My last purchase from world of watches has turned me off on their company. After numerous e-mail exchanges with their service dept. w/o satisfactory resolution I can no longer consider world of watches to be a source for consideration of new watch products going forward. A product I rec'd after a long long wait for a watch I ordered and was notified was "out of stock" showed up, was not the product I ordered, was not factory fresh, and was missing parts, specifically watch band connecting screws... I requested a pre-approval return authorization and after no response I reached out to customer service and what a farce that turned out to be. Horrible-horrible- horrible. After multiple e-mail exchanges I was told a returns contact was forthcoming and that was over 3 weeks ago and nada... Initially all I wanted was to return the wrong and damaged watch for a credit that i would have been happy to apply to a future purchase as I had bought a number of watches from WoW previously that had been great experiences and I wanted that to continue, attempting to give WoW the benefit of the doubt... Shame on me for that... WoW seems to have fraudulent practices in play or perhaps they were duped themselves. Whatever the real case is, for $128.00 plus shipping WoW has lost considerably more in future sales to me alone not to mention their credibility is again in question. From their huge slide in customer satisfaction ratings I am not at all surprised.

Still waiting for confirmation and dispatch of my order placed and paid for 10 days!
Worldofwatches does not respond to my queries and I wonder if they are perhaps scam artists.

In spite my purchase was including the postage and delivery using DHL, I was charged locally (Correos Spain) with handling and others with a 30% of the item cost, amazing...

My email to them explains it. Hope they make it right by refunding my purchase price and the cost to ship it back. Even if this does happen it's a major hassle to order a watch and have to send it back because it's used and damaged when you purchased a new watch.

"I received this watch today. When winding the watch with the crown it slips. Feels like the gears required to wind it with the crown are slipping. Im not a watch smith but there is clearly a mechanical issue with the watch. The crown is very loose as well. Feels like it is about to fall off. The clasp and case back have scratches. The hang tag was cut off. This clearly seems to be a store display model or something, I. E. used. I want to return this defective watch. I want to be reimbursed my full purchase price and my cost to ship it back as I purchased a new watch but received a used watch with mechanical issues. Usps medium flat rate box is $15.05 and this is what I will be using as this is the smallest box that will fit. "

I order sunglasses on Dec. 4th 2020 on December 14th i emailed the company for a tracking number
No reply until Dec. 16th stating your order will be shipped in next 1-2 business days so i wait again on Dec 23rd i email wheres my order and get a reply back on the 24th which is now a total of 20 days since I ordered the glasses saying we no longer have in stock so we are canceling your order
Says 1-2 days for refund mine you today is December 31st and charge is still pending on my credit card
I'm warning you all now the company is a joke and plays games be aware

The order was delivered within a few days and I am delighted with the purchase which was for a special birthday. Would definately order again in the future
