I just ordered a watch from them and loved it. Wearing it about one week when I noticed it has a problem around the bezel on the top. Almost looks like water is in there. It is waterproof. I tried to email them but their email link is broken. I threw out the box because I loved the watch and it was okay at first. Now they won't take it back because I don't have the box. LOUSY SERVICE, LOUSY COMPANY.
Bought a second Seiko from these guys. This time the stem literally fell off within the first few wearings. The company would not replace or repair the watch. How does a stem fall off a new REAL Seiko? Last watch I'll buy from these people: real or not.
It took them 9 days and 2 messages from me to realize the watch I ordered was out of stock so they cancelled my order - I'm still waiting for my money.
I haven't received the item in hand as yet it's actually at a friends house but she did receive it and sent me images. So I'm yet to see it personally

This company should be renamed World of Watchout. I ordered a watch online with a cost of $1535. When it arrived i was unhappy with the purchase and followed the company's return policy instructions. I sent it back to the return address they provided via USPS priority mail. The USPS tracking said it was delivered on Oct. 15,2021 at 11:03am. I have receipt of that tracking. When I realized no refund had been issued I called customer service. The representative said they hadn't received the watch even though she checked the tracking # and it confirmed delivery. Instead of trying to help with the situation she became rude and belligerent, telling me it was not World of Watches problem and I should take it up with the USPS. When I reminded her that the tracking said "delivered" she told me they were located in a big building and the watch could have been delivered elsewhere. When I said I would contact Discover Card and make a claim, she scoffed and hung up on me. I have made two more attempts to get these people to accept some responsibility but they are non responsive. And so I filed a claim for the $1535 with Discover. Another tact they take is to advertise watches as "in stock" when they are not. This prevents the customer from purchasing from a competitor because it is already "on order" I only gave it one star because it won't allow for zero. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
I bought a Tocatta Raymond weil watch worth 300 USD (instead of list price USD800) from world of watches. It looked ok on arrival (a tiny scratch on one of the needles was the only defect I could notice). After a few days, it stopped. Adjusted the time, worked for a few days, stopped again. Had the battery checked. Still stops. This is such a piece of junk. A nice looking piece of junk. I just wish it wouldn't stop unpredictably. You can't expect folks to be OK with a stopping watch. Selling it a bit cheaper than list price does not mean your watch is allowed to stop every two days.

I purchased sunglasses from the World of Watches. It was expected to be delivered on June 2,2021. Still did not get them. The World of Watches sent me an Email saying they had a problem with the address so it is expected to be delivered in the 3rd. Now I find it is at UPS that will do nothing because the World of Watches has put limits on what can be done, so the package just sits. I will be in Vegas on the 5th, would have been nice to have the sunglasses. World of Watches knew they would not be delivered and DID NOTHING! In fact UPS person told me maybe the World of Watches is trying to rip you off! Maybe so!
I ordered my first watch 10 years ago, a Longines, this perfectly beautiful watch, a thousand percent authentic, 2400 at Tourneau I paid 1150 at of watches. I ordered a Frederick constant watch for my son for Christmas 2016, it arrived on time professionally packaged. It is gorgeous authentic, a $1,200 watch I paid $355 for I couldn't ask for a better company and better customer service I am so sad if the rumors are true and they are out of business

