Bad Service/Bad food that poisoned us leading to not being able to enjoy our time. Everything in the rooms is broken. WIFI does not work and when it works it is crawling due to the number of the people in the hotel. AC is not cool, The technician came several times and finally admitted that the units are too old and cannot cool the whole building. As I am taking a shower at a warm temperature, the water temperatures fluctuated from extremely cold to burning hot then back to warm, I got burnt in my chest. Ate at OKI restaurant on July 26 and got food poisoning, spent the night in the bathroom throwing up and diarrhea. Buffet quality is the worst, Son could only eat fries that seems from a frozen bag and burnt oil which I have pictures. Food looks good but tastes horrible. Raw meat, under cooked sausage links, If you go to the buffet past certain time you will only find leftovers although the buffet is open till 3pm. I have more that I could not add to this text box. This place is a danger to anyone looking for a good vacation spot!

Definitely the worst company to deal with. I bought a Lacoste watch as a gift and it came in a Lancaster box. The watch was not even wrapped around the pillow, it was just tossed in the box. I called customer service to speak with the rudest agent who is technically just a phone operator who cannot do anything except send an email to the shipping department. I got an email from the shipping department stating that they will see if they have a box available and that I would hear back in 5-7 days.if you claim to be a reputable company then you need to stand by your product and correct your mistakes. I am glad I did not buy anymore crap from this place as I was going to before I received the watch. I will be sending them their crap for a full refund which I expect to probably take a month or more. You are indeed the danger to the online shoppers.
