Beware of Wolford online. They shipped to me several pieces of clothing USED, DIRTY, and SMELLY clothing. This is unacceptable! I've complained to their chat customer service and they simply ignore you. Ive returned items and still have not received any refund. Now have to FIGHT WITH getting my refund through credit card company. The picture shows exactly how the used dirty clothes was sent to me. It even had gross blonde hair stuck in the sweater ( I have black hair).

Utterly dreadful company to deal with. I am shocked. Years ago they were well-respected. I regret going anywhere near them; both online and in-store. A catalogue of errors with no-one taking responsibility and always passing the buck. Unapologetic. The quality was also trash; VERY expensive trash. And they have refused to refund. I have given huge amounts of time to this issue. They will not survive at this rate. Consumers deserve better. Never, ever again.

I have ordered about 3 and half weeks ago a few items from the UK online shop and the shipment hasn't arrived. Wolford customer Service claims that it is stuck at customs and refuses to cancel my order and refund me. They aren't offering any other solution. If I hadn't contacted them I would know where the parcel is. All other companies will contact their customers and let them know about a possible delay and offer solutions. Very bad experience.

Hi,
My family I have been long-standing Wolford customers for years. We recently ordered from the US online store. The shipper, Fed Ex left the package on the street and the items were stolen.
I wrote to Wolford and after several weeks was told they would not honour the order and so I am out hundreds of dollars worth of clothing including a yoga outfit for my daughter.
Guess which company I did not replace the clothes from.
My building has an open lobby and parcels are routinely left there (and we were home at the time of delivery) so there was no need to leave this package outside. In not shipping new items Wolford has lost a loyal customer. Tell me how that can be good for business?
There are other clothing manufacturers out there Wolford!

I had the worst experience returning things. I pasted the provided return label. I gave the parcel to my usual return shop. They claim they have never received it. The label didnt have the DHL waybill number so I never got a receipt for posting it back and not received a refund.
Don't buy from Wolford online.

Atrocious service and they steal your money! I returned an order priced at £19 which was already on offer at half price. Not only did I have to contact them several times over many weeks re getting my money back, even though I had proof of return being delivered after one day. Eventually after much arguing I got £16.15 only. First I was told to send proof of my bank statement to their email team explaining the discrepancy, which I did, and I received a reply telling me the refund would be authorised in a few days. 2 weeks later and still nothing I contact them again, this time I'm told that the deduction was for the return postage. I pointed out that there was no mention in their returns page of that, in fact it said ‘free returns'. I am then told that the return IS free but the postage isn't. So why send a free returns label? It doesn't add up. The girl explains that it is stated on their delivery page which is deliberately mis- leading. If you want to know about returns info you look on the returns page not the delivery page. When I pointed this out she changed the story and told me it was because I'd requested a newsletter and a 15% discount code. I told her that was just untrue. No company offers something at half price and then let's you use another voucher for even more discount. And who gets charged for a newsletter? They're always free anyway! She then said it was the postage cost to send out the item in the first place. That didn't add up either because I had paid over £22 for the order which included the delivery, so how could they justify taking off a delivery charge from the price of the item itself? Then she kept arguing it was because of the newsletter that I had apparently requested but actually didn't because I get enough junk Mail without signing up for any more. Ended up in a full scale argument which I can really do without as I suffer from severe stress. I am not the only person who has had issues with this company. They can keep the £3 that they've stolen from me but I will never use this company again, I would advise anyone not to fall into the same trap I did by ordering from Wolford online. What a horrendous experience throughout. Very unprofessional company

It states `Free Returns` on the website but they are not free. You wait weeks for the delivery (shipped from Germany), and just as long for a refund, even though the returns warehouse is in the UK. Be prepared to phone up numerous times to be told different things by different agents. This is a terrible company, and I`ve dealt with lots. If you must buy Wolford tights then use a reputable retailer like John Lewis rather than order them direct from Wolford.

Order took 11 days to arrive. Returns are only via drop off at a location some distance from where I live. When I inquired about a collection or closer drop off point as I have limited mobility I was just informed that 'Wolford do t do that'. Never again.
I would avise anyone NOT to buy off the Wolford online shop. If you must buy this brand but local or off a reputable supplier. It has been a month since I paid for my online order, monies were taken immediately from my account, it was never despatched, no tracking number was ever provided. Despite numerous emails the so called customer service will do nothing, and will not refund me so I have to pass this over to my bank to reclaim the money taken. I phoned the customer service number provided and had the misfortune to speak to a very rude and unhelpful woman called Rebecca. I wish I had read the reviews on this dreadful company before I ordered. Save your money and time folks, avoid Wolford.com.

They list this phone number - Tel.: ******* 10 088 001 on their website - it literally doesn't work. It's a fake phone number. So you can't even get any help. I ordered my things over three weeks ago - still hasnt arrived. Never had issues with international orders before
I should've checked Wolford Reviews on Trust Pilot before making my order, the reviews are so low that I would've known this would be quite frankly the worst consumer experience i've had in over five years.
They told me to speak to DHL, I did and DHL told me to speak to the sender (eg. Wolford), as DHL would only speak to the sender. The Wolford staff incorrectly told me the product is with Customs in the UK (as it was in transit from Germany). This was blatantly a lie as DHL confirmed the product was no longer in transit but already in London, the delivery simply failed.
Instead of trying to resolve or help with this issue - their customer support team failed to reply. I've reached out to them over six times now.
This whole customer service has been a monumental failure.
Wacht out! Don´t buy! They promise free returns on the website but put no return labels in the package, when asked they tell you to send the return items at your own cost and you will get a voucher. After that no replies at all. It clearly says on both the english website and the swedish that the offer free returns but it is not true. Such a classy brand has sadly turned into a scam. Must be the people running it. Don´t buy. You will not be able to make a return unless you pay for it yourself. That would be ok if the information was that but it is not. I have read a lot of reviews about the company and they do the same to other customer as well. I´m filing a complaint. You should do the same if you experience the same. I also opened a package to try a pair of tights and they immediately got a run. I don´t even bothering sending that one back. I threw it and now I just want to send the rest of them back since I ordered quite a few to have in my wardrobe (tights for all together 200 Euro). I will file a complaint to get my money refunded including the shipping cost. Do the same if you are affected. They don´t have the right to refuse the free return they promise on the webpage. Search for consumers right and the European Commission on the internet and you will find an easy way to file a complaint at no cost
Being a decade-long customer of Wolford, followed an email ad and ordered 3 items lately. One of them arrived promptly, but for the remaining 2 had to send 3 emails before a reply came: (in broken English) "Sorry we are out of stock for the items you ordered."! No apology of suggestion for refund -- clearly they are not ready for online operations...
