Experience is frustrating and regrettable!
1- "Delivery Time is huge": 4-5 weeks for normal items like table and décor items and for bigger items sofa, bed and dining table it is 5-7 weeks. You have to wait for almost 2 months to receive the order. The time you spent in follow up is also huge, one can go to Ara Machine, buy woods, hire carpenter, and get the items done in a month. That would be cheaper, less time consuming and satisfying.
2- After waiting for 2 months you receive defective items. I received 70% of the items defective and few of my friends experienced the same thing (when I asked them, they were like you should have consulted us before buying from Wooden Street). In my case Corners were chipped off of the tables, shaky legs and scratches, tiles were broken not glues.
3- After receiving the defective items you again go the vicious circle. Call customer care (who doesn't care), write follow up emails, send pictures and videos, Go the store from you placed orders. Do some arguments and all that. It wastes another 2-3 weeks,
4- After wasting 3 months, if they accept your request (very unlikely) to send someone for service or to replace items - It takes another 4-5 or 5-7 weeks.
5- So in total you waste almost half a year with them, lots of time and money in follow ups, Stress and Frustration and at the end, what you get is a lesson Not to buy from Woodenstreet.
Note - Do not go one reviews of their website (it's all 5 stars or 4 stars), I posted review of 3 items (1 star) and those were never posted on their website. I think it's either fake or paid-up.
I think government should ban them for wasting 6 months of customer's time.
We were horrified to find that a review has been put in our name on the Wooden Street website, that too a positive one, when we DID NOT submit it at all and were infact SO upset after receiving the 6 seater Aritva Dining Set. This was communicated to Wooden Street by email and the carpenters were sent who clicked the pics posted as our review. When we sent our review with a complaint and pictures they WERE NOT POSTED.
So this chor company is MANIPULATING the REVIEWS by discarding the unfavorable ones and instead ACTUALLY putting FALSE ones.
THIS IS CRIMINAL.
We are completely dissatisfied with the supposed high end piece purchased online, believing Wooden Street to be of some standard. Pls check the pics for an extremely faulty piece made to measurements which are not standardised ones and also different from the ones put on their website. It is impossible to sit on this Dining Table and Chair set.
The finish is also abominable with cracks on the surface, and the Table is actually ply, not Teak as mentioned on the site.
We are also fed up of their awful and non existent after sales service and non redressal of our case.

Be prepared for the below experiences
1 - No return policy even if there is a damaged furniture sent by WS
2 - No refund policy even if there is a damaged furniture sent by WS
3 - WS sent furniture with chip offs and cracks and they were not ready to replace it. They insisted on sending a carpenter to repair it which i have not agreed to.
4 - Even if the furniture is in damaged condition when it is unpacked in front of you, they will not take it back. They will insist on sending a carpenter to repair it.
5 - Very rude and unresponsive customer care. No apathy for customer issues and needs to be followed up for months together.
6 - JP Nagar branch with smooth talking reps who will show you the furniture in good finish condition but you cant expect the same when you get the product delivered. They will wash their hands off when you start facing issues during delivery and installation. You will be left to deal with bad customer care reps after that.
I still am waiting for the armrest of one of my sofa that was damaged during installation to be replaced. Its been more than 2 months. They sent a replacement after one month but it was a different size altogether. I am tired of following up with them.
Initially I wanted to furnish my entire house from WS. After 2 months of nightmarish delivery and installation experience I have dropped the entire idea and will consider buying from other furniture stores or from a local Jodhpuri furniture maker if it comes to it.
This is pathetic online platform, while buying promised in 3-4 weeks delivery. Now saying by 7 weeks.
We ordered 1 sofa cum bed on 3 rd July 2018. The promised delivery date was 12 August. After vigorous follow up with a guy named Deepesh Gohil finally it was delivered on 24 August. Their assembly guys came 2 days later only to find that the bed trolley was broken during shipment. I immediately reported the matter to wooden street sales team with pictures of the damaged item received. First they assured me that it will be repaired. But no action was taken by them. I also posted my issue to their grievance department and eventually requested the owners named virendra and lokendra
Ranawat to get my damaged purchase repaired but in vain. Now they have stopped replying to my emails. I paid ******* for that bed and they shipped a damaged product which I don't know what to do with. Please avoid purchasing from them, they don't care about their customers problems. If any one want details about my issue, I can provide with pictures and screen shots of my conversations with WS support team. I am repenting being their customer... don't want anyone else to suffer. Thanks.

I live in Mumbai and wanted to buy some furniture for my parental home located in Ambala. I thought to buy that online, after surfing for a while, I get to know about this furniture brand and what attracted me the most was their USP, the customisation service.
I contact the sales team and enquired if they can deliver to Ambala. I ordered an Adolph bed with a bedside table and a rocking chair. The customised the height of the bed finish up the payments. My sales executive, Miss Kinjal told me that it will be delivered at my parent's place within 7 week.
I was quite ok with the timeline. I was getting updates of my furniture by Miss Kinjal in the beginning but after 4th week there was no update for a week then I get a call saying due to the transportation strike the delivery would be late by a week.
3weeks after the call I got all my furniture units delivered at my home with a delay of a week. My parents are quite happy with the quality and design of the furniture units. The waiting period was too long, I would like to suggest them that they should work on their delivery timeline. Rest everything is perfect.

I have been an avid buyer for furniture online. My after sales has been worst with wooden street and hence the quality of the product too. Since the 3rd day after the delivery the product has been faulty and the wood is swollen. I wanted the product to be refunded but after a month we came to a conclusion that they will repair it after they gave a guarantee that if there is any other problem in the future they're gonna refund my money and before the repaired part came in after 40 days the product had several issues. They never call back, they do not have a superior that one can speak to directly, the quality of wood used is substandard, the employees dont know how to cater to the customer, they are not punctual on the deadlines and they have the tendency to lie as well. I still am in the middle of this complaint with order id OID- ******* and there has been no resolution upto my satisfaction. I have emails with false promises of getting a call back from the concerned superior which of course I did not. The employees who have made me invest almost 6 months are Rajkumar (has left his job), Nikita, Kanika
(Apparenrly a senior executive) and Swati.
When I got to know about the store located in Ambabari, Jaipur, thought to give it a try. I along with my family visited the store. The shop was good and so the staff member. They told us details regarding seasoned-unseasoned wood, solid wood and hardwood and also their customisation service.
After this visit we thought to replace our old sofa set before Diwali. We ordered Marriott Sofa set, also customised the fabric of seats and cushions by using their customisation service. They asked us to wait for 6weeks but we requested to get this done before Diwali anyhow.
I placed the order and Mr. Likhvendra Singh personally assured me that I'll get the sofa set by 2nd November. But we didn't get the sofa on the mentioned date. After some calls and discussion Mr. Likhvendra promised to deliver the sofa by 5th. And I got the set delivered and installed by 5th evening.
To be honest I think they should work on the manufacturing process, the furniture is no doubt way too awesome but they took 5weeks to make and deliver it. This timeline is too long to wait, but we are happy with the designs and availability of choices at Wooden Street.
