I ordered an item and paid extra for two day shipping, needing it in about 5 days and I wanted to be sure it arrived in time. Before ordering they estimated delivery by Friday, I needed it by Saturday. The next day I received the order confirmation, which had it arriving on Saturday. This was about 12 hours after placing the order. I wrote (you cannot call, there is NO phone number) that I wanted to cancel the order, as it hadn't been shipped and wouldn't arrive within the time frame I'd paid extra for. They wrote back saying the order was "in process and could not be cancelled". A day later, i checked on the status of the order, which now had it due to arrive Monday, a week after ordering the item with 2-day shipping. Again I wrote customer service and was told there was still no way they could cancel the order, despite it not having yet shipped. Well, it finally SHIPPED the following Tuesday, arriving the following Thursday, 9 DAYS after paying for expedited, two day shipping. And yet, somehow, with their abysmal, totally inflexible system they were not able to cancel the order anytime during the 7 days it took to process and ship. I've bought a number of things on Woot and they've always been a little disappointing in one way or another. This was the last straw.
Woot is supposed to be a great deal site, but now it is a fake deal site meaning the prices are normal retail and prices are better elsewhere on the same products
ZERO STARS. I purchased a laptop computer from them but I was busy and it slipped my mind to take down order number but I figured they would send email like they said. I kept signing in and it said my order was being processed and ready to ship. As soon as the transaction went through at the bank I signed in and POOF nothing. They said I had purchased nothing.
Then the responses they gave me by email because they understand if they had a phone number that the irrate calls would not end.
So they took my money and gave me nothing which is Larsony, ie THEFT. THEY STOLE FROM ME! DON"T DEAL WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TAKEN FOR AN IDIOT
I ordered a refurbished laptop computer from Woot. It didn't work properly (would not connect to WIFI). This is a BIG problem if you have a lap top, which needs WIFI since it is portable. I couldn't find a customer service number ANYWHERE so I could speak to a live person. After several attempts, I gave up and sent them an email with all of my order information etc. in it. It took Woot "AN ENTIRE MONTH" to reply to my email, which was "convieniently" 2 days "after" my warranty period was over through HP. Now I have a computer that doesn't work properly with no warranty. I will NEVER purchase anything refirbished from Woot ever again.
This company does not stand behind the products they sale. They do not care if they get bad reviews, once they got your money they do not care if you are satisfied.
They have zero customer service or customer support. Sometimes they send the wrong item, sometimes they send nothing. You will not get a response from them and you will not get a refund.
What ever you buy is as is, no customer service number to call, all by leaving comments on your order page, and prepare yourself to hear back from Kat, Virkam, and Rich were each tells you, I have no access to your old comments, leave another comment again with more details, and again, and again...

Woot is great if you don't. Have any problems. However the moment you do not receive the products you order they just about completely ignore you and your loss. These WOOTHOLES. Don't. Care if you don't get your products and don't. Even offer you a refund. The best way to fight these WOOTHOLES IS TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES ON YOUR CREDIT CARD TO YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY.
Excelent deals, the only bad thingk i can see is the delivery time. But for that price i can waite a little more than my amazon prime:)

Placed my order on July 6th. On July 23rd I received an email saying my order would be shipped on the 22nd. AFTER I emailed asking about it. It is now August 11th and yes I have a fed ex notify saying it will be shipped on the 22nd of July but it is STILL saying label created. I did get my 5 dollars shipping refunded (big woop) but nothing else. Funny thing is my friend ordered the same shirt the same day and she has her shirt. Im so sick and tired of the bull crap run around with the emails and now no responses at all. I just want my money back or my shirt. Im definitely reporting them to the BBB... Three weeks ago I ordered three comforters for $17.99 each. Only one was delivered. No notice that two were unavailable. No refund. I had to call. Got a refund for two. When I filled out the survey at the end, the first question and the third were about the company. The second question, the customer service representative. I gave the company a four star for the first and third question and a five star for the service representative. When I hit, "Submit," it changed the five star (for the CSR to =three= stars. Yesterday I received an email that said my three comforters were delivered. Nothing ever came. I called this a.m. Young man said I hadn't been charged (and I called my credit card co. And I hadn't). I answered the survey with two three stars for the company and a five star for the rep. Again what I put in was downgraded for the representative! Both CSRs did the best they could and the company downgrades my rating of them? No! I get the feeling this is NOT a good place to order from and won't be doing so again.
I started using Woot this year because the prices seem good. It was a mistake so I am going to stop using them. Better stick to EBay. Several times Woot sent lesser items than what I paid for, or defective items, and when I complained with proofs, they under-compensated with a pitiful amount.
Woot sent lesser items that what I ordered, not once but 3 times. After showing proofs, they compensated me a lot less than what the replacements cost even at lowest market prices. E.g. I ordered new 1x Breeze with controller and 3 batteries bundle; 2x Yuneec Breeze with controller and 2 batteries bundle. All I received are 1xBreeze with controller and 2x Breeze. Missing 3 batteries and 2 controllers in total! Photos and Woot's own shipping labels clearly show their package shipping weight are for basic Breeze and too underweight for bundles. Woot insisted paying only $50 refund for these 5 missing items, only 1/3 their replacement cost elsewhere. This is not the first time it happened either. Twice before Woot shipped a lesser product than what I paid and under-compensated me, even after I provided clear proofs.
I ordered a Zomm phone leash from Woot and it arrived DOA. I contacted Woot but they told me to contact Zomm. I did and they have yet to respond to my ticket. They both suck.
I ordered an item on Woot.com. Half of the order was delivered. I called to ask if I would be receiving the rest of the order and the customer service person couldn't tell me because he couldn't get in touch with the vendor. Because the items were time sensitive, I asked to have the order refunded and the items that were shipped to be picked back up. UPS picked up the items. In another week, I received the second half of the order that was supposed to be cancelled. I called back to Woot to ask for this shipment to be picked back up by UPS and it was. I just received a bill in the mail from UPS charging me for the shipping. I called and they said that Woot should give me an account number to charge the shipping to. I called Woot to explain this and they said that since I didn't use a shipping label that they supposedly sent to me, I would have to pay for the shipping charges. I never received the shipping label and should never have received the second order. Additionally, I should have received the order in its entirety in the first place. Finally, I shouldn't have to pay for returning the item that was not sent in its entirety and one part that shouldn't been sent since the order was cancelled.
It's a cool concept, but I stopped checking the site because they almost never had anything on there that i was interested in. :/
Terrible site.Not the best deals at all.Its a cheap knock-off of amazon. I will stay away from them as I swear they are nothing but scammers.
