Paid for an order, 2 weeks later am still awaiting delivery. The tracking service shows that it's still in France. The customer services team have been terrible - unhelpful and increasingly rude. Was asked to complete an offline form before they would even look into my enquiry, which I explained I was unable to do, but could complete something online. They refused to make any alternative suggestion, but rather threatened to bar my account if I didn't complete their old fashioned, paper based form. Have had to escalate to PayPal to investigate. Never again.