So many complains and for a reason, this compony shouldnt be running at all. They dont respond because they cant catch up to respond for all the issues they are causing. This is my second order from them, first got canceled after 2 weeks. Yes they dont respond, they dont answer the phone. They shipped my perfume, but the tracking hasnt been scanned for over a week. I dont know what to think. If it doesnt get scanned within next week, I will be opening dispute with bank as Scam on my account because they do not respond to emails or answer the phone. This is by far the most shallow and horrible customer service I have ever seen in my life. People Please do yourself a favorite and do not buy from them, hopefully you are reading this before you bought something unlike me.
I looked at their website choose a watch gave them my credit card number, they sent a receipt 3 days later email said it shipped with tracking number. Waited to see how it was progressing the indicator with UPS never changed they even gave me mail tracking number called both ups and post office said they were never contacted for pickup at there store. So now in dispute. These people WILL PRAY ON YOU GIVEN THE CHANCE THERE PRICES ARE LOWER TO LURE YOU IN. YOU HAVE BEEN TOLD. THEY WILL $#*! WITH YOU.
I bought a $350 Bulova watch for my mom for Christmas. She didn't even get to wear it for 3 weeks before the strap literally snapped off of her wrist like a cheap piece of plastic. DO NOT BUY A WATCH FROM THIS SITE. It is most definitely a scam. The companies warranty policy is the way it is for a reason!
I put an order through PayPal and got a confirmation from world of watches, after two days got an email that they declined shipping it, I tried to contact them but I could not reach them and nobody was answering my calls and emails, I checked my credit card linked to PayPal and the charge went through okay, now I have a big difficulty to get my money back, please don't put yourself in a situation that I'm in it right now, don't buy anything from this site, it is a scam.
I bought from World of Watches a good watch, Swiss, automatic, sapphire crystal, and those other characteristics that encourage to buy a good watch. In the white market, major department stores, jewelry stores, $2,787 (including tax, no shipping). In other gray markets, as low as $1,867 (including tax, no shipping). At World of Watches, $1,672 (all-inclusive). I placed the order on Dec 19,20. The next day I got very desperate for so many negative reviews and started calling them, no one answered. I think the customer service line is a fake. So I began to write insistently. I was seriously worried. I bought the watch for a particular date and occasion. Outside of that date and occasion, the watch had no value to me. 48 hours later, World of Watches replied my messages. 48 hours after replying my messages, as promised, I had the watch in my hands (UPS), just in time for the occasion. Although I was subjectively desperate because of so many negative reviews, in my particular case, outside of the anxiety of reading those reviews, objectively, World of Watches fulfilled everything. I will buy from them again.
Just started appreciating watches and this Hamilton Khaki is my second automatic from World of Watches, my first was the Tissot Visodate. Excellent price compared to what I can get them for retail In NZ and quick delivery considering I'm half way around the world. Next will cost a lot more and I'll be checking it out in the store first to check the size but I know I'll have no issue ordering it through here again

I never received any notice from World of Watches that my replacement watch had shipped. However, it did arrive on the 18th of June. On the 19th, I had it on my wrist when I noticed there was a tear in the rubber at one of the fastening holes. (it is a rubber ICE Watch). I called them immediately and they did send me another RMA and a paid shipping label this time. So I sent it back on the 20th asking for a replacement again. Today is the 26th. I still have not received any notice that its been received, or the credit I was promised over a month ago when the watch went to half off the day I purchased it. This company is awful. Just awful. Bad with communication and don't keep their promises.
I purchased a watch which got marked down to half price on the same day I ordered it at full price. I called immediately and they assured me they would credit me the difference since it was the SAME DAY... that was two weeks ago, still no credit. The watch arrived and it had a hazy film on the inside of the glass. Not the plastic on the outside, that I removed. So I called them again and they said "no problem" we will email you a return label. The return label was not a label, it was and RMA number and directions for the return at MY expense. How am I responsible to pay for returning a damaged watch? I called and called again and could not get thru to a person. I finally (out of frustration) went to the post office and sent back the watch at my expense. I have tracked the shipment and that watch was received by them on Monday... today is Friday... but still no email from them confirming my return was received, so I call. They tell me they still do not even show that the watch was received! Its been in their possession for 4 days and the customer service rep says, "sorry, these things take 2-3 days to process"... ok, its been 4 days. The thing is, I want this watch, it is an exchange not a return. So I ask again about the credit I never received for the change in price and she says "these things take time". I purchased it on 5/24, to today is 6/8 when I called on the 24th they told me I'd see a credit in 2-3 days. So I wait... Buyer beware.
