They are such a unorganized company. They send special codes out that they do not honor. The lady would not give me my balance. I asked 3 times. She said she would send it to my email. She did not give my 50 dollars off. I was soo mad. These people don't give a $#*! about anything including the customer. No wonder they are going broke.
Everything I ordered was sized incorrectly. Either too big or too small. Their "Return Label" is a joke - it's 1.5"x4". Do not bother trying to call their 800 number unless you want to sit on hold forever. I hope I can get a refund. What a YUGE disappointment.

I've shopped on this site a lot and I like the clothes although all their sizes are bigger than regular stores, but that's not why I only gave them 2 stars. The first problem I have with them is that often the products are labeled as in stock, but they are actually on back order and you don't find out that it's going to take 6 to 8 weeks to get your item until you get the email stating your item has shipped. It's extremely frustrating. I decided to return the item that was back ordered because it was going to take so long, but learned they don't allow returns of back ordered items! What a pile of crap. It's really shady. And what is worse; it takes such a long time to get the back order, that the season has changed and you can't even wear it when you get it.
I am so done with this company. I have been trying to track my credit since March and all they do is tell you to call back in 10 days. USPS still has your package. They don't speak English and refuse to transfer you to another rep or back to the states. AND the quality of clothing has just tanked. I can buy better clothing at Walmart. After 20 years buying from you I am done!
Clothes are OK but they take forever to arrive and returns and exchanges are a nightmare. I sent in about $200 worth of clothes for an exchange in early November, waited and waited, and finally just a few days ago I contacted Woman Within to see why my replacements hadn't arrived. They said my exchange order had never been processed. That was the final straw. When I let them know how disappointed and angry I was, I got the email equivalent of a shrug and "Sorry." I eventually got a refund, but it's winter and I needed the clothes. A better company would have stepped up and made things right - expedited an exchange order and/or given a discount or something to make up for the inconvenience. But it's like these people know that if you're a plus-size woman, you're stuck with them, so they can be as incompetent as they like.
I ordered a jacket and used PayPal for the transaction. I didn't like the fit and returned it. The purchase price was $36.99, Shipping $7.99, Tax $4.27 for a total of $49.25.
The site indicates "free returns" However, since I used PayPal I was charged shipping both ways and on top of that tax ($3.51) on the shipping. Total refund was $33.00
The agent told me using PayPal does not qualify for any free shipping. When I asked why that information wasn't posted she said "not our policy"
I believe my policy will be "never order anything from Woman Within again"

We do offer free exchanges, however, we are unable to process exchanges for purchases made via PayPal. Occasionally, we offer free shipping and/or free returns with the redemption of a promotion code. The promotion code must be entered at the time of the order to qualify.
Womanwithin artificially lowers the prices of the merchandise and then adds their overhead costs to the shipping and handling fees. I was going to order 3 pieces of clothing totally $82, and then I got to shipping and the lowest charge for standard shipping was $21! 25% of my order total. I abandoned my cart. I found it just disgusting. Judging by the other reviews, I'm not alone.
Comnity who carries the card for Womanwithin just changed over credit cards. I never received mine. I called in and they will not reissue the card. I guess they don't want my business anymore. I have never been late, no where close to my credit limit. I've tried emailing without any response. Very very frustrating. Very poor customer service.
After being a loyal paying customer for about a year, my credit limit was reduced for no VALID reason. When I protested I received a canned response stating that it was due to "some" information they received from "some" credit reporting agency. Hmmmm, my credit score just recently increased so I am not sure what they are referring to.
I have paid all my bills on time but the powers that be at this retailer refused to listen to me and make any adjustments. Have I mentioned I have paid ALL my bills on time and at times I have paid even more than the minimum payment due?
No big loss to me in the end. I was never truly satisfied with their product descriptions and errors in sizing guidelines. There are plenty of online clothing retailers to choose from!

