I purchased leather sofas online from FURNITURE CHOICE. They arrived on time in good condition with a great service. The men asked where I would like it & it was no trouble for them to take it to my desired room. They were polite, courteous and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who appreciates good service and value for money.

I have been a few times and each experience was as exhilarating as the other. It's a fun physical activity that you can do with groups of individuals of various ages. They provide outer clothing & equipment for you. All you need to do is turn up and have fun! It's a game of skill and strategy for those who are competitive and those who just like to participate in sport. I would do it every weekend if I could! There are many sites so you can choose one nearest to you. The staff are also very accommodating and well spoken, particularly to the children. There are also special offers to suit your purse, so no excuse! Hot food and drinks are available on site or you can bring a packed lunch. It will be a fun day that your group will never forget!

Lovely luxury cars with zero after sales service. Somehow they seem to forget that service is a continuous thing that extends beyond the purchase of your car. My experience has been over a number of years of watching staff lie about prices, lie about things that are wrong with my vehicle and a whopping deterioration of basic standards like cleaning the car after a service. When errors are made they give you vouchers which are not worth the paper it is written on because they do not honour them. Eventually I was told that my standards are too high and I must take my custom elsewhere. I communicated with managers on several levels in this organisation and they were all in agreement. So if you have high standards and would like to spend £40+K on your car, DO NOT BUY BMW.

I paid over £400 for a Star Prestige Room upgrade at Iberostar Andalous. It's supposed to come with discounts to spas, access to luxury facilities & gifts etc but it's all a big con. All you get is a room with a sea view. It's the biggest con ever! In small print on their website it says 'this may vary in different hotels'. So why call it Star Prestige if it's just a sea view room upgrade for over £400. It's one of the biggest hotel scams I have seen in years!

I made an online order, filled in the delivery address & paid for next day delivery. The item never came at all. They said i had to give them 3-5 days to see where it had gone. They completely ignored my delivery address request, printing my billing address for despatch. Eventually given a refund 2wks later. No apology! Ended up buying the item in their store for £5 more than advertised. Will NOT be shopping there again!

Hotels.com failed to book me into the room I requested. When I arrived at the hotel they said my reservation had not been confirmed & I had to pay for an upgrade. After I paid for my upgrade Hotels.com (Expedia) cancelled my booking the next day telling the hotel to charge the bill to the customer at the going rate which was £400 more than what I originally paid. I was locked out of my room at Iberostar Andalous & security was called. They said I had to pay the full price immediately as I no longer had a reservation. During that time I sent emails to Hotel.com asking them to resolve this but I had no response until the 3rd day of my stay, in which they confirmed the cancellation with a partial refund that should show on my statement 30days later. Instead they replied within 24hrs with discounts off my next booking. Their customer service care is below standard & more like a scam. I will be reporting this to trading standards, etc as there is very little you can do while abroad. Advice to others DO NOT BE TEMPTED BY DISCOUNTS WITH Hotels.com YOU WILL BE SCAMMED LIKE I WAS.
