchase a watch.
Although it took longer than expected for delivery my item arrived in good order and is exactly as depicted on the website. I would love to include pic of watch and receipt but the tech thing is not going well.
The watch is very pretty and obviously genuine. It arrived in a timely manner, and was a gift for my partner for graduation. However when we opened it, the battery was not working, even though there's a sticker on the back that says it should not need to be changed until January 2022. Less important, it did look like the leather had been a little scratched by something but it's really barely noticeable.
My junk Invicta watch broke within 48 hrs of receiving it and customer service will not follow up on it after I sent them photos of my broken watch. Invicta is a cheaply made watch. It looks flashy to hide the shortcomings in quality.
Beware, world of watches has gone out of business since early January. They are still billing for returned merchandise that has been returned and their office is closed. Contact your financial institution to stop billing if you are in dispute with them.
I bought the Essex Black Face sports watch for my husband. It was described as waterproof to 300+ ft, made for water sports and diving. After a few hours in the pool it fogged up. The website phone doesn't work & there is no email response. I was hoping to exchange for another watch. Maybe I should write them off. The website is nice, but that's apparently all they've got.
I bought a seiko 5 (kinetic) watch online from WOW and had the bracelet links removed so I could wear it. Immediately apparent that watch was losing time and stopped nearly every night even though I was wearing it 24/7. I emailed wow about the problem asking what to do - they said to shake it! I said I'd wear it for a further week and log problems. When I emailed the log they said that because I had removed links they could not offer a refund or exchange! I offered to replace the links but they still said no. When I rang and explained that with a kinetic watch it had to be worn to detect faults the woman there was unhelpful and hung up on me!
Looking at their website it claims 30 day returns will be fully refunded but this is a lie and WOW did not behave as reputable, legitimate retailer but were deceiving and fraudulent with me. DO NOT BUY from this company! I sought and obtained redress through my credit card company but this was my first bad experience buying online!
Its been 13 days since I placed an order, and i just received a tracking number. It hasn't even been dropped off for shipping yet. This will be the last order I place with them. Ridiculous.
I received a watch for Christmas that is too small. I have called & waited on hold several times, only to get a message after 5 minutes saying they are too busy & to call back. I did an online contact & got no response. Looks like I am stuck with a watch I can't wear. I was going to exchange it for a much more expensive watch, but I will go elsewhere!
Company sent a defective watch. Lousy customer service. They then insisted that I pay a great deal for the return label. It is also impossible to get through to customer service
Have been trying to reach the company since receiving the defective watch 2 days ago. Emails were sent, with no response. Inquiry form on the website was submitted, with no response. 20+ call attempts were made with no answer. The number would ring once and immediately disconnect. Don't know what to do at this point.
It has been over 2 weeks and still lists as processing. Customer Service is no help and has limited hours. I have purchased over $1,000 in merchandise from them between current order and a previous order. I will not buy from them again
Ordered a citizen promaster diver. Arrived in Canada 4 business days after placing the order.

Ordered a black Michael kors rhea backpack for my girlfriend dec 2,2019. Its now Dec 11,2019 and they still have not shipped anything. Https://Www.Worldofwatches.com says they need to do a 3 week investigation my order tracking number says that the label was created but still has not shipped because they never had usps pick it up. This company sucks and I will never buy anything from these scammers again. I've emailed them about this and got a bogus response that the mail is taking a long time. Don't let them steal your money or waste your time like me! If the deal is too good to be true its because this website is a scam!
WorldofWatches.com and www.smartbargains - is the same thing - it's a SCAM. They both advertising same popular Items for low prices. Don't waste your time because you won't receive the Item you've ordered except email within a week that "Due to high demand, this item is no longer in stock. We value your time and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. As an accommodation we would like to convey to you the opportunity to have a 5% discount off of your next purchase with us bla bla bla". I did it several times on both websites to make sure it's a same company that works for temporary holding your money for their needs.

Definitely the worst company to deal with. I bought a Lacoste watch as a gift and it came in a Lancaster box. The watch was not even wrapped around the pillow, it was just tossed in the box. I called customer service to speak with the rudest agent who is technically just a phone operator who cannot do anything except send an email to the shipping department. I got an email from the shipping department stating that they will see if they have a box available and that I would hear back in 5-7 days.if you claim to be a reputable company then you need to stand by your product and correct your mistakes. I am glad I did not buy anymore crap from this place as I was going to before I received the watch. I will be sending them their crap for a full refund which I expect to probably take a month or more. You are indeed the danger to the online shoppers.