I will never order from this company again! I have called, and asked them to even cancel my order, since it has been shipped, and they said they can't cancel it. My total for my order was $44.95, and it's already been 18 days since I placed my order and my order is not shipped. I got a feeling it's not going to be shipped! When I did call 3 days ago, customer service said you order would be shipped out for sure the next day, if you really want to piss me off, lie to me! Or, still my money! I am highly upset! I was on the Kmart website, when I started looking up pants it went to a different website, I believe it was just someone selling items on kmart, well know this, these items come out of India. It's probably not even a real company. I plan on contacting Kmarts and ask them to remove Women Within, because I don't believe it's legit. For them putting me through so much trouble, I guarantee I'm going to return the trouble.

I am a life long resident of Indianapolis Indiana where Woman Within is located. I finished and order totaling $200.00+ for my Mother in law in a nursing home. Elapsed time from placing the order and receiving it was right at one month. I even called two weeks in to see if I could come down and pick it up... No. And about one month after this order and my swearing never to use them again, I see a $14.95 debit in my bank account this morning. No way to check out what this amount was for, no description of item(s) ordered... Nothing. So, now I have to call the bank and stop payment. A royal pain in the a..

I ordered a pair of pants. They automatically charged me for the pants, but of course the charge was pending. The charge was supposed to be returned in 3-5 business days. I has been over 2 weeks and they money has not been returned. The pants also never made it tom me and were returned. That was a week ago and nothing has been done to credit my account. I have spoken to someone over the phone and got the run around and I have also chatted with someone online. I received the same run around. When I started to get a little upset she closed the chat room. Very professional? Yeah right! This is ridiculous that this company is able to hold on to my money and refuse to do anything about it! Don't buy from them because you never know what kind of run around you might get!

I purchased multiple pairs of identical shorts in the same order. One packaged contained. A different pair. I returned them using a the enclosed return label. I received no confirmation for the return, so I called to check. The rep was unable to help me and told me to call again in three weeks because they were backed up. I called back four weeks later. Today. I spoke with a rep who said there was no record of the return. II told him i would be happy just getting the shorts i ordered and paid for. WW wouldn't allow that, but put me through to a Resolution Specialist. She told me that unless i could prove that i actually returned the shorts there was nothing that could be done. I did become angry and asked if they would prefer to lose my business forever over an item that cost less than $15.00. She wished me a good day and hung up on me!

I am loving the new clothes I bought from Woman Within but I am very unhappy with the promotions they offer! I have ordered from them twice now and have been ineligible for promotional items on both orders! When I ordered they had promotional deals of free bags both times. The first order (over $100) they said was not eligible for the free bags because some of the items were on clearance. The second order (around $100) they said was not eligible because of the brand I bought. Basically, the clothes are great but make sure to read the fine print on promotions this company offers! Personally, I will be returning to another company where things are more black and white!

I have been ordering from Full Beauty and Woman Within for several years. I can always find what I need and if they don't have it in stock, I do get a notification email. Since Covid -19, my delivery date has been as promised but I wait patiently, because I know my package is coming. No complaints
Tried to place an order online and get the free gift promotion. It didn't work so i called customer service and they place the order for me with the gift code included (3 pc bag set). Received my order but no gift. Called customer service and was told I placed order online not with a representative and their was no promotion code included. So I'm out of luck for getting my gift. This is unfair plus customer service representative didn't try to get the gift for me. Service is absolutely terrible - be careful when ordering from them.

Without constantly requesting a refund you might not receive your money back.
Finally, they will return your money but charge you a fine for the return. Never, ever buy from this company.

WW has charged my account for a non existent order - can not and will not provide proof of order and refuses to refund my money. I have been buying from WW for over 3 years and love the clothing, but the return and refund policies have always been a joke and most of the time you never receive a refund after returning an item. I only tried once and it took 8 weeks to get a refund and I also had the cost of the return shipping. So, I was very careful about what I ordered and was ready to give away what I did not want. But, now a $220.00 dollar charge for an order I never made. I do hope they enjoy the money, because I will never shop with them again and I will never stop informing buyers to BEWARE!
