Seriously? Do you people get paid to post good thing about this website? Two words for it: TOTAL SCAM
I ordered a pair of ugg #8, They send my receipt snd it was #8 on it but THEY SEND WRONG SIZE #7
THEY DIDN'T CHANGE IT. IT WAS GIFT AND MY DOUGHTER IS CRYING!
Ok, so here's the story. I purchased two Xbox 360 gaming headsets for $4 each, not bad. A few days later they appear at my door, and it turns out that they were meant for PC's not Xbox 360's, so I emailed woot.com seeing what happened with the eledged "Xbox" headset.
The replied back the next day, and said they are sorry for everything, and that they are trying to buy some sort of adapters for these headsets so they work with the Xbox. So the fact that they responded that quick and sent a nice email made me impressed.
Then a week later the send me this email:
Hey xxxxx,
You know how Xbox 360s aren't the same things as PCs? Well, it turns out not everyone does.
You see, that Motorola "Xbox 360" Headset you bought from Tech. Woot on August 18th? It showed up just fine… with only a PC cable. We tried to get some adapters, twice actually… and both times they turned out to be PC cables too. We're going to try again, but it's not looking good at this point. Maybe third times the charm, right? We sure hope so, because if we get any more PC cables, we're gonna to run out of warehouse space.
Still, what really stinks is that you thought you were getting an Xbox 360 headset, and you're not. So, we'd like to offer you a $5 coupon for each headset you purchased. Sure, it won't fill the void left by all those tirades you planned to unleash on your Modern Warfare opponents, but we think it'll help. And if you ever choose to venture into the realm of PC gaming, you're one piece closer to being fully equipped.
Keeping it PC as always,
Woot!

So now, I don't even care about the mistake. This email made me love Woot.com. Customer Service = 20/10. And the best part is that I get to keep the headsets, with 0 charge :).
Woot Rocks
This is outrageous. It's my first and last time ordering from Woot. The Viewsonic monitor was on sale for an irresistible price, even for a refurbished model, so I ordered one and almost ordered two. I wasn't happy that I was going to have to wait two weeks for delivery, but for the price, I was willing to wait even though I needed ti sooner.
I ordered it on April 21 and Woot charged my credit card on April 22. However on April 24, Woot CANCELLED the order and refunded my credit card, but NEVER TOLD me. I've searched my email. There were lots of advertisements, but nothing about canceling the order.
It was scheduled to arrive today, May 7. When I checked my Woot order page, it showed it being delivered today and that it was "Preparing for Shipment". There's nothing to indicate it was canceled nearly two weeks ago. It wasn't until I went to the Order Details page and scrolled to the bottom that I saw that the purchase price had been refunded. There was nothing about the order being canceled. I had to phone Woot to learn that. The customer service guy acted like it was routine. I wonder how many people this happens to?
To add to the insult, Wood took money out of my charge account and held it for two days. It wasn't a big problem for me, but for someone who doesn't pay off their credit card balance every month, it would result in additional interest charges. This is outrageous. I'm wondering now whether this is one way Woot makes money, by selling more items than they have, holding purchasers' money for a few days, and then canceling orders on the excess orders?
I've attached a screenshot of the Woot order page today, nearly two weeks after the order was canceled. This is a terrible way to run a business.
I've been shopping online since the 1990s. I've never had an experience like this. I won't be ordering from Woot again. I've been an Amazon customer since 2000 and expected more from a company Amazon owns.
I was for years an avid "Wooter". Staying up late waiting to see what kind of deal might be coming, hoping there'd be a "Bag of Crap" that I could buy before the servers broke, and hitting the refresh button to see the new item during a "Woot! Off" when the previous finally sold out. I've purchased odd items, remanufactured items, and even new items. The site is no longer happy-go-lucky-nerdy-fun. It is now very corporate since being owned by Amazon and filled with fine print that doesn't explicitly state things you'd expect. So, I purchased a set of golf clubs (vastly different than the funky electronics of yore) but hey, it's Woot! Right? The price was fine, about $30 cheaper than $#*!'s Sporting Goods and I was in no hurry for delivery. I bought them on January 2,2014. Here we are, August 3,2015 and they've begun to fail. I reached out to TaylorMade the manufacturer and they confirmed the failure was something they would cover under warranty. I just needed a receipt from an "Authorized Reseller". As you guessed it, Woot! Is not an authorized reseller of TaylorMade products, in fact, the mothership Amazon is not either. So, I went back to my Woot! Order to see what's up. Nothing in BIG BOLD letters read, "Hey! We're not authorized to sell these so the manufacturer's warranty is invalid." Rather it read, "New Item" instead of remanufactured. So, like most intelligent people I suspected that by purchasing something new I was protected as any other consumer from the manufacturer. Rather, Woot! Offered a 90 day warranty. I can assure you now that giving up 21 months of warranty was NOT worth the $30 savings. So, while you may still find something worthwhile, be sure to guarantee you are getting the manufacturer's warranty (unless of course you're buying something remanufactured or refurbished, in that case you get what you get right!). In my case, I'm left with something that the manufacturer says is a failure but they have an out and I still would have 6 months left on the warranty otherwise. I have been a Woot! Shopper since the beginning, I've recommended them to friends who have made many purchases as well. I can say this now with certainty... I won't make any more purchases from them going forward.
Lost delivery; FedEx acknowledges; gave Woot FedEx contact info; off-shore DinashKumar tells me it is my fault FedEx lost package.
I explained in detail in first message to Woot's non-existent customer service that FedEx Ground had acknowledged the package was shown as delivered but the driver admitted that he had not delivered it to us and could not explain where it was. I even gave Woot the name, telephone number, and location of the FedEx Ground Supervisor, which fake-name customer service Dinesh Kumar CLEARLY IGNORED. This is going in to a BBB complaint right now and is going to be published to show the absolute lack of courtesy and total lack of intelligence on the part of the fools that Woot hires! Next time Woot should read the bloody message first before sending an inane response!
AGAIN: FedEx contact: [redacted], Manager, FedEx Ground [redacted] MA xxxxxx, tel. 508-xxx-xxxx
I am also filing a complaint to Bank of America to reverse the charges on the credit

WOOT SUCKS. It used to be a great site but I quit buying when they started to be a crappy lying sack of crap.
Okay prices. Bought 5 tablets last Christmas. All 5 were junk. Read the return policy...
Always quality stuff, and love their inventory... great customer service. Love sense of humor.
Woot is my favorite place to go. My family loves when they get a woot shirt for a present.
The 21 Day Return policy should start when the product is delivered, not when ordered.
Best website to look for deals. Updates every day 1 AM.
This site is the worst, no help at all go elsewhere
AVOID THIS SITE! Bought some shoes that were terrible and they would not take them back despite several tries with their supposed customer service.
Answer: Not until you buy something... then you're screwed!
Answer: Only can contact through email. If you are looking to be tortured in return process it is comparable to waterboarding
