Placed a small order in May, didn't get items until mid July. Actually had my credit card reverse charges since I thought the items would never come. When I did get them the quality was horrific; masks that were paper thin so you could see through them and latex gloves that rip when you try to put them on.

Got most of my order after 4 months. Every single item was a total date of money. Cheaply made, poor materials. Useless. Planted seeds, they died. Magnifier, fell apart, what looked like a very pretty shirt was a cheaply made piece of crap with flower design that peels off, still have not received 2 items after 4 months. My advise... steer clear of this junk. Worst merchandise I have ever ordered online

Of the 10 items l ordered 3 have arrived. All others still in China orders have not left the country of origin. No customer service what so ever. I have received orders from the UK in less than 2 weeks. Orders from the US same. It should not take more than 8 weeks to receive items ordered but they sure take your payment lickety split. Buyer beware.

I bought a couple of purses one wasn't bigger then what it stated so I went to a different bigger size purchased back in March it said STILL PROCESSING. They will not track one on tracker said they couldn't because of thirty day past. No mention of that when I ordered keeps changing dekivery date

I ordered my item two days ago and when I ordered it, I got an email saying that my payment was going through and after it had gone through they would ship my item, this is reasonable. Now, two days later, it said that my payment is STILL pending! This seems very strange to me. I went to look at my item on the website and I think the automated customer service chat was really annoying to use and didn't answer my question of why it took so long, so I went online and found their phone number but apparently they don't have customer service over the phone. Which makes me question why there is a phone number anyway, but I finally found out where to email to talk to someone about this and it got back that someone would respond to me in two to three days? After that I checked the reviews and realized I made a mistake ordering from wish, so I refunded my order. The website definitely doesn't have "fast shipping speeds" As they claim and you are better off ordering from a different website.

July 30th still no sign of it. They said 14-21 days. Every time it gets close to the delivery date they extend it. It now says 21st August. Is shows still in china. They have never replied to my correspondence have now gone to PayPal to get refund

I am warning you! You will not get WHAT you ordered if you even GET the order. I've made the mistake twice now and got RIPPED OFF both times. No customer service! Phone is disconnected! I ordered Batteries on July 21,2020. Wish claimed they were in stock. After I placed the order the confirmation email indicated that the delivery date was September 24,2020 and when I investigated the Wish website stated if I didn't get the batteries by October 24,2020 I should contact them. I tried to contact Wish on July 30,2020 to cancel the order and the 800 number on their customer service contact page said that they don't offer phone support at this time and if you would like to email them the should get back to you in 2 to 3 days. Do yourself a favor and just stay away.

I ordered 100 dollars worth of items in may and my estimated delivery time was June 15th and since then every time the delivery date comes close the date gets pushed 2 weeks more. July 30th and still nothing. I am sure in 2 days when my last « pretend » delivery date approaches the date will be pushed 3 weeks more. I tried to contact customer support through the app all I get is a broken record of answers that don't help at all it's like talking to a robot. I tried to contact them by email same thing! It's a scam and a waste of money never buy from wish!

I ordered some cotton gloves end June to protect my hands as have eczema. Got an email thanking me for my payment, then nothing. I now, at end July, find the gloves will be delivered end October, having originally been given a lead time of six weeks. So, FOUR months lead time! The support service is non existent so I cannot cancel or complain. This company stands out from the crowd for pure arrogance. Service levels are zero. I will not be using them again.

I ordered a shirt took 2 months to arrive. Quality was bad the sewing was just bad riped and fit was terrible just unflattering. Ordered 2 dresses for my daughter on may 5. Said they were arriving july 24. Nothing came to date. There delivery takes 2 and a half months. The quality is terrible when the stuff arrives if it ever does. Will never order from them again.

DO NOT TRUST Wish! Two years ago i got some good items from them and some terrible ones so when i wanted to return them, they wouldn't refund the payment instead the gave me wish cash. So finally i used it a few months ago to pay for a product and i had to pay the shipping. They gave me a wrong item, obviously used/old with tear, with an attached used adopter and all the attachments won't fit. It appeared as the vendor select from his old reject pile of BS and inserted a very old crumpled manual. To top it all, it was packed in a clear plastic bag (usually seen in a vegetable isle for produce) and the outer green plastic bag with my address on it, no box whatsoever. I tried contacting them to complain and their automated agent support gave me a run around like it was a broken record. So terrible!
Save yourself the trouble and the frustration. This company will just give you junk.

After ordering at beginning of May and only receiving 1 item up until July 15th and no help or answers from Wish Support and everything showing still in China contacted Visa with all my back up and fully credited back ALL FUNDS within 3 days of them receiving my info! Just tell them you want to dispute the charges, as long as you attempted to resolve with no luck first they are happy to help, FINALLY REAL CUSTOMER CARE AND SUPPORT!

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
