Communication was very good, mutiple updates for various stages of the transaction. Watch came in mint codition and faster than I expected. Was kinda nervous as I read some negative reviews, but my experience was very good. Would order again. If I was ordering a watch that cost thousand I would probably would want the original warranty, because if something were to happen that required customer service who knows. I will be buying a hamilton end of summer and hopefully it will go as smooth as my 1st order.
They did good. I was a bit nervous reading other reviews, but my Seiko arrived in good condition and well packaged. Was shipped internationally. Took a bit to get it in the mail, but it was shipped to me here in the UAE quite quickly. I'd order from them again.
I had sent my brand new Swiss Legend watch back for a replacement when only having it out of the box long enough to realize it didn't work. Called their customer service and was told it was to scratched for a replacement or refund. I only hand the watch out of the box for 5 to 10 minutes enough to realize it wasn't working. Stay away from this company they are bad news. They should be investigated by NY Attorney General!
Purchased a Swiss Legend watch from World of Watches. When I unboxed it I set it then realized it wasn't working, second hand was moving but the hour hands were not moving. I boxed it back up and emailed them they sent me the paperwork and shipping label to return it. I was told it would be 8 to 12 weeks for the repair. Requested a refund and I'm still waiting for that! Stay Away from this company!
I placed an order on February 2 and was sent a confirmation email with no tracking and no details. I have been trying to reach the company by email, phone or "supposedly" living chat and I have no answers
Terrible customer service. Ordered a watch and received an email saying I'll receive an email when the watch is shipped. It's now been 5 days and I've heard nothing. I tried calling just to be put on hold by a robot. Say on hold for 5 minutes until the robot came back and said they're busy try again later. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM!
Buyer beware! I bought a watch from this outfit and wore it twice before it stopped working. They wouldnt refund my money because I wore it. I sent the watch back two months ago and now it looks like they wont even replace it! That was two months ago. Please stay away. Just horrible company and $200 gone.

I bought 6 watches b4 Xmas. One was bad and they replaced it with a better one. All authentic... Now I cannot contact them. I have found out that theses watches were 2nds, overstocks etc. If you got an overstock be grateful. The price was right and you got a steal. If you returned a watch while they were still in business, you probably came out OK. Now they're just taking peoples $. They are belly-up and you are wise to disregard them. I came out with all real and very, very' reasonably priced watches. I turned two friends on to them and they are Pissed Off at me. It's over. Move on. They even let me keep they broken watch they replaced. The gold Invicta I paid $55.00 still retails at Jewelry store for over $500.00; 2010 watch. Somebody's still collecting $... Leave them alone. The owner went bankrupt. That's probably what's Up...
I have purchased watches in the past from this company. When you order they promise to send a confirmation e-mail. That never came, then they did send a "complete your order" with the watch I wanted in the picture. I assumed my order did not get completed. I found out the next day, when I received the original order with no confirmaiton notice. I tried to cancel the order I was prompted to complete both by phone and two e-mails (only option is their web portal). Got the second watch in and see that I get to try to get a RMR from a company that os unresponsive and owe an 8% restocking fee on top of shipping for my good faith efforts. They use WOW as thier company acronym; and after failing to send a confirmation, prompting to complete another oder, and ignored on stopping the order; I guess it is fitting.
I asked for a Tissot watch for my birthday and found the one I wanted here. My husband ordered it and it came not working. We replaced the battery and it worked for a small amount of time before it stopped keeping accurate time. We sent it back (on our dime) for repair. They kept the watch for 2 months and sent it back. Within a few weeks it did not keep accurate time. We sent it back again (again, on our dime). They will not replace this inaccurate watch and though I've specified I do not want this watch back again they have once again sent it back to me. Complete waist if $250. Do NOT shop here.

BUYER BEWARE! I bought a Bulova from this company it showed up broken. The watch looked like it was previously returned plastic missing off of back of watch and bracelet the insise of the box was the watch comes in was dented. I called and they said to send it back and they would send me a new one, but they did not after 2 weeks i got the watch back same dented box and the bracelet was on backward. This is a diving watch so seeing as they could not even put the bracelet on the right way I doubt they pressure tested it. Just not good business i buy a lot of watches but none will be from this company ever again.
The watch arrived completely dead. I contacted World of Watches, explained what happened and asked for a return authorization. I received an email telling me to have the battery replaced at a jeweler and that they would reimburse up to $7.00 for the replacement if I submit a receipt to them. There was no mention of allowing me to return it if that was my choice. Everything is locked down here due to the pandemic so there is no way that I can "take it to a jeweler". Extremely poor customer service. If I buy a watch, I expect it to be working when I receive it!
I ordered a watch on a Wednesday during business hours. I paid $9.99 for 2 day shipping. The watch arrived on the following MONDAY, the same day it would have otherwise arrived had I not paid the extra 2 day shipping charge. I left a bad review on Amazon and they somehow had it removed and have refused to refund the 2 day shipping charge. This is unethical in my view. I will no longer buy from them. I will be buying watches from eWatches or jet.com
Talk about another bargain! Twenty years ago, I bought an 18kt Omega De Ville Prestige mens watch from WoW at a super bargain price. I just did it again with the purchase of a Corum Admiral mens watch that with a sales price plus the addition of a coupon was incredibly satisfying.
I ordered a watch on 1/21/17. I received an email on 1/24/17 stating that the watch had shipped. I went to ups.com to track the order on 1/29/17. They said a ticket had been printed but they did not have the package. Today (1/30/17) ups still doesn't have the package. I tried calling WOW (during their normal business hours) but the voice on the phone started that they are closed and to call during normal business hours. This is my first and last time dealing with WOW. My credit card company is now involved. WOW has my money and I don't have the watch. WTF?
Watch appears to be authentic however there was no manual or warranty card from Citizen, which you need if you send it to Citizen for warranty coverage. They give you a warranty card for Watch Center where the warranty in covered ( I assume this is their company).
Watch did not have the usual plastic covering the face and band so I can only assume that it had been returned by someone, there were slight and barely noticable scuffs on the band because it was not covered by the plastic.
I purchased a Raymond Weil a few years back from the previous owners of World of Watches with no issues.
I ordered a 46mm watch and the company sent me a tiny model that is no use to me. They ignored my requests to return the product which forced me to file a complaint with the credit card company. Avoid them!
I recieved a piece of crap watch that was dead on arrival on Dec 26th 2019. I spent hours waiting on hold trying to reach customer service multiple times only to finally hear an automated message telling me to call back another time. I tried to email and message many times as well but absolutely no response. Finally, about a week after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau I finally received an email telling me the battery is dead (How do they know that's what's wrong?) and I should waste more time taking it to a jeweler and have the battery replaced and they would reimburse me up to $10.00 as long as I do that within 2 months of purchase - half of which they already wasted.
Custom service rep said that bezel was ceramic when it was aluminum insert. Hung up on me when I asked again. Then my wife called her back and rep hung on her too.
I've been a customer of WOW for years, I've become accustomed to the selection, service and swift delivery from WOW. For me to shop anywhere else at this point would be a gamble, with World of Watches it's a sure thing. Satisfaction Guaranteed!
