The online shop is not a scam since the company behind is real but they treat the customers as they would be one.

Beware of Wolford online. They shipped to me several pieces of clothing USED, DIRTY, and SMELLY clothing. This is unacceptable! I've complained to their chat customer service and they simply ignore you. Ive returned items and still have not received any refund. Now have to FIGHT WITH getting my refund through credit card company. The picture shows exactly how the used dirty clothes was sent to me. It even had gross blonde hair stuck in the sweater ( I have black hair).

This is a registered company but I believe it is considered a scam to take money for goods but not provide the goods.
