Although it took longer than expected for delivery my item arrived in good order and is exactly as depicted on the website. I would love to include pic of watch and receipt but the tech thing is not going well.
Tip for consumers:
take notes about the item that is important to you, as you can get somewhat lost in all the info (so many watches and only one wrist) so the kind of movement, etc. Keep track so you know what is included. this is not to imply that this website is any thing but honest, however there is no way to compare different items (watches, glasses, etc.) and so just be mindful of what is the most important part of your purchase. I will do business with this company again.

I only needed this service for a one time lookup, so even though I did cancel that in no way a negative statement about the company. I was allowed to cancel through the customer service phone number (and yes I spoke to a real person) the rep was polite and professional and it took about 3-5 min. The service itself was simple and as accurate as all the others but what I like was the the web page itself was more user friendly, without have to use a tutorial, as some of the sites seem to be designed.
Tip for consumers:
there is real human to speak to should you have questions/problems. simple to use website gives good results
