My email to them explains it. Hope they make it right by refunding my purchase price and the cost to ship it back. Even if this does happen it's a major hassle to order a watch and have to send it back because it's used and damaged when you purchased a new watch.
"I received this watch today. When winding the watch with the crown it slips. Feels like the gears required to wind it with the crown are slipping. Im not a watch smith but there is clearly a mechanical issue with the watch. The crown is very loose as well. Feels like it is about to fall off. The clasp and case back have scratches. The hang tag was cut off. This clearly seems to be a store display model or something, I. E. used. I want to return this defective watch. I want to be reimbursed my full purchase price and my cost to ship it back as I purchased a new watch but received a used watch with mechanical issues. Usps medium flat rate box is $15.05 and this is what I will be using as this is the smallest box that will fit. "
